Today I exercised again and I did 5 km where I pushed myself and I ran 27 minutes of 40,4 minutes so for just a couple of days of power walks with some short running, I am already so much better in shape. Never give up and take small steps on your way to getting fit;=)
Hi Anette!
ReplyDeleteYou are a great tattoo and piercing fan and I once got a question for you. There Dermal Anchor Micro Dermal, which are small stones that are at times also used in tattoos. What do you think of this? Do you find something beautiful?
Wish you a nice day
Good on you
ReplyDeleteI could never get into running. I always struggled with it. I have just restarted the Wii fit and gentle exercise around the home.
I can only do it when Ethan is asleep though as he thinks when I'm on the floor I'm there to play, so will try and climb on me.
Enjoy your day
Carol
Hi Anette, I’m a big fan from you and for all that you bring in each day to Nightwish. I appreciate the way that you sing , I can see that you feel good with that. And that is the most important. Well, me and my cover band(Midnight Lullaby), a few months ago, we played a Nightwish song( The Islander). I hope that you and the Nightwish fans like it. Of course that we will appreciate any comment from you, but we understand that you are a busy person. We have other songs if you want to hear more. Waiting for the new album from Nightwish =)

Hi Anette,
ReplyDeletenice to read that you are in a good shape! I'm happy for you and i agree with you: NEVER GIVE UP!!! GO ANETTE GO!!!
Hi, Anette,
ReplyDeleteI do 3,4km per day within about 20 to 22 mins (best time was 18, but I was unable to equal it since it happened :)). I know from my own experience that recovery can be frustrating and slow, but it's all in the mind. You know, the one thing we will never control 100% is what happens to us, but guess what? The only thing that we CAN control 100% is how we take and handle what happens to us.
So... run, Forrest, run! :) I don't mean that in an offensive way, I really liked this character.
I am also pretty sure that you'll do fine with your 5 km run. The only real competition is against your own limits, not others'. And here again, it all starts with your own mindset.
Therefore, the sky is the limit! I encourage you to always look even beyond that :)
All the best!
Alex
always an inspiration anette :)
ReplyDeleteHello dearest Anette,
ReplyDeleteI am so glad to hear that this is working so well for you. It seems you’re very in touch with what pace and amount of time works for your body, which is, of course, extremely important, so that’s lovely to know. I hope this continues to work well for you and that you are able to reach your goals by the times that you are working towards. Thank you so much for the pictures you’ve been sharing with us. Sweden is truly a beautiful country, and you’re an excellent photographer.
Take care,
Alexandria

Hi Anette!
ReplyDeleteI have an important question for you. You have a tattoo on the foot ... I'm considering going there to do a tattoo. I already have one, but I'm a little afraid of it. I've often heard it said to be very painful. Is that true?
Wish you a nice relaxing evening and you happy Easter!
Good evening! Fantastic news, =). I find it so inspiring when I think 'ahh I can't bothered to exercise today' then I think of you really pushing yourself even after you broke your ribs to get fit and reach a goal, it motivates me.
ReplyDeleteYou go girl! We are all behind you cheering you on to be able to compete in your race, ;).
Take care, Jasmine
Good for you!! I haven`t been on your blog for an age, as you know. But I`m gonna read all your posts, :D
ReplyDeleteAnd soon, very soon, I`ll have moved and will be able to get online everyday. Take care, love,
Emily
Hi Anette,
ReplyDeleteThe rain here has I think come to an end for a couple days so no need for me to build an Ark yet, its been a cool, but otherwise sunny day to enjoy.
You can run, and I think thats great! Its not as eazy for me a bad back for a reason. I was a carpenter for a number of years, heavy lifting, falling off walls and roofs, ect. It kinda messed me up that way. So for me its bicycling which is a little easier on it. I'm soon to be picking up a new one for the spring and summer to ride.
To the winners circle with you...shiny race horse. GO GO GO Anette!!!
Again, if not still. Thanks fot the posted photos, love them.
Take care,
lots of love,
Gary
again,
ReplyDeleteI'm not much on it myself, but Ive got a Happy Easter for you and family.
God bless,
Gary
That is wonderful! You must have been in a great shape before the accident because then it is much easier to get back into it if you were fit before.
ReplyDeleteI've never been a runner in my entire life, and since I'm overweight I've been struggling a lot with low stamina. But I've just started a running-programme which will make me run 5km in nine weeks. I don't want to push it too much in the beginning, but hopefully I'll make it in 9 weeks.
Finjaa: Hi there and nice that you are gonna get a tatoo! I love tattoss and are going to do a new one as soon as possible;=) Well, there are some areas in the body that hurt a little bit more. They say that those areas where the skin never get any sun and are thin are the worst and yeah, the foot did hurt a bit more. But you know what they say: if u wanna look nice u have to pay the price;=) Good luck and eat some chocolate while they do it, sugar helps against pain!
ReplyDeleteHey Anette :)
ReplyDeleteHope you are well!
Did you hear about Roy Khan leaving Kamelot? :(
Best wishes, Ryan.
Ryan: Yeah, I have had email contact with Thomas Youngblood about this for a long time. A pity, I love his voice;=(
ReplyDeleteHi Anette!
ReplyDeleteThanks for your answer ... will try it once with chocolate if I let do it. If you want I can give you then yes even send a picture of the tattoo when it's done! Tells you ever tattoo which you want to have next?
Have lately always afraid that my tattoo in the sun fade .... I always rub it with sunscreen. What do you do to prevent it from fading?
Wish you beautiful Easter and a great weekend!
Exercising is useful and nice too but when that changes to sporting then the limits begins to be closer and crossing the limit is not necessarily good at all, because of long recovery time.Although those times and things what combined to sporting are quite personally.
ReplyDeleteAt one time I bicycled and ran quite much, specially bicycled but eventually that went all over the limit and I don´t know could I pedal over 50 kilometers per day anymore. The biggest burden was because I was working on days and sporting on evenings.Anyway, even if I could still do that I actually don´t have interest anymore.
So,sunny day and if looks that way then I could go to see the sunset.
Good beginning evening and see you
Jarno
Hi Anette
ReplyDeleteRead about you fancying a new tattoo
My last one I got in Camden day after meeting up with Tuomas. I'm already planning my next also but I have an unfinished back piece to sort out first.
Tattooist said he had guys in tears in the chair. 8 hours of work on my back per sitting. Guess some of us can take it.
Going to let us in to what you are fancying?
Carol
Hi Annette,
ReplyDeleteI am working on getting back in shape right now as well, by doing lots of different forms of exercises. It does seem a little bit harder, now since I am over forty now and had 3 children, but little by little I am finally seeing the results. Still alot of my Cardio workouts were a daily tortures and I had to force myself to keep doing it, until about 2 month ago when I discovered "Zumba". I take a class now 4 times a week and I absolutely love it, that is the "one" exercise that you have so much fun doing it, that you wished that is wasn't over just yet. It is like dancing at a party, but the results are just incredible, the pounds come of so easy now and I can tell, how I get more and more shaped up. I am from Germany, but live in America now and here we have classes everywhere, not just in Fitness Centers but also in Churches and other Public Buildings. People here are just crazy about it and are standing in long lines to get in. Do you guys have that in Sweden yet? If so try it out. It should be so easy for you to learn, since you already know how to dance on stage so well. I have seen you a few years ago in Germany on a concert and I just loved it. You are a big a big Idol and Motivator for me and I love reading your Blog. Thank you so much.
