Nice work, lots of success to you!
ReplyDeleteNever give up buddy!
Good luck!
Story - really liked
ReplyDeleteActing - liked, can't say they did a bad job anywhere
Special effects - no real need I guess, looked good but could've used some more fance blood splatters
Audio is somewhat lacking though. Then again, you'd need studio-quality recording for that, I think.
And camerawork is pretty good too, I forgot about that :P
DeleteWow! Ian that is awesome. Great work. Thanks for posting that video
ReplyDeleteWow... great! a bit scary for me...haha =)
ReplyDeleteGood luck, Ian!
Thanks Anette for posting it! Such awesome clip deserves it ;-)
Sorry to have scared you there :)

ANETTE!!! You are so sweet in doing this. You have brought tears to my eyes! Words can not express how I feel right now. Thank you so much for doing this. This is why your fans love you! How can I ever repay you for this kind act?
ReplyDeleteNice work :D
ReplyDeleteEspecially love the music(SAW) and costumes :)
The costumes were the most expensive part of it all. But well worth it.
DeleteIan, You are really good, a great film maker. I loved this video. Congratulations. In a few time, we will watch your film in cinema, I know this.
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for your kind words! I do hope to make a big budget film so all can see in the movie theaters some day :)
DeleteWarmest wishes,
Ian

ReplyDeleteHi Anette
ReplyDeleteAgain- I love when you do this. Because sometimes we miss all great comments here (Yeah, every single time "WOOOW ANETTE ANSWERED ME!" and I forget to read what other people wrote, I have to stop being so excited xD)
We have so talented people here, they share with us all these things...
Ian, gonna see your work right now, good luck- I'm sure someday we'll see your huge production ;)
Sleep well everyone :)
Not related to the topic but...
ReplyDeleteSince what happened, I've been thinking that sadly I'll probably not see you live again, and I have to thank you so much for one really important thing. Here's the story:
My parents divorced when I was 7. My father got a new family, and just, you know, disappeared. If I saw him once every year, it was too much. My b-day is on xmas day, and he was going to a church that doesn't celebrate bdays neither xmas, so he thought it wasn't important to appear and say 'hi' to me. During many, many years, my family was mom - sister - me - my dog.
In 2008, I got really, really sick. A stress burnout + a serious bipolar crisis, that almost took me to a psychiatric hospital. So, my father decided it was time to assume his 2 daughters.
One day, he was at our house, helping my mom taking me to some exams and I was listening to you sing, as usual (one of the only things that relaxed me at that time). I already had my tickets to the NW show (both you did in Sao Paulo), and my father fell in love with your voice. He bought a ticket to him the same day.
We went together to the saturday show (08/11/2008). Front row. The show was awesome, you were just amazing at the stage. The next day, we met you at the hotel (sorry for the fandom!), and you were so cute to us!!
Since then, we are a little closer together. We talk more, he knows my favorite color and the size of my shoes. I finally met my younger sister, that I had contact only when she was really young - like, 2 years old - and my stepmother, who is really sweet and kind.
The only bad thing is that you signed my DPP copy, and someone stole it from me. I just have a picture of it by now.
I want you to be really happy, no matter what you do! Enjoy your beautiful family, take your time to study, to sing and to relax. You're an inspiration to me =)
And thanks a lot!!!
Here is a pic of me and my father. We were waiting outside the venue for the show (we were number 28 to enter!). Some minutes after the pic was taken he got an Ozzy bandana, and everyone was cheering him for being the 'dad' at the line. We had lots of fun, believe me!
