...my stage outfits for this weekend now. Its always fun and I hope you´ll like these outfits I have chosen;=)
So, leaving with an early morning flight tomorrow and will fly to Helsinki where I will get picked up with a van that will take me to Jyväskylä and our gig tomorrow evening.
My sinuses are a bit better after the nose can and I can recommend it to everyone. It was really painful the first day due to the infection but now its much better and the mucus is coming out which is much nicer than being all stuffed and not able to breathe properly. Especially when it comes to singing a clear nose is very important. And flying with such an infection is no fun!
But now - time to move on with the packing again and then I´m going to watch swedish Biggest loser;=)
I´ll blog during my day tomorrow so see you early in the morning;=)

I'm back from the piano teacher with bad news. T_T He said that maybe in some months we'll start with "Kuolema Tekee Taiteilijan". He's the kind of person that wants to do things the right way. And I agree more or less. It's just that I'm old and I don't have much time, I just want to have fun with the piano, not to become a real pianist and play in an orchestra. Well, I guess I'll study the theory and everything and keep on playing Nightwish abusively. :P

ReplyDeleteI read about your sinus problem. I'm so sorry, hopefully your medication and "the can" will heal you up. Probably you aware that there is another product on the market to help you to rinse sinuses. Now when you are coming to Finland, You could check this product (NHS-nenähuuhtelukannu)in the pharmacy. Check here

I have heard that it's easier to use and it's less messy. Also I have heard that if you suffer sinus infection often,you should rinse your sinuses regularly; first with salty bodywarm water and then with oily water (= put a table spoon cooking oil in bodywarm water)-> it will prevent nose mucosa not to dry up.
Well, okay, hopefully these tips were helpfull.

Jag skriver till dig för första gången, har tänkt göra det många gånger, men nu kändes det rätt. Jag blev en stor Nightwish fan efter att jag hade sett End of an Era-dvd:n och måste säga att jag väntade jättemycket på den nya sångerskan. Jag och min man har varit på konserterna i Tammerfors, Luxemburg, Savonlinna, Hartwall och Joensuu. Jag måste också erkänna att jag tror att jag nästan har sett de flesta klipp av era gig som finns på youtube, speciellt i början var jag som "tokig", efter att barnen hade lagt sig var det dags igen att kolla igenom dagens klipp.. Jag hoppas att jag kan ta det lugnare nu ; ) Men orsaken till att jag ville skriva dig var nämligen i det du skrev efter konserten i Oulu. Du sa att någon hade sagt att hon slutligen hade accepterar dig som Nightwish sångerska.. Jag hoppas att du inte menade allvar : ( Du tror väl inte på riktigt att vi som kommer på dina konserter om och om igen inte skulle acceptera dig!? Herregud, det är ju därför vi går på konserterna. Du har en underbar röst och din förmåga att uttrycka känslor med den är häpnadsväckande! Lita på dig själv och fortsätt vara energisk på scen, det älskar vi! A blog is a very good invention. It is really interesting to hear about what life is like in a different country.My daughter and I made a blog of our own after seeing yours this February. I just want to end by saying that your singing is lovely and i'm glad your on the mend.

ReplyDeleteI haven´t never seen like that nose thing before but spray I have used sometimes and was that now A-vitamine drops what I have used some times.
ReplyDeleteI have been once on older modelled Volkswagen carsport,I think on that was 2.5 tdi - I don´t know was that now great by experience but nice anyway.
