Todays outfit;=)

So, all black today but I just love black and grey so why not?=)

Black knit from Cos, underneath a black sleeveless bluse with studded neck from Gina Tricot, black velvet jeans from J Brand, necklace from Gucci, ear ring gift from Tina and hair band from Gina Tricot=)

And do you see the little shadow in the left corner? well, Nemo ran past the camera and this is the result;=)
Ate my standard lunch which always consists of a nice salad and today I had lettuce, apple, cauliflower, oil and apple cider vinegar on top. To this I ate small meat balls;=) Easy, fast and lots of good vitamines and proteins for the body;=)

Soon we´re heading out to the city to visit dearest Hanna at Cenino and check out the new Gucci stuff she´s gotten;=) I have seen a pair of boots that would be perfect next week at my performance.
Also want to get some xmas decorations, since its soon 1st of advent and I am longing=) This year I dont feel any stress and its the first time for years, so happy days coming;=)

Enjoy your dear and read these lines a nice blogger called Sania Claus had written, which I felt were so true:
"everything happens for a reason
people change so you can learn to let them go
things go wrong so that you can appreciate them when they're right
you believe lies so that you will eventually learn to trust no one but yourself
and sometimes, good things fall apart so better things can fall together"

  2. Well Anette, what can I say? Every time you post a picture of your outfit I think you can't possibly look any better, but then you post a new one and - hello, you do! ;=)
Black allover looks fantastic on, it's just one of the best colours to wear and it always looks good, no matter what style or outift.

Haha, Nemo's blur in the second picture made me laugh so hard! Swoooosh and there he goes!
I'd love to have all that never-ending energy little kids seem to have...

And thanks for posting these wise words at the end, they are so true, but sometimes we need to be reminded of them. ;=)

Have a great time at the store (and if you decide to buy the boots, please post a picture of them later on ;=))!

    Hugs, Sabine

  4. Hey dear, how are you doing?
Uau, I loved your outfit, black is my color, I love it and I only use black clothes haha, the only color you can find in me is my nails and sometimes in the shoes =)..I think black is a free color, combines with everything.
About the lines, it's just the truth, is hard to let someone we love go, but sometimes it's just necessary and some years after we just realize that it was better. Living in a circle full of lies is hard too, but there's a good side because we learn how to live in this kind of situation; like one of the best songs says: sad but true ;-).

I hope you enjoy your day and buy so many beautiful things for a special date that is Christmas. I'm very happy that you are relaxed in this year.

    Love, Carol

  5. Hi, Anette!
    You are really beautiful=)Cool necklace=)
And, do you remember song, that I send to you? I wrote another one yesterday, of course in English=) Here is it)

    Blood on my lips,
    His corpse on the way.
    Death everywhere, save yourself
    Run from this satanic place.

    Refrain:
    Twilings lowered on the cemetery
The anty Death stroking you on shoulder
I raise my unseeing eyes to sky
To be a part of dead world

I glancing indifferent to the clothers:
It's stained by blood. So be it.
It's all the same to me. Death makes me calm, but not for a long.
Tomorrow I will go to kill again

    Refrain.

I am not a vampire, not a bloodsucker
I don’t like life, but all the same live
I forgot relative faces long ago
    Now I'm alone. Forever.

    Refrain.

    Help me, kind wanderer
    Heal, take with you
I want to come back to past
    Where I wasn't alone

    Refrain.

    Now, I am dying
Blood is flowing down on my skin
    But now it's mine
    Tick-tack, the heart stops beating

And now I am writing music for my first song=) Yesterday I also wrote the main theme=) I of course send you when I'll end=)

You are so cute with glasses:3 Do you have any problems with eyesight?

And arghhh, that pic with Nemo's little blurred figure is the best thing I've seen all week,because:1.Nemo's just too cute,2.that pose looks just like the ones you used to do while on stage, and it just gives me a lot of feelings.
I'm so happy to see you're already excited for Christmas! For me,this holiday lost its magic some time ago,and it's actually quite sad.
Hope your day's going on well!

I'm so glad that you are stress free! That's awesome and I really hope things continue to go well. Actually,I know things will keep going well because you're such an amazing person and are so nice and caring. You're not like anyone else i've ever met... no matter what people have to say you keep a smile on your face and stay strong, and that's what I admire the most about you because I know that can't be easy. Lots of love and hugs and enjoy your day!

