Hi all!

We came home yesterday after one day of travelling, puih;=(

And tonight we slept 13-15 hours, even Nemo;=) We were sooo dead tired cause havent been much sleep in the boat. And hey, I really do not like boats. This was the last time I go on one;=)

Will be back maybe tomorrow if I feel more like a human being then, but today I am just still a zombie...

Hi all!We arrived to wonderful Miami yesterday and wow, the weather is perfect! 28 degrees and sun and my pale Scandinavian face sure need it:-)LA was just wonderful and I need to write about all the things we did when I get back home but THANKS to everyone who came to Gibson, to Key club and our signing session. My heart is just filled with gratitude and love to you all cause without you we couldnt have done our gigs in LA with such joy as we did:-)I dropped some tears standing in Gibson in mother and father and it was pure awe seeing all of you before me. Thanks so much:-)Now time to head off for our Metal cruise which will be great and I already met the Kamelot guys at the airport and they are the nicest ones. I love LA! I think we will move here in the winter time from now on:-) checking swedish weather and seeing snow there, then looking out through our window here and the sky is totally cloud free, blue and 19 degrees... No complaints here:-)Yesterday we went shopping in Beverly center and I found the most wonderful shoes I am gonna have on stage. High heels I actually can walk in.. Thanks to YSL, my new favourite shoes:-)Now time to head out in the sun and later on Troy is going to give me hypnosis against my stage fright. I hope it works:-)Enjoy your day now! Ok, sounded really dramatic;=)

But what I mean with my angry headline is that I HATE packing!!!! And even more when I go from winter to a bit warmer weather but still not super hot. All my summer clothes are stuffed in the storage so I dont have anything to bring more than jeans, t-shirts and tops. Well, I guess a small problem since I know LA offers really good shopping;=)

So what I need to get directly is a bathing suit or bikini for the cruise cause I have none of these. If someone knows a great place to get this and preferably cooler stuff, let me know!

Then the packing for Nemo is always a hassle. I dont want to forget those important things I cant get over there but most of the stuff is available when we arrive so if I have f-cked up totally and forgotten diapers (God forbid me;=) I can get it when we arrive.

We fly at noon tomorrow and will arrive in LA in the evening so our mission for Nemo during the flight is to keep him up as much as possible. Hehe! Let´s see how that goes, cause he always loves to sleep in the airplane;=)

Oh - I got my new stage dress for next saturday today and I love it!

Hi all and happy sunday to you;=)

I took a long and nice run today in the beautiful weather today. 5 degrees and perfect running conditions. Ran 10 k´s and I stopped in the forest on the highest spot to take some photos for you.

Then late afternoon, me and Seth went to the video store to rent some sunday movies and when we passed this tree I couldnt stop watching the beautiful light and shadows together with the sky. I really love trees;=)

The movies we rented are "Planet of the apes", "Trespass" and "Captain America". We´re gonna watch Captain America with Seth after Nemo´s gone to sleep and then later on, me and Johan are gonna watch Trespass.

Hi all!I came back home yesterday evening and it's always so nice to be home again:-)My poor little Nemo got ill up in Stockholm with a really bad stomach flu and all we do is clean him up, wash clothes, sheets and towels:-( he got ill thursday and still not well at all, poor baby. But I hope he soon will feel better and be all happy again.

When I flew home yesterday I got myself a new book from a new Swedish author called Amanda Hellberg. It got me totally addicted and all I have done since then is read and read and now I'm almost done. It's a story about murder and ghosts from the past and so exciting!

Marja wont join so we have had a day where she showed me how to make my make-up base for stage to look good and last. Good morning all!So I arrived to Helsinki yesterday evening and I was shocked when we flew down through lots of snow falling from the sky! What happened? Did Father winter wake up a little late this year? Luckily, today its plus degrees so the snow is almost gone again:-) do not like snow that much and want SUN:-)When I arrived last night I met up with Jukka and Tuomas who were heading for some dinner and we had a really nice time. Ate a wonderful italian meal consisting of a soup with cream, parma ham and mushrooms. To that I ate a plate of carpaccio. Yummie! The soup was one of the best ones I have ever had.After a nice long dinner we went to our rooms and I surfed for some time and finally fell asleep. Took some longer sleep this morning and are still walking around in my robe drinking coffee. I am heading out for a walk and some errands later before we're heading to our rehearsal place. I will take photos as usual but I still dont know how to get them into blogger through my Ipad so photos will be published when I get back home.Enjoy this day now!

