New blog;=)

Hi my dear ones!

I will write in my new blog from now on and will of course keep this "old" blog open for anyone to read in, since so many years of comments and posts are way to nice to throw away;=) And let´s see if the new blog will survive, but for now, I feel I want to use the new one so here´s my new blog

WELCOME IN ALL OF YOU;=)

A wonderful day:=)

Oh, today I´ve had yet another nice day and it feels like my life now is just going in a very positive direction=) Nice and I thank for it and embrace it;=)

Me and Nemo had a wonderful, relaxed day at home where we both took a nice bath in the morning. Nemo, like me, loves to bath, and he always have so much fun and of course the bath room is soaking wet afterwards, but that´s ok=)

Then in the afternoon I lit up all candles and also decorated with some new ones, like this heart shaped one. Its a nice white heart shaped form which I filled with 3 big candles and when I took the photo it looks like a beautiful shiny heart, beautiful;=)

Then I took a book I started reading a while ago and put myself in the couch with my head against the window and the beautiful afternoon sky and just relaxed
I love the shape of our windows and they were one of the reasons I bought this place. They are so wide that I can sit there and watch down on the street and the people outside;=)

Then for dinner I made my own kind of Spaghetti Bolognese - Anette´s Bolognese;=)
Very yummie and I add carrots and cream to mine.

My outfit today is this: black top from Gucci and army jeans from Zara:

A cosy and relaxed day at its best and tomorrow me and Niclas, my dear friend and former colleague in Alyson Avenue, are heading to check out a studio we are thinking of buying;=) Exciting!

And buy it here: http://www.cduniverse.com/productinfo.asp?pid=8859298

It´s an album thats old but now finally ready for release, it took them 7 or 8 years to get it out. Well, why haste things?=)

Happy friday!;=)

Good morning everyone and a very happy friday to you all=)

Woke up today and the sun is shining from a blue sky! Well, that surely makes me happy and always gives inspiration;=) Today I really need to go and get some essential stuff for us, like diapers and washing powder and those boring but important things we need all the time;=)

Yesterday I had a long talk to a friend who has a hard time at her job at the moment and we talked about what is important in life and how much we want to sacrifice for our jobs and health. Cause working in a work place where you don't feel welcome and the people around you clearly don't approve of how you are or how you choose to do your job, lead them and so on, can make us ill. To constantly go around and feel that people do not like you, no matter what you do, makes you loose your confidence, it makes you feel alone and vulnerable, it makes you question your abilities and it also can make you constantly walk around in a "fighting" mode, which is a very stressful way of being.

These feelings can be similar to how a bullied or out frozen person feel like when you go to school every day, knowing that no matter what you do or how you act, the people around you will never approve or like you. No matter how hard you try to please them, they won't accept you cause all they see is a "problem". That you are not fitting in to their world and their wishes for everyone around to act or be. It has nothing to do with you, its just that in that group you are different and maybe trigger something someone of them do not like.

To work in a working place where you clearly feel people don't respect you, don't want to listen to your suggestions, where they talk behind your back and go against you all together like a pack, where they make you feel like you are the evil one and telling you that you are the one with problems, being crazy or other things that you know are totally false accusations, is such a stress on your body that you will get ill, tired, sad, depressed and so on.

To continue in a place like this, to try and make them see that you are nothing like that. To make them try and act professional and see that to get a good working place, a good confirmed working group that evolves instead of standing still in the same position and never coming forward in the progress, can make you hope for better days and make you stay far to long in that place. Hope is the last thing that leave us and also, being stubborn and trying to be stronger than you are, can make us stay in an unbearable situation like this.
Also, if you are a person who want everyone to like you, someone who want people you work with to be your friends, you might stay a bit longer in hope for them to feel the same way. But that normally never happens and instead you are the one feeling hurt and getting problems and questioning yourself.

The higher position we get in a job, the higher salary we get, also gives more demands on us, many times makes us sacrifice our family and friends, makes us work way to many hours in the week, makes us having more problems and also, the higher up you get - the more alone you are.

And thats when we have to question ourselves: Is it worth the extra money or prestige in being higher up, to be alone, to get stress related problems, to loose your self-confidence, to feel unhappy when we go to our job every day and so on? Is it worth sacrificing your family, your wishes of ever getting your own family, children and so on? Is it worth it?

If not - get the hell out of there and get a job where you are valued for the great person you are! Don't stay where you are not wished for. There will always be people who do appreciate you and where you "fit in" and if that job is a job with less money for you, less prestige and so on, who cares? Life is to short to be unhappy!

I wish you all a great friday, however you spend it;=) And enjoy life!