  8. Hey!
I REALLY love this outfit! And black is my favorite color ;)
I asked thispair of shoes for Xmas to my mum :

    http://cgi.ebay.fr/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?VISuperSize&item=130802389008

Black and studs/spikes: best combination ever to me! =)
Maybe you don't like it, which I would understand as they are maybe... strange? But I wanted them since 1 year =)

You talk about boots, and I remember a pair of boots you had on stage, Willow boot, something like that!Do you still wear it ?
    Here a photo : http://img171.imageshack.us/img171/4332/338209graspop0265.jpg
And is my favorite outfit =)

And talking about little Nemo, you said he sings sometimes. Would you do a video (where we don't see his face of course) so we can hear him singing? It would be SOOOOOOO cute! =)
You could even do a duet ! Ahaha =)

Enjoy this day & I hope you'll find what you want in Gucci!

    Love and many many Hugs

  9. U look so pretty as usual. I love black. That salad looks good:) And yes...everything does happen 4 a reason...People change and turn on us so we can let them go and find better people to surround ourselves with. Lies...this world is full of them...I'm pretty careful with who I trust...if anyone...so many people have Lauren's on me/backstabbed me that I pretty much don't trust anyone except for God. And good things do fall apart so better things can come together. Even in this messed up world there is always something better. I also think that it's better to just live a happy positive life instead of fearing the evil in the world bc there is nothing u can do about it...just be a happy person and u will enjoy your life much more! Have an awesome day <3

And that post by Sania Claus is really great, too. It reminds me of some problems and situations of my life I'm still in, since some months and years. Difficulties to let go and to find fulfillment for my own, independent from anyone else.
But those are helpful lines, thank you for sharing!

  14. Hey sweetie!
Nice clothes, I love black clothes! :)

I'm glad that you are still updating the blog and the fans can still follow you somehow.

I'm curious about something: I follow a brazilian forum about you and your ex band and of course, all the fans still don't know what really happened, the real reasons that you are not in the band anymore (which probably we'll never know because they are personal) but do you think or thought about a press conference to make the things a bit clearer?

I wish you all the best! Your true fans will keep on following you! ;)

But yeah I did realy bad to myself again. I'd not realy cut but I still did hurt myself.

I know it is realy bad for me..

I'm so fucking sorry I did this again! I felt realy bad afterwards but I had to erase the pain out of my brain.

I hope you can help me to stop myself because I can't stop myself and I don't want professionals to help me(I don't believe them)

    1. I believe that the fact that you want to stop is already a big step! Now all you have to do is finding another way to express your pain.I know,it sounds easy, right? But I bet you know how hard it is.Why don't you go out for a walk?Or,if you have any pets, play with them?Or read, study, scream, cry, destroy things.Anything.But stay away from things that can hurt you. You're worth much more than that, and you deserve better.
I know these methods sound silly, but I can't tell you how many times I've just run away with my dog for a few hours, because I felt like I'd hang myself id I stayed home, and how much that helped me.I'm pretty positive my dog has saved me more than once,as childish as it sounds.
I wish you the best, you're strong enough to overcome this!I believe in you.<3
      Have a nice day,

    2. Far as I understand, you´re cutting?
I´ve been where you are. I was told that when I felt the pressure, I should take a hair tie or something like, put it around my wrist and let it snap my skin. It hurts, it makes the pressure go away without cutting.
They also told me to take a cooling pillow and press my arm against it instead of cutting, or let cold water run over my arms. Taking a shower often helps, too.
This things are cold "Coping skills self harming", I think. I´ve found a website that sounds as if it could help you:
      http://www.helpguide.org/mental/self_injury.htm
Have a look at it, maybe it helps. There are more skills listed than I can remember right now.
      I wish you the best!

  20. Hey Anette,
the black color suits you very well - I like the colour black. Wow I like this beautiful bluse.
    You look great.
haha, Nemo also wanted to be in the picture. As his Mom so doing a great pose, why not? But of course it is very natural that he should not show up on an image to the public. I understand very well as you can. Who actually makes the always great photos of you? I know sometimes you do it yourself, but the photos from today? If you stand so in a pose? Self-timer from the camara?
I wish you a wonderful evening.