... I am on my way to Helsinki again. This time I wont take the train over the bridge cause it´s always delayed and therefore I take the other way to Kastrup, which is by boat first. I hate to be late to the airport and have to run to the gate! No, I love to stroll in the stores at the airport, have a caffe latte at Starbucks, buy a nice fashion magazine, some tax-free make-up and then just sit down by the gate and await the boarding.

So today that´s my plan and I´ll leave around 10.30, but before that I need to say goodbye to Johan and Nemo who also are flying away today to visit Stockholm and Johans parents.

A very merry and happy 2012 I wish you all, my dear blog readers and Nightwish fans;=) May this year be wonderful, filled with joy, no sorrows and magic coming your way!

Our new years eve was spent at home and we ate a wonderful trout with buttered potatoes, asparagus and salad. For dessert a wonderful white chocolate pannacotta. Red wine to that.

My new years outfit was a black dress from Betsy Johnson, shoes from Prada, stockings from Chantal Thomass and my skull tiara from Rock by Sweden. Make-up was Chanel silver glitter eyeshadow, black eyeliner, mascara and lipgloss. Simple but glittery;=)

Cross bracelet, ring from Lite Kalabalik and silver ring.

The rest of the evening we played games, drank Pina Coladas and watched all the beautiful fireworks before heading to bed much to late;=)

A grey day in Copenhagen

Hi all and sorry for my abscence, but at the moment my life spins fast and my days are full, but now I have some photos to show you from a grey, rainy day in Copenhagen two days ago.

I had to go to Copenhagen to visit the American embassy for a VISA interview and I had to get up really early (5.50) and even if I had set my alarm, I always am so afraid of over-sleeping, so I couldnt get much sleep in the night. I woke up so many times thinking: WHAT´S THE TIME??? - chech my watch, notice that it still was 3 or 4 or 5 and I could lie down some more time.
But a crappy night it was and when I finally went up in the darkness I got myself some coffee, put on clothes, some make-up for the day that was easy and fast:

- some foundation from Chanel, mineral powder from ID, bronzing on the cheeks from Bodystore, pink rouge on top of that, gold eyeshadow from MAC, eyeliner from Lancome, mascara from MAC and lipgloss from Maybelline.
Here´s my tired face at 6.15 in the morning;=)

Then down to the train station, ordering the biggest coffee they had, some yoghurt with granola and rush on the train. Took 1,5 hour cause we were delayed (as always on the train) but I were in good time before my appointment time at the embassy.
When I came there, they were really nice and welcoming and after 1 hour I was ready and my VISA approved;=) US - here I go again!;=)

If I am in Copenhagen I feel needed to do some strolling around checking the sales and do some errands for the tour that I cant find in my small city so I took the whole day visiting both stocking boutiques, jewellery stores, shoe stores e g and of course I had to eat some sushi. Found a super good sushi place next to the wonderful lingerie store I visited called Anne Sax, who helped me with all the things to wear on stage under my new dresses;=) Great staff and I will for sure go here every time visiting Copenhagen.
The sushi place had brown rice to make it a bit healthier and I ate edamame beans with lemon and salt and 8 pieces of Ebi makis with spicy ingredients. To drink a super good organic ginger-orange drink. Yummie!

After this I strolled and got some nice things for the boys and I also visited my favourite place - the DISNEY store;=) Got Nemo some fun stuff and I´ll show it later for you cause I need to do a video on it, they are soooo cute.

At 6.30 I was home again and the boys got so happy with the small things I had for them and I was happy after a day of danish kindness and with the happy feeling of having gotten my VISA and we are all set for Los Angeles!

Oh, and in COS I tried on some stuff like this cute striped sweater but I only got stuff for the tour so this had to stay in the store.

Nemo got this wonderful body with the angel wings on the back and the words "angel of love" in the front. Really cute!

Now I just came home from a wonderful run so time to hit the shower! Will post some photos later on from my visit at mum´s place yesterday where I took some photos of Signe and Stjärnan for you all.

X-mas run

I have celebrated my x-mas day with a nice run in fast paste in the forest and by the ocean. So nice!