Todays outfit;=)

So, all black today but I just love black and grey so why not?=)

Black knit from Cos, underneath a black sleeveless bluse with studded neck from Gina Tricot, black velvet jeans from J Brand, necklace from Gucci, ear ring gift from Tina and hair band from Gina Tricot=)

And do you see the little shadow in the left corner? well, Nemo ran past the camera and this is the result;=)
Ate my standard lunch which always consists of a nice salad and today I had lettuce, apple, cauliflower, oil and apple cider vinegar on top. To this I ate small meat balls;=) Easy, fast and lots of good vitamines and proteins for the body;=)

Soon we´re heading out to the city to visit dearest Hanna at Cenino and check out the new Gucci stuff she´s gotten;=) I have seen a pair of boots that would be perfect next week at my performance.
Also want to get some xmas decorations, since its soon 1st of advent and I am longing=) This year I dont feel any stress and its the first time for years, so happy days coming;=)

Enjoy your dear and read these lines a nice blogger called Sania Claus had written, which I felt were so true:
"everything happens for a reason
people change so you can learn to let them go
things go wrong so that you can appreciate them when they're right
you believe lies so that you will eventually learn to trust no one but yourself
and sometimes, good things fall apart so better things can fall together"

Todays music;=)

This song is just so amazing and it touches me deep into my soul. Even Nemo sings a little when he listens to it;=)

Sixx A.M - Skin:

Oh, and this one is SO good;=)

From Lady Gaga:

I had a weird dream last night...

... mainly due to a blog post I read yesterday from a good friend that touched me. Me and my friend always say when someone is mean to us: just wait: - karma will hit him/her and my dream had the same message.
So today I thought we´d think about Karma and how we treat others. This first one is, for me, the worst possible way to live your life:

This one below gives comfort when you are hurt and sad and I think this one is a good one to read and then relax and know you don't have to do so much to the ones that hurt you:

This is what I believe in - What you put out into the world comes back to you!

How we choose to live our lives and act towards others will determine what kind of live we´ll have. So true!

Enjoy this day and lots of love and good karma to you all!

Todays outfit and IKEA

So, here´s my outfit for today and our trip to IKEA:

A lovely grey knit from Hunky Dory with sweet angel wings on the back of it=)

Same jeans as yesterday and a dark top underneath
I did a bun of my hair with the help of this little thing, called a hair donut:
You just take the hair up like if doing a high pony tail, then put this donut over the hair and then I took a cool hair band with spikes on it and pulled over the whole hair and donut twice to keep it there. Then if some hair sticks out on the sides, put some hair pins to fasten it. Easy every day hair do;=)

 Same make up as yesterday=)

Here you can see some more of the hair band with spikes on it.

My necklace is old and from Gina Tricot and my boots are my old Fiorentine Baker. Still my favourite ones!

And my bracelet the golden panther from Top Shop;=)

And here´s some of the things I got at IKEA, a santa´s tray and a huge candle with three wicks to lit!

New forks and spoons and so on, since some of ours were old and ugly and we needed fresh ones;=)

And this is for Johan: - this is the thing I wish for x-mas present this year;=) Pretty please.....=)

Apart from these things I bought lots of scented candles and regular ones, which is so well needed in the dark weather we have now!

Sleep well now and hope you all had a great and peaceful day;=)

Ikea

Finally we're at Ikea:-) Nemo loves the kids furniture and plays around:-)

On the subject of doing tattoos...

...when you´re younger and especially tattoos celebrating your idols and so on, this fun clip is just so good;=) And what we learn from this? Well, be careful with what you tattoo;=)

Here´s the translation:
Pia had been really careful to choose her tattoo that she knew deep in her heart she still would appreciate when she turned 70 years old.

Oh how I remember...

...singing in front of a the great big symphonic orchestra in Stockholm and how I long for next week and the concert where I am gonna do it again;=)

Its a feeling of "awe" standing in front of all these amazing musicians and the gospel choir, hearing their instruments play the songs in such a wonderful interpretation and I think this performance is so amazing when you hear their playing these two songs and I also know they thought it was so much fun! And so did I!

And next week I´m gonna stand in front of our own Helsingborg Symphonic orchestra, with shivers on my arms again, and singing my very own songs. I think I will faint! Haha;=)

And when I was much younger, I was the singer in a Big Band and that was also so much fun! Music with real instruments, playing without backing tracks and doing the "real" live thing, is just so rare and therefore extra special today;=)

Oh yeah, I also am thinking of my future stage name...just ANETTE? What do you think about that?=)

Enjoy your monday evening;=)

Todays outfit;=)

Here´s my outfit today:

Dark grey top from Cos underneath a black top from H&M (I wore this in our Russian tour), a black scarf I´ve got as a gift from Johan´s sister, hand warmers with peace marks on and then jeans from Circle of trust.

Easy make up but pinkish lipstick from Dior;=)
