Yesterday I had a journalist here for some hours doing a longer interview. It was nice and the result will hopefully be nice. I will let you know when it´ll be out for you to read in some months from now.
I have bought the new Linkin Park album and its a bit different from the last album so I need to listen some more before I can say if I like it as much or less. But the first song is good - Burning in the skies. Here you can listen to it:
(video borrowed from youtube.com)
Now its time for a long walk in the sunny, but cold weather. Its only 8 degrees today so I need to buckle up both me and my baby...brrr;=)
Enjoy your day!

Hi Anette, an interview? Good news and thank for let it know to us! Now i'm so curious to know how was it. About link park i liked old song as in the end, numb, from inside but i'm not fan of them. Do you like theese song? Have a nice walk and day!
ReplyDeleteBig hugs
I think babies looks so cute when they are in winter clothes, they are always cute but winter clothes make them extra cute =)
ReplyDeleteI wish it was cold here, is just humid and hot, and right now rainy because of a storm.
Have a nice day Anette, is always nice to see a new post by you and can't wait to read the interview.
Anette sorry for the question: I've noticed that posts appear on the blog a few days after you've written them. For exemple, your 22nd september0s post has appeared only the 24. How can it be possible? There is some problem with updating of the posts?
ReplyDeleteThat's weird!
I hope you can tell me something about that!
LinkinPark are super-melodies inside!
ReplyDeleteI am happy and excited about the interview
:)
Yesterday I did search for a table like yours on google, but I didnt manage to find :(
Anyone out there know a good site where i can buy it? thank you all and
have a good day^^,
Poochie
Nice to hear that! :)
ReplyDeleteOh.. 8 degrees Oo brr, so cold! Here it's something about 23 degrees now, pretty warm :)
Hello Anette!
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to the interview when it is ready for us. :)
Wow! 8C! It has been maybe 12C here today, and very damp! My hair has gone all silly and curly as it always does in this weather hahaha. :D
I'm very much hoping for an early snow this year, I love the snow so much!
I hope you enjoyed your walk. xx
Poochie - I do not know where you could find one exactly such as Anette's table, but you could maybe find a plain table and then decorate in the same way with paint? It might work out cheaper that way too! x
Kath :)
@Arianna: Hello, how are you? It is maybe because she save the post and just publish it later :)
ReplyDeleteHello my sweetheart Anette!!

Kisses and Hugs from sunny Portugal
Liliana
Hey Anette =)
ReplyDeleteI'm also excited as others about the interview.
And song is nice =)
Hugs, Taja.
Sounds good!
ReplyDeleteWaiting for the interview.
I would also love to interview you for my amateur blog about music, but who am I to do it? XD
I also wished you could read it, but it's in Portuguese...
Anyway, waiting for that interview, hope your baby is fine and you too. Stay well. Kisses ;)
Hey Anette,
ReplyDeleteI have to say I am a little disappointed with the new Linkin Park CD...My first reaction was "where are the guitars?" and I'm not keen on the more electronic, "dancy" kind of sound. Still, I really do like the lyrical direction they are taking and the political themes they explore. I'm kind of torn...
Arianna: Hi! Its just like Poochie wrote, I write it but saves it cause something comes up with the baby and then I publish it later. So nothing weird about that;=)
ReplyDelete@Poochie, i'm fine thanks. And you?
ReplyDeleteAnette you are so nice and kind as always... thank you so much for your reply! :D Now i understand all. :) I've send you the same question in the e-mail through Petri... did you get it? Have a nice evening!
Anette, you make everyone happy with a little. You are really special person! Only 2 words: THANK YOU!!! I really hope to have the chance to meet you with the next tour so i can you thank you in person. :D
ReplyDeletePlease nightwish come in rock iro in 2011 in Brazil
ReplyDeleteI know you are real busy with the baby, I have 2 kids myself... How long do you have warm weather? It seems like only 2 months ago you posted it was just starting to get hot. I am from Michigan and our nice weather last about 3 1/2.. Have a great day.
ReplyDeleteDearest Anette,
ReplyDeleteOh, an interview? That’s very nice to hear, I shall look forward to reading it when it is published. For the most part I haven’t heard Linkin Park’s newest album, but I have listened to Burning in the Skies and liked it very much. Well, I hope you enjoyed your walk in spite of the colder weather, I am sure it must have been crisp and refreshing if nothing else :).