It´s +8 degrees here today and I can´t complain about the weather anymore...maybe we´ll be lucky enough and skip winter and get spring already?? Give us Mediterranean weather, yeah!

Oh, and someone asked why I wrote "Tompa" for Tuomas and that is a common swedish nickname for those being named Tomas, which is our way of saying Tuomas.

So now you know (curiosity killed the cat, or?=)

It´s x-mas week and on saturday it´s x-mas! Time flies and today we are heading to the mall to get x-mas gifts. I have already ordered some from the internet but will get some smaller stuff for the kids today;=)

Our x-mas is gonna be a calm one celebrated at home and I like to take it easy so it suits me just fine. On january 2nd I go to Finland again for some more rehearsals and then january 14th we fly over to LA so its good to relax now before next years touring starts.

What´s your x-mas plans and do you all love x-mas or hate it?

I have actally not liked x-mas so much due to the stress that surrounds it and being a divorced child having to be with just one parent every year and feeling I made the other parent sad when not being there. Therefore, my x-mas celebrations are now much more relaxed and the best way to celebrate it, in my opinion, is in a warm place like Thailand;=)

But this year, due to so much travelling next year, it´ll be a peaceful home x-mas and I like that too:=)

Yesterday evening I watched pieces of the Nobel prize concert and I was blown away by this girl - Janelle Monaé! What a voice, what a charisma, her moves are just amazing and the music is perfect!

Today the first thing I did, was to get everything by her from Itunes and boy, I am so gonna enjoy her stuff all day long;=)

Stars and butterfly

Hi all and happy friday!

Fridays are so nice, dont you think? I´ve always loved fridays and still do;=)

This morning I went to my dear Linda to dye my hair roots and it was about time cause it´s been growing so fast and the roots were almost 3 cm of blond colour so I kinda looked like I had grey hair in the bottom. But now its fresh again and my x-mas pampering has ended;=)

It´s been a while since I posted outfit photos but today I took a snapshot, so here we go:

My skirt has stars on it and I got it in Zara in Helsinki and its so cool. It´s shorter in the front and longer in the back. My sweater is a cosy cashmere from Zadig & Voltaire and I love their knits. My over the knee socks are actually old and I dont remember from where but I like them. The purple and lime green is fun;=) My lovely butterfly necklace has been there since the day I got it;=)

Pampering day

Hi all!

Yesterday I had a "pamper myself" day and first I went to Pernilla to get a really nice facial treatment, which was really needed due to me having so dry skin in the wintertime and I normally never go to facials but the last weeks my skin has looked really dull and grey so it was really useful. Pernilla used AHA-acids and lots of moisturizing treatments to get the skin to glow and it sure did afterwards. She also fixed my eyebrows and shaped them in a much nicer shape and coloured them and the lashes so now I look fresher even when I do not wear make-up.

After Pernilla I ran up to Sandra at Posh shop to get my nails fixed. They had really grown the last 4 weeks so it was time. This time I chose a cool pink shade with silver glitter and black leopard pattern to make them cooler;=) I think they got really cool!

Just came back from a really super nice run where I enjoyed the forest and the ocean and also, on my way home, took a short little break at my best friends place to have a chit-chat, before putting on the shoes again and ran home.

Best, best way to start off a day is this and the bad mood I had this morning, is gone. Girls, if you, like me, suffer from moods due to hormones every month, I can recommend exercising. You dont have to run, a walk is enough, but moving and getting fresh air might help;=)

Now - time for a nice shower and then sunday relaxation with the family. I have this new book I started to read yesterday that is really interesting. It is the biography of Zlatan Ibrahimovi c - our big superstar in football. His childhood wasnt easy and still he made it. Another proof of great strength and I long to sit down and continue reading it today.

"Fun" travelling memory;=)

Just sat here looking in my old passport from the last tour and then I saw a stamp from me and Johans trip to Thailand when I was pregnant with Nemo and I just have to tell you a memory that was stressful at the time but now I can laugh about it;=)

Flying to Thailand takes quite some hours, as you know, and when we arrived I was so tired and my pregnancy made me having a nausea all the time and so was the case also at that time, so I guess I looked pale, tired and just not so beautiful..hehe!
When entering Thailand, you need to have your photo taken and show your passport to a security officer and so I did.

We relaxed at our nice hotel all week and then when we were coming back to the airport to fly home, we needed to go to another security officer so they could look in the system at your photo that it´s you and also sign that you leave Thailand.