I'm loving the headband! I adore how you manage to look so full of energy even in those grey late autumn days.:)
The salad looks supertasty, bad I myself need something warm for my belly, now that the days have gotten darker and colder. :)
And I've missed your recipes! I try some now and than and it's always tasty and quick, so I would be happy to some more of those here someday ;)

Great quote too, and it's much needed to follow things like that, especially right now when troubles are piling up and crumbling down on me a little. "Always look on the bright side of life." right? :)

Hope you and your boys are doing great,

  26. Hi Anette!
Today I did a blood test. Luckily they took only 2 vials of my blood, because after that I had to walk a lot. I had some things to fix so I did almost all today. Now I have relax time at home and in two hours I have volleyball practice. I hope I'll resist, because when I'll return at home I must call my friend via Skype. She's away and I need to talk with her.
Anyway you have a great outfit today ;)And I must say that every time I see your beautiful eyes I fall in love :)
    Enjoy your evening!

  27. Hello, Anette!

I was wondering if you could help me with a little problem I have...
You see, I'm playing bass in a band and we have our biggest gig yet coming up tomorrow. I think we should include backing vocals in our performance and I would love to ding them. But despite this, I'm incredibly nervous about singing in front of a crowd :( Do you have any tips that may help conquer my nerves?

Also, I really love the outfit! Very nice. I like the hair band and ear rings ;-)

    Enjoy your day :-)

Black is great, I love it ^^ And I found out that people don´t care if you break rules as long as you wear black. The black clothes are my amour plates, they protect me, everybody thinks I am friends with the Antifa (although I´m not, not that I would say this aloud) so they leave me alone even at night ^^

If You don't remember I'm the girl whose boyfriend left her for working in London. I just want to thank You for Your kind words and I have to agree that now when he is away I feel also as You like half a person. I think that hardest time we have now cause he has big trouble with internet now so since Saturday we only talked twice via Facebook when he was at Westfield (biggest shopping center in London, I'm sure that You would have loved this). But still better than Sunday and Monday when I had no idea what was goinng on with him. Very hard time but now I know that it will be better :)

As I'm really hoping to see you live again, I can't help but wonder, can we expect to see you touring around at least a little bit in the future? And will you be singing some Nightwish songs too on your concerts?

I just watched some older videos of you performing with orchestra, and I really liked them. I wish I could be there.

Also, thanks for the advice on dealing with stage fright you gave up there. I'm usually quite confident but I completely lose it if I have to sing, and it might help me one day too. Thanks :)

You have really nice clothes, Nettie. I never saw you in a bad or ugly clothe -- they're all really wonderful and so cool! You really have a good taste for clothes.. hahaha

Oh, and I also ate meat balls today at lunch! But, unfortunately I still can't eat such a "healthy" meal like you do... Actually, I had a big plate of rice, bean, meat balls and fried bananas.. Not exactly a healthy meal, but.... one day I'll achieve the hard task of eating more nutritional foods.. (yn) haha

    Streame; Hi and thanks;=)

Sabine; hi! I know and understand your anxiety, I do. I´ve been there. And the only thing you can do is to accept the anxiety and try to do something else to get it away. Not self-destruct, cause that is not the solution. Meet the anxiety, let it come out. Cry, scream, sing, listen to music, take a walk, take a shower, call a friend, dance and so on. Try and find something that can make you pass the anxiety without harming yourself. And if you fail now and then, don't judge yourself so hard, just be happy for the times you can go against it and take one small step at a time and try to think about WHY you get the anxiety attacks. If its the kids in school, talk to your parents or a teacher and try to make things better for you. If its something else, try and find out what. Its always easier to get anxiety go away by understanding why we get it and to try and make someone help us when we get it. I hope you understand what I mean and can try and help yourself, if you don't want to seek help from a professional. Lots of hugs!

  43. Dear Anette,

It pleases me to see that you are still actively writing weblog entries. You seem to be doing well, nice! :-)

You might like to hear that the Dutch government is currently actively debating bullying. The reason behind their active debates is very unfortunate though, namely the suicide of a 20-year-old male victim of bullying.

With regard to the 'everything happens for a reason' part, could you please tell me why I am in the situation I am currently in? Only two months ago I started my greatest adventure so far, a study abroad period in another country, only to receive a phone call from the police of my home country a week and a half ago with the tragic news that my mum has passed away. Cause: natural death. Age: 51. I am now back in my home country and all on my own with no other family. Literally no other family. I am 21 years old, lost my mum and have now no one on earth who truly loves me no matter what. What could be the reason behind these recent massive life changing events? It turned my world completely upside down.

