Long test day

Hi all! I'm on the location for my test day which will last the whole day through and this test day is for everyone who wants to get in to university studies with an extra point. I've done this test twice before nw when I studied for some years but since the test results only are valid for a certain amount of years I need to do it again. I want to study again and take my exam so I hope for a good result today. Fingers crossed!

Oh, today I sang some songs for Nemo and then I found some music I sang to when I was a teenager and this is really so good still! The songs are written and produced by my favourites - Björn and Benny from ABBA. I had to go and buy these old songs from Itunes and now I will sing to them again, like when I was younger. Joy!

Good thing...

...with the internet is that when I went to school more than 20 years ago, there were just the school books and the teacher to ask for help.

Today when  I study I can go to my computer and search and find really super good explanations to every problem.

This is for me, the best thing with internet - finding facts, solutions and help to a problem/question.

And now when I have a test on saturday and need help with maths, I sit and study for it with the help of internet;=)

Warm

Hi all!

So, yesterday we had 17 degrees in the sun and it was just sooo warm and felt like summer;=) We went to Malmö to do some walking around and some shopping. They have Zara in Malmö and I love their clothes for children so now and then we go there for that. Found a pair of cool jeans, a t-shirt and a warm tee for Nemo and I´ll take some photos later on for you and show them.

When we got back home in the afternoon I went running and it was so warm down by the ocean. Lots of people out running and every time I meet another runner I feel a "connection", like moterbikers do. I almost wanna say "hi" to them, like we are in the same "club" together;=) hehe!
I ran 5 k´s and it felt good;=)

Now some breakfast before meeting my dear Lise for a nice wednesday workout. Then out in the beautiful weather again. I feel like having a barbecue today with some sausages, so that´s our plan for the afternoon after Seth has finished school.

Lady in red

Hi all!

Today I felt like welcoming spring adding a tint of colour and these red jeans are from the Dark passion play tour but still going strong;=) A good example that its good to never throw away clothes you like and also that "cheap" clothes can be working it for many years and that fashion always goes in cycles.

These I ran in and bought in H&M in London for a photo shoot for a magazine in England and I remember the photo shoot. I felt so cool in these red pants, my dark long hair and it was the only photo shoot I dared to just "let go" and enjoy it, so these pants are now my "feel cool" pants;=)

Summer time

So, here in Sweden we changed over from winter time to summer time the night between saturday and sunday but my body doesnt wanna follow this;=) So, yesterday I couldnt fall asleep until 2 in the night and today I am soooo tired but well, soon time to hit the gym and my monday exercise with Lise so that will wake me up for sure;=)

I ran 10 km yesterday and it was sooooo nice! Great that its so nice outside so running outdoor is possible again cause I am not the one who love to run indoor on the tread mill. I want to look at the nature while running and feel the fresh air in my lungs. And I did that yesterday;=)

Friday stuff

Well hello everyone and a very happy friday to you!

My morning has consisted of sending my big son to school and then doing paper work for my company and doing those boring calls that are needed in the business world. I hate those and I hate paper work but every single time I have done it I feel "free" inside so soon I´ll feel great and ready for a fabulous weekend;=)

Best of days

Hi all!

Its been a lot of exercise this week for me and it feels super! Yesterday started off in the morning with a hard workout with Lise in the gym and then late afternoon I took my oldest son Seth with me for a nice run and we did 5 k´s together. It was so nice with the spring weather and we could talk about things while we ran. Its really good to teach our children that exercising is good for you and I hope Seth will find the same love for it as I have;=)

Then this morning I met Lise for an hour of really hard exercising again, with my loving boxing in it. A super hard hour and I was totally dead afterwards.

Then I had the honour of having Lise with me home to my place where Johan had cooked us lunch and it was so nice to sit and have a "girlie-talk" for some hours.

Great days and now I´m heading to do some grocery shopping before I pick up Seth from his friends house.

Oh, and I just got the news that our Gothenburg show, the only one in MY home country, is now sold out!! Jippie and horray for that;=)

Proud!

I am back from my exercise with Lise and I had a feeling that she had planned chins for me today and I was right;=)

Last time I did them I couldnt do almost any and I begged to stop...haha! But today - ta-da!!!
Did tabatha intervalls which meant that I did chins for 20 seconds times 8 and this time I did 9 reps the first time, then 8 reps every single time except the 8th time when I did 7 reps!!!
What an improvement and I am so damn proud!!!!

Then after the chins I did the same tabatha intervalls with squats with a 16 kilo kettlebell and the last excercise was push ups. All these also 8 times 20 seconds. Hard!!