I go up to the security officer who looks at me - then looks down at the computer - then he looks at me again - and again down at the computer...

I get a bit nervous and wonder what is wrong and finally he says: come here, pointing that I should come and look at his computer behind his desk. So I do and then he points at my photo and then says:

- IS THIS YOU?

I look at the photo under my name and get all shocked cause in the photo there´s some older lady, maybe around 55-60 years old and looking nothing like me;=)

I answer him:
- NO, THAT´S NOT ME, THERE MUST HAVE BEEN A MISTAKE!

and starts to laugh out loud cause I just couldnt keep myself. I get like that in situations like this. Laughing out of nervousness...

Luckily, the kind officer understood that someone had made a mistake and let me pass and leave the country.

Now I can laugh and feel that it was a fun moment, but right there, at that dreadful quiet moment, seeing another persons face where my name was stated, I was so stressed.

I hope it wont happen again during my coming travels;=)

Hi all and a very happy friday to you;=)

Here its a storm outside, class 1, so we have to stay inside today;=( But well, I have stuff to do:
- paperwork
- cleaning the place
- vocal exercises
- exercising

And of course, take care of my dear Nemo, who is better but still have a very bad cold.

Butterfly messenger

Today I got my new necklace and I love it;=)

It´s called a butterfly messenger and not only is it a beautiful necklace, but also you can whisper or put a note inside the butterflies body with a word or sentence you wish for in your life.
I chose the necklace in golden and with a clear stone but you can also get it in silver and with rose stones.

This necklace is designed by Carolina Gynning, who also makes beautiful paintings, writes books and more.

How to wake up

Good morning!

Every morning I have a routine and this is what I do to wake up:

- First lots of cups of coffee

- Some TV watching with Nemo

- Around 9.30 its time to really wake up and then it´s time for happy music! At the moment the songs that are played are:

Well, it is such a nice morning when you get the news from Ewo that Imaginaerum already hit place no 2 in the Swedish mid week sales chart;=) I get really happy since here in Sweden we are not as big as in Finland. Grrrreat news!!

And look at these nice pictures from "Skivlagrets" drive for the album. Looking good and I want to thank Skivlagret for this.

Also there is a very nice TV commercial in TV4 from Statoil who also sell the album and it looks good;=) Thanks also to Statoil!

Hi all!My days here in Helsinki are full of things to do but wanted to check in and say that there soon will be a rehearsing diary from me in our NW site.Today is the last rehearsing day and tomorrow Imaginaerum is out finally and I fly home tomorrow with my copy in my hand and its just wonderful to have it out finally. Tonight at midnight we do a signing session here in Helsinki at Anttila by Kamppi if you want to come by and meet us all:-)Enjoy the day and let me know after you receive your CD what you thought about it. Will be nice to know:-)

Good evening!Lying in the hotel room ready to sleep after the first rehearsal day:)We started the day with a walk in pouring rain and some heavy wind when Helsinki showed its worst side this morning. After some walk we entered the photo store, shook of the rain drops, tried to make our hair lie quite ok before we al took photos for some Visas we need next year.Marco was a great "helper", doing fun gestures during everyones shoots and it helped to heat us up and get us ready for the cab ride to our rehearsing place:-)Entering the place gave me nice memories cause this is the same place as where I met the guys for the very first time in 2006. Today I didnt have to be as nervous as back then:-)We played between appr. 11 and 16 and it felt really good to be back together again. Also nice to try the songs "live" and see how they worked out. Some really nice vibes coming out of the speakers and tomorrow we start again in the mornng. Fun times!Sleep well now!

Hi all,

Packed and ready and will leave very soon to Helsinki for rehearsals, promo and signing session. Lots to do so will be a full week but that´s how it is when I am over there;=)

The boys have rehearsed alone for 2 days and then on monday we are getting Troy to join us. We love our dear Troy and then it feels like the "family" are all there.

I bought some new hair accessories yesterday and this is so beautiful - a golden hair comb from H&M.

Like a candy shop

Yesterday I went to Sandra at Posh shop again to fix my nails. This time I wanted something a little bit more rocky and dark for our signing session next week in Helsinki and I started looking through all the nice little try-outs Sandra has made. Its like a candy shop and they are alls so beautiful;=)

After some thinking I decided to go for a design with black lightnings on top and some small golden glitter below. I didnt want to long nails so Sandra used my own nails except for 2 where she just used some gel to make them longer.

