Hi all!
We came home yesterday after one day of travelling, puih;=(
And tonight we slept 13-15 hours, even Nemo;=) We were sooo dead tired cause havent been much sleep in the boat. And hey, I really do not like boats. This was the last time I go on one;=)
Will be back maybe tomorrow if I feel more like a human being then, but today I am just still a zombie...
Enjoy your sunday!

Good evening Anette :)
ReplyDeleteSo glad you and your family arrived home safely. I hope you all enjoy your well deserved rest :). I've seen videos from all of the shows, and each time I've been blown away. Congratulations to you and the guys for all of the amazing shows :). I hope you all had fun!
Much love to you,
Alexandria
Hi Anette :)
ReplyDeleteI just wanted to tell you that I think you were amazing these past weeks! I was watching your performances on YouTube and I thought "Wow"! You've improved sooo much and made me love you even more :)
Keep up the good work. Hope I can see you on a concert (in Croatia hopefully :P)!
Take care!
There are singers, and then there are performers. Anyone can be a good singer but from all the videos I've seen from the Gibson gig YOU are a better performer than your predecessor. Anette, you have a way of engaging the audience and making them feel as though they are a part of the performance....even from the other side of a fuzzy computer screen.
ReplyDeleteI should mention that Wisconsin has the largest population of Finnish and Swedish immigrants so, as a favor to us, an unofficial colony of Sweden and Finland.....
I sincerely hope you and the band decide to visit the Midwest United States. There are lots of NW fans in Chicago and St.Paul so to be fair make it half way in between like Madison or Lacrosse.
I'd say the quick USA trip was a grand success in the end for sure - you even made it onto CNN ;)
ReplyDeleteWelcome home, and I hope you had a good time despite disliking boats!
ReplyDeleteps: I finally got my copy of Imaginaerium, and I think your singing has improved SO much since Dark Passion Play! It gives me goosebumps all over again :) I am really really enjoying the album!!
Hi!
ReplyDeleteHappy you're now feeling better, the best place on earth for us is always home. I just want to say you were perfect at the gigs, dear! I watched some performances like Song of Myself-Last Ride of the Day (favorite ;D) and Imaginaerum songs, and the band were perfect!
I need to say: you sound really more confident now, you were amanzing at Dark Passion Play and now, you are perfect! Congratulation for you and all the band! :-)
Kisses.
SO proud of you! Great job, looking forward to your full USA tour when you announce it! <3

Hej :)
ReplyDeleteI just wanted to tell you that I have seen some youtube videos of the gigs in LA and 70,000 tons of metal and all I can say is I wish I had the money to go experience them in person :) you looked so radiant and it was wonderful to see everyone on stage again! Hope to see you if you return to Winnipeg one day :) Take care!
Much love from Canada,
Angela x
Hi! I saw you videos too! They're wonderful :) You all were freat and I can hardly wait to see you in Milan!
DeleteBut a pretty zombie *u*
ReplyDeleteHI Anette,
ReplyDeleteYes she is still alive. Just kidding on the edge: P
Nice to you safely and as a whole (with Nemo and friends) are back in Europe.
Rest of you beautiful.

Hi Nettie,
ReplyDeletewelcome back home! I tink it's nice to be home again after a long time of travelling. For me my home will always stay the most beautiful place in the world.
Very sad that you didn't like being on the boat, you poor one! But I totally agree with you when it comes to boats. I don't like them too. I had to go on one because I had to cross a lake and I got so sick of this very short trip. I was so happy when I had the earth under my feet again. I always wanted to go on a cruise one day because I love water. It's the most fascinating element for me: wild, dangerous, scary but also beautiful. But that day I decided that a cruise for me is maybe a really bad idea... :-) But I think there is some good medicine against sea-sickness so maybe this would work and you could try it one more time with the boats...?
Can tell us how the cruise was like? What you did? Did you have the time to see some of the other bands and were they good? Did you meet some of them?
I hope you will feel better soon. Best wishes for that and big hugs,
Steffi
Hey Anette!!
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad to see that you and the guys made it home safe. There really is no place like home to relax and re-cooperate. I'm such a big fan of the band, and I feel sort of bad that I haven't been able to see a single show yet. But, to see Nightwish live in concert has been added to my bucket list, so it's going to happen at some point in time.
You rest and relax. Hugs and loves to you and to the guys as well! Hope I get to meet you all someday. :) <3
Rwaaaaaaaaaarrr Anette zombie *-*
ReplyDeletecongratulations for ur good job :3
SOME REALLY AWESOME OLDER CONCERT!!
ReplyDeletehttp://www.moshcam.com/nightwish/enmore-theatre-73.aspx#/9-sacrement-of-the-wilderness
GOOD QUALITY TOO :-)
Anette - sorry to hear that you didn't like being on the ship. Everyone looked like they were having a blast and it was fantastic seeing the Nightwish set on the pool deck :) It would be a shame if the band won't be playing anymore cruise festivals in the future! Thanks for being a part of this one, though, and putting on a great show :)
ReplyDeleteI've been a tad bit under the weather since I've gotten back too. A bit of a runny nose and sore throat but it's going away pretty quickly. Could have been worse. Too much excitement all at once, I guess haha
Rest up! Hope you feel better soon :)