Stronger by every day! And I have exercised the whole tour so far and in Ukraine I ran 5 k´s the same day as the gig and I didnt even feel any tiredness during my gig.  Wonderful! Lise is the best;=)

Russia/Ukraine tour photos

Well a good morning to you all!
I came home yesterday and it was just so wonderful to be back with my dear boys at home;=)

Our Russian/Ukrainian tour has ended and it was so great and a big success for us cause you were a lot of people coming to our shows! For that - a big thank you - Spasiba!

I took some photos here and there and here we go:
After our gig in St Petersburg we took the train to Moscow. We left at midnight and arrived in Moscow at 9 in the morning. I had my own little cabin and it wasnt as comfy as home but I slept like a baby anyhow;=)

 

My outfit in Moscow:
A top from Style by Tyra, a super corset from LA (thanks to Cosmo!) and leather pants. Hair extension clip-ons from Rapunzel of Sweden! Lovely hair!

Then after our gig in Moscow we took another train to Kiev, Ukraine and this train story will be told in my memoares some day=)

We stayed at the nicest and best hotel ever - Intercontinental! Wow, I just say! The breakfast was the best one I have ever had! They had everything and even champagne for breakfast. Of course we had to try that;=)

Kiev was so beautiful and I really wanna go there for a vacation weekend some day. Weather was so nice too - 15 degrees and sun! Oh yes - springtime!!;=)

Trains

Hi all from Kiev, Ukraine! We have arrived safely after one very weird night on a train from Moscow:-) I have slept 3 more hours here in the hotel room and now I feel so ready to meet you all, fans from Ukraine, who will be at our show tonight;-) Moscow gig was also a super one and you all in the audience were just great! Also a special thanks to the Russian fan club for the wonderful gifts we all got:-) Now time for some exercise before we head off to the venue where I hope to meet lots of smiling and singing faces tonight at 7.30! Thanks St Petersburg!

What an audience yesterday!! You were by far the best one so far and when we came in on stage and you all in the first rows had those signs with "Kiitos" on, we felt so very welcomed! Thanks so so much:-) The whole show you chanted, sang and were so in to it that we had so much fun and my very first gig in St Petersburg is one I will always remember:-) After our gig we met some of you at the train station and I want to say thanks for being there in the cold and being so nice to us:-) Our train in the night went really well and even if some were partying I could sleep for quite some hours and when arriving to Moscow we met more of you fans and that was also really nice:-) After a BIG breakfast I slept for 2,5 hours and now I am getting ready to rock Moscow tonight! I cant upload photos until I get back home but I will write as much as I can still. See you tonight, Moscow!!

Very early

Happy

Hi all!

I came home yesterday and it was just so wonderful cause Johan and Nemo waited for me at the airport;=) I have missed them so much and Nemo so much it hurt, so great to get these two days at home before Russia;=)

I just came home from my exercise with Lise and today it was my boxing hour and I just love it! Boxing is so great cause it gets out so much stress, aggressions and tensions in my body. I wish I had discovered boxing earlier in my life cause I am sure it would had helped me so much to cope with things in life. A great workout and also a stress relief;=)

I have also been to my doctor and have taken some allergy tests due to me having gotten much more allergy the last years against what I think are food related. Nuts for instance. I also checked my sinuses due to them not being well even after my antibiotics and unfortunately they were still infected both sides so a new antibiotics and he also took a sample to grow so we see that its the correct antibiotics this time.

I actually have given Marco my bacteria so he also has it now. Thats the bad thing on tour, we give the bugs to each other in the band and crew all the time.

But I actually feel good and the only boring thing is to unpack and then pack again today... but after this weekend I get 3 weeks at home so that´s nice.

I also want to say that why I havent published all of the comments is due to my Ipad beeing weird and not wanting to do what I want;=( But I have published them all now.

Now a shower and then out in the spring warm weather we have here in Sweden! Tomorrow I have a super early flight to Russia so my evening will be an early bedtime.

Oh my, a Sunday gig but you all who came had so much energy and when you helped Marco in Islander I got shivers:-) you are truly so sweet and I want to thank especially all of you in the first rows who always come to our shows every single night, sitting outside for hours getting cold to get up there in the front line. I really want to say kiitoksia to you cause it's so helpful seeing your faces there:-) Now I'll go back home again a short trip cause my boys need me and I so miss them. But on Wednesday I'll fly over to St Petersburg and it will be so nice to see all of you who will be there. For now- Suomi tour is done and it has for all of us been a great tour and it's just the beginning of the tour still. Sleep well and once again: Kiitos and hyvää Suomi!

My dear Helsinki audience! Wow!! Tonight was so amazing that I cried happy tears afterwards and that's thanks to all of you who came tonight.