I really like them and Sandra is super good at what she does;=)

Breaking dawn

Hi all and a very happy monday to you;=)

Yesterday me and Seth went to see the new Twilight movie - Breaking dawn.

I have read all the books and loved them but the movies havent impressed me at all so I mainly went to see this new one since Seth wanted to see it. And yeah, it wasnt so much for me, no.
They could have made the movie into one and shortened it drastically and skipped all the loving/kissing boring stuff the first hour. But if I were a teenage girl I would had loved it, of course;=)

So the movie was okeish for me, but I prefer the books. Have any of you seen it and what did you think?

...woke up and my body is aching from my kettlebell exercising yesterday;=)

If you havent tried kettlebells yet, I recommend it. Its really fun and you use muscles everywhere. Like I can feel this morning;=)

Here´s a good video with exercises and dont think about her big kettlebell, start off with an 8 kilo one and then increase when you get stronger.

...there´s always a way...

Since Johan is away on tour I cant go running in the forest so what to do? Well, this morning I did a nice kettlebell exercise.

Then at 19.30, when Nemo had fallen asleep, I did a really fast running exercise on the tread mill. I dont run so long distance on the tread mill but instead I just go full speed and get my heart rate and pulse up in a high exercising mode.

If I feel good now? Oh yes!

So there´s always a possibility to exercise even if it´s not the same as usual. But better to do something than nothing;=)

Cleaning lady

I got this urge in my body today to do a BIG cleaning at home;=) Polished all the windows, cleaned the kitchen totally and just did the big cleaning. Nemo was helping me of course...;=)

So now I am happy, relieved and can take a seat in front of the TV and enjoy the finals of swedish "Survivor" (here called Robinson)

"Finally this image lead me into a long journey through this night and got me trapped in the limbo between the dusk and the dawn. The place where you face your demons and angels, meet the souls of the ones you loved and lost. Will we walk the night forever, or let the night forgive us and let us say a last goodbye? These are songs from the limbo, notes of sorrow, hate, love, darkness and light. The tale of Emerald Forest and the Blackbird."
We are extremely honoured to have Anette Olzon of NIGHTWISH featuring on vocals on CATHEDRAL WALLS. Her recognizable voice gives the song the depth and the angelic character it demands.
"When I got to listen to the rough demo of 'Cathedral Walls' I fell in love with the song immediately and I was so honoured to be asked to sing on this song. The melody and lyrics are truly beautiful.", comments Olzon.
In addition, Aleah Stanbridge of TREES OF ETERNITY - whose ethereal voice is familiar from our previous works - is also featured on two tracks.
The album was recorded during September and October 2011 by the legendary Mikko Karmila (Nightwish, Amorphis and Children of Bodom, to name a few) at Drumforest Studios in Viitasaari and Sonic Pump 2 in Helsinki, and by Hannu Honkonen at Noisework Studios in Helsinki.
For when it comes to mixing, we are more than excited to work with another legend in the Finnish metal scene, Hiili Hiilesmaa. Hiili is known for his work with HIM, Apocalyptica, Amorphis and Moonspell, etc. We are convinced that his vision, insight and experience will bring our sound to a new level.
The album will be mastered by Mika Jussila (Nightwish, Amorphis, Sentenced, etc.) at Finnvox Studios. The artwork is once again made by Rami Mursula, whose imagery sets the perfect mood for the album.

Interview day

Hi all!

Today is a day filled with doing e-mail interviews and also phone interviews. In between I need to go to mum´s place to leave some stuff for Nemo cause she´s gonna have him sleeping over on sunday when I am flying to Stockholm for some education a week. Johan is leaving tomorrow for a swedish tour with Pain so it´s puzzling things together as always with two travelling parents;=)

Will post todays outfit for you when I have time later today, but took one of yesterdays relaxed outfit. Warm, cosy as it shall be in the autumn;=)

Dearest friend visit

This morning started off by getting a visit by my my dearest friend - Niklas from Alyson avenue, my dear old band mate and best friend. Its really nice to have such a good friend and we have such memories from many many years back playing together and having fun. We had coffee and talked a lot about music, band memories, how the business is and all those stuff I sometimes want to get ventilated with a "fellow" musician and my best friend. Niklas and me have always supported each other and I can tell him things and know he´ll keep them safe.