Anyway, you look great in your black outfit and your accessories go very well with it. Enjoy your upcoming happy days! :-)

    Regards,

    Danique

    1. I'm so sorry for your loss. As for why you're in that tragic situation, people die all the time. Young or old, death has no boundaries. Life goes on. Perhaps different opportunities will come where you can meet new people that will love you very much.

Sometimes in the most dramatic situations do people figure out who they really are as an individual.

Don't worry, it's not the end of the world. Life has its ups and downs all the time. I hope you feel better soon.

      Best Regards

Brianna; Hi and thanks for such kind words;=) I believe life is to short to go around being sad and miserable for a long time, so I try to get up on my knees as fast as I can after every "blow" life throws at me and I believe life is to short to spend it on to much negativity. And my kids help me seeing life so positive too;=

  48. Hello Anette!
I love how each day you have a coordinated outfit on. Unless I have a big plan for the day, I am usually wearing only jeans and a T-shirt with minimal make up and my favorite necklace. You present yourself to the world in a very wonderful way. I am looking forward to seeing your upcoming performance!
    Enjoy the coming weekend,
    Love and Hugs,
    Caitlin

  50. Hi Anette!!! Just wanted to say how much I love you and admire you! I have so much respect for you because you are a nice, good, kind, honest, real person and believe it or not, you always give me the strenght to keep going. I have suffered from anorexia and bulimia since I was 12 years old, I am 21 now and I almost comitted suicide about 2 months ago. I was convinced that death was the only way out of this hell.By reading your blog,I have a better, positive outlook on life and I reached out for help and getting therapy/meds and I am a much happier, optimistic person. I'm so proud of the progress I made in just 2 months and well, I'm telling you this because your caring personality made me realize that there IS good people out there, and that makes me feel a lot better! Thank you so much for doing what you are doing and may god bless you, Anette. I'm tearing up now, so I gotta go, haha. Take care and much love and respect.

  51. Alexandra; Hi and thanks;=)

JenC: Hi and wow, its so nice to hear your improvement in these 2 months! I know its a hard way to come back from, but I also know you can make it:=) And yes, the world DO have nice people living in it also;=) Death is never the way out! You are to special and needed in this world;=) Everyone on this earth has its own purpose and even if we don't know what, we do. So if you stay here, I know you will have an impact on people and especially from your eating disorder, you can help others who suffers the same, when you are older. So I´m so so happy you are improving and don't give up even if you have a bad day or a relapse, cause it takes time to change the ways you have lived life for so many years, but you will be fine if you fight;=) Lots of strengthening hugs!

Domenik: Hi and thanks=) Musicians day sounds nice;=)

Caitlin: Hi and thanks=) Also, the autumn weather makes it easier than if it would be summer here, cause then I also just use a t-shirt and jeans, but now I can war layers and stuff and thats more fun;=)

Océane; hi and thanks;=) Nemo loves to watch the photos of daddy;=) So he got happy here this morning. And yeah, luckily me and Nemo loves sleeping long so we did, until 9.18=) Have a great day!

Karoline; Hi! Rice is good but if you add, like I do, cheese to the salad it gives protein and helps to get fuller without rice;=)

Mynta; Hi! I am so sorry its a bad time for you=( We always have those days and also years where everything just goes bad for us. But it will change, so look forward to 2013 and that year will surely be a better one=)

Danique, Hi! And oh, I am so sorry to hear your tragic story;=( Well, I don't know why this happened to you and I think its really sad and way to early for you to be all alone and loose your young mother;=( To be all alone is really frightening and hard and I am so sad for you. Don't you have any other family, like aunts and cousins you can get support from? do you have any friends that can give you support? Can you go back to the studies in the other country and concentrate on that instead of staying back home? And can you go and get some help from a therapist to get some help with your sorrow and talk about the future and how to overcome this tragic that happened to you?
I believe in God, but of course I also sometimes think: Why did this happen if there is a God? And there´s just no good explanation more than that we all have a purpose in life and some die young and some live longer and I am not sure why this is how it is, but the circle of life is like that. But being the child left behind, like you, I understand that you think about why this happened and I can't tell you why, cause I also think its just so sad and tragic and WAY to early to loose your mother;=( I really hope you have someone who can help you to grieve and hug you and give you the love you need now. I send all of my love and hugs to you and I really wish that you will get some help in this hard situation!

  53. everything happens for a reason
people change so you can learn to let them go
things go wrong so that you can appreciate them when they're right
you believe lies so that you will eventually learn to trust no one but yourself
and sometimes, good things fall apart so better things can fall together