Like when I was the new "secret singer" in NW for many months - Niklas kept that secret and helped me with all those demos I sent to the guys. He also have been there supporting me when I have needed someone to pep-talk me when the times in life havent been so easy.

For me, a friend like this is something really special and there´s nothing in the world as important than having someone who knows me so well and never judge me or say I am crazy (even when I am;=) and with whom I can cry and laugh and lean towards.

In the afternoon me and the kids went outside to enjoy the beautiful day. 13 degrees again and sun and what can I say more than that its wonderful to have such weather!
And I guess the nature also loves it cause we found lots of spring flowers! Weird but nice;=)

I had some striped pants on today from Isabel Marant.

Sun was wonderful and the sea perfect;=)

Today its also the day to give a special thought to those who are no longer with us and I want to light my candle tonight for some special persons and animals I really still miss in my life:
Svea, Sanda, Ivan, Irene, Gremlins and Kulan

With these dear ones in my mind I wish you all a good nights sleep. Remember to give love to the ones you love and appreciate those loving you and caring for you.

Well, happy friday to you all!

I feel better but still a lot of pain in the teeth and down in the jaw so if it doesnt get better by monday I will call my dentist cause maybe some infection or something.

But anyhow, the rest of the body are much better and today I´ve been out doing my 10 k´s in the beautiful morning. It´s incredible that its november and still 10 degrees here! Last year we had lots of snow and freezing cold so it´s weird. But I do not complain, I do not want snow so keep the warmth here for all of the winter, please dear weather Gods;=)

Today we´re going to get Seth a new cell phone cause he has a really old one and its time to get a new modern one. He wants an Iphone so we´ll go and fix that today. He´s so excited;=)

I dont know if it has something to do with me fixing those big holes at the dentist yesterday, but I have felt ill ever since I came home yesterday;=( Really boring but all I can do is take it easy and hope its better tomorrow.

Orange

On our way to fix some things. The boys are going to get some new PS3 games and I am heading to get some girlie stuff;=)

I got some new make-up stuff from Chanel. A new light foundation which is very sheer and not so covering, a golden eyeliner and an orange lip stick. Love them all and to match it I wear orange stockings and a black dress. Autumn colours are the nicest!

Oh, and my hair feels super nice from using that oil once already. Thicker, more glowing and fresh. The oil is called "castor oil" if you want to try it out yourself. 3 times a week is recommended.

Teeth

Hi all!

Thanks for your support for my dentist appointment;=) Very well needed!

I slept kinda good but had some bad dreams so I guess the nervousness was there, but I went up at 7 and took some coffee and a protein shake. Didnt put on any make-up in case of crying...you never know;=)

Then walked there, sat down and got my little "cocktail" to calm me down. It felt good and I lost a lot of my anxiety so when I sat down in the chair I didnt feel stressed at all. She put some needles with anaestesia since one of the holes were really deep down.
Then I put my headphones on with music. I chose Black Lab to calm me down even more;=)
She had to drill a little bit with the normal drill before we started using the new laser method which is easier for people like me, who have fear of the dentist.

The hole was really big and deep so it took some time but no pain at all before she came to the very deepest part where it stinged a bit down into the jaw bone. But that was all for that one.

Then we took some more needles since I have the thing that all anaestesias dont last long in my body and I already felt everything again. So more needles and then we started hole no 2. Then the laser started to be weird. it hurt like hell when she used it and it was something with the thing not putting out enough water before the laser went on, so it ended with her having to drill with the normal drills and then it hurt and I tensed cause I just hate the drill;=(

Luckily, it was just a small hole so she did it so fast and then I was done.

When I came home I needed to take some pain killers cause I have a lot of pain and I also had to sleep due to the drugs, but otherwise I feel so happy that I made it!

Now I just have one more horrible thing to do before I am done:
Pull my tooth that we call "the wisdom tooth" and due to my fear I will get sent to the hospital to do it while sleeping. Thank God! But still, I do not long for that one.

But for now - I am done!!!

Someone asked me to start taking those mirror photos again so took one of my tired face this morning. And hey, I took off my extensions yesterday to let the hair rest for a while. Now I´m using an oil told to make the hair grow 4 cm/month instead of 1cm/month so lets see if it works;=)

Hi all!

Tonight I have sent Johan and Seth to watch the new Tintin movie. I hope they will have fun!

Have any of you seen it already and if so - was it good?

While they are gone I have done some work. Tonight some email interviews and IDs for some radio stations. If you dont know what an ID is: a short little "trailer" where I present myself, our singles name, the name of the radio station and some greeting like Merry X-mas for instance. Did 10 of those and I always laugh cause my mouth always get into some mode where it cant say the most easy things. Dont know why but it happens every single time! But I made it and they are done and I can relax again;=)

Tomorrow morning I have the worst thing ever I need to go and do;=( One other big fear in my life: the dentist! She need to drill two big holes and that is my worst nightmare. So they always have to give me some calming stuff beforehand and then lots of needles with numbing medicine so I wont feel a thing. On top of this I need to have music in my ears so I dont hear that dreadful drilling sound...yak!

So my night will be nervous and I will not relax until this horrible thing is done... having babies is one thing, but the dentist...NO!

But I will be strong and do it and afterwards I will be proud of myself;=)

Keep all your fingers crossed and send me strength for this one. I need it!

Furry friends

Hi all!

Here it´s autumn break for the school kids this week so we decided to go and spend the day at a local zoo where they have just Nordic animals. It was a grey day but we had fun and Nemo walked all day! But tonight he passed out really fast so I guess it took its toll;=)

Here´s some photos and a video of some of the animals. Many of these animals are shy and hiding deep within the leeves or their houses so I couldnt get photos of the bears, the fox or wild cats for instance but some wanted to show themselves and the horses were really in a great running mode today.

So, it turned out to be a blueberry pie tonight;=) Yummie! And blueberries are really good for better vision and they are filled with antioxidants so good choice, right?;=)

This weekend I have gotten some orange and purple candles and some fake leaves to celebrate Halloween and that autumn is so beautiful. Love orange/purple together.

From those beautiful things to more boring ones but necessary ones:
Just finished two hours of paper work for my accountant and my head is just so tired so time for some TV.

I came so far today when I did my long run. I aimed for 2 hours today but I ran for 2,5! Oh my;=) I am proud!

But I guess my legs will be quite tired the coming days...

Just woke up from 40 minutes of sleeping, I guess my body needed it. Hehe!

Now I feel I want to bake something but the fridge is quite empty so I need to get my imagination going;=)

Hi all!

So nice to see that our teaser make you excited. I long to see the whole Storytime video myself and soon I can;=)

Just came back from 11 km of running and even if I fell asleep way to late this night (2 o clock) and felt a bit tired, it was great to get outside and awake the body. Its really grey and foggy here today but it wasnt cold so I enjoyed it. My legs were a bit soar and tired since its just been one day free after my last 10 k´s but nothing that bothered me to much.

How may of you are "runners" or running regularly? Where do you run and how much per week?
Do any of you reading do any other sport or acitivity? If so- what?

Good evening!
Today I have been to a really nice girl to put on new nails and she was so nice and good at it. We put nails on with gel and then she painted them so glamourous with glitter and gold. Love it;=) Thanks Sandra at Posh shop;=)

Tomorrow I need to fix my hair colour since it´s so blond in the roots and I kinda look like I have grey hair:=( Not so nice but Linda will fix it for me and I havent decided if I´ll take off the extensions for some weeks to rest my hair and then put on new fresh ones in the end of november. Will decide tomorrow.

Our evening is planned to be a good dinner with candles, red wine, a new beautiful flower on the table, some potato chips and a rented movie. Can it be better?;=)

So, for some nights I have been having nightmares again and I am chased and the guy from the movie "The Hitcher" from 1986 - Rutger Hauer - wants to kill me and everyone around in the dream...

Hmmm... am I feeling stressed? ;=) I guess so. Maybe time for a nice massage, some relaxing time?

Memory lane

Found this in Johans cell phone..

This was when we came to the hospital and Nemo was being born last year in july;=) Cant believe it´s been 15 months. Time flies but I still remember how good I felt during the pregnancy and I remember having so much joy and laughter inside of me. I constantly just laughed and I dont know if it was Nemo who made that or just me being filled with happy hormones;=) But a very good time in my life for sure.

Today I´m chilling and just trying to take it easy. All my running and walking this week have made my body tired so today I fill up with good healthy food and rest.