Anyway, it is always so nice to hear from you, it truly lightens my day to hear how you are.
My prayers and best wishes to you and the little one :).
Sincerely,
Alexstrasza
I can't wait to hear the interview! :)
ReplyDeleteAnd I really like the song you posted. You have such a wonderful taste in music! :)
@Arianna: there's no sense asking her again about that matter. Just be happy now that you know.
ReplyDeleteCiao :)
Hey Anette!
ReplyDeleteGlad to hear you're well.
Yeah, in Ohio for the past days it's
been getting cold here too.
But today it was warm! We can have all
four seasons in a week in our state.
Haha! But yes, bundle up!
I'm a Linkin Park fan, their music
is really amazing.
Oh! This weekend is our Homecoming Dance,
to start off the school year and
school pride. So, during this week we have
spirit week; where we dress up everyday
as something specific. Yesterday was
sports day, where you wore your
favorite team's shirt. A couple days ago
was comfy day, where we could wear our bed
clothes. Well, today was Famous Person Day;
I did you! I had my black/red/white
Hell Bunny dress on and did some other things
too; but everyone who is friends with me,
knew right away who I was. Haha;=)
Can't wait for the interview.
Have a good night!
Hugs and love, Katie T.
Hi Anette,
ReplyDeleteFirst of All i want to say that all that i'm going to write it's without no offense to anyone and maybe it would be a large explanation.
I must admit that i was a little bit skeptical with your entering to Nightwish, i always have been a huge fan of Nightwish (except that i never seen them on stage), i love all your songs, and for me the Vocal Change was very shocking as many people that felt that.
I must say that i didn't liked the new era of NW, i listened DPP and i thought that was amazing but i don't know, mabye it was just the habit of hearing NW for years. It was in 2007.
Some days ago I heard that you are a recently mom again, and i was searching some information about that, and that's the way i've found your blog. And then, i started to read your entries, and i realized that i have so much in common with you! I Can't believe it. I'm a Mexican Girl , 21 years old and i don't know, it's simply amazing to find somebody who shares things in common.
I was watching a few NW videos some weeks ago and i really enjoyed it, because you look so much confident and i like the way you sing old NW songs.
Anette, i give you my apologies for judging you in a bad way, i really hope that you find the success With or without NW. You seem to be a very interesting, talented and smart person, you have thing that i search in persons who i take as my inspiration.
Thank you so much for sharing your life with us, and i have a personal question that i think everybody wants to know, it would help me a lot.
I want a tattoo, i talked with my mother haha because i have a great comunication with her, and she said that, if i got a tattoo i never be able to donate blood to anyone, including my children. ( I don't have any children yet, but she talks about the future)
I asked that to a friends and doctors but anyone can give me a real answer, and i'm asking to you because you are a mother.
Thanks Again and sorry for my Post(bible).
Ooh chilly! yes you should both bundle up nice and warm. Autumn is my favourite season, as it is so pretty and colourful. Could you take some more nature photos for us sometime? Sweden is just so beautiful. :-)
ReplyDeleteKram/ Ingrid
@ Luu Cruz:
ReplyDeleteI have tattoos, too, and I have never heard anything about not being able to donate blood, even to children! Perhaps the policies in your country are different than in mine (Canada) but that sounds very off to me. Things may differ country to country, but I wanted to give you some feedback nonetheless! Good luck!
Hey Anette
ReplyDeleteI'm TOFI from Egypt , First time to take a part and I hope it won't be the last
Well , All do respect but I think that Lp are collapsing , That last album was really something like techno core or folk rock , I mean basically they are playing the genre of rap core/new metal , But this stuff they are giving got no connection to Metal at all , Well they are free to play whatever but they could at least give a "WARNING" that they won't play any kind of metal again , Cause that's how we just liked them in the first place . And it's supposed that you are giving something better day by day , I mean look at Scorpions , That last album was just amazing and it really something magnificent , some piece of art that deserves to be the final one .
All of that was just my overview , I hope no one will get mad cause of what I said
Have a good day ;)
Hi Anette, i write to tell you that tomorrow i'm going to Rome for 3 days, so i can't write here. I wish to spend a beautiful week end with you your family and friends.
ReplyDeleteBigh hugs to you, Johan, Seth and little one.
Hello Anette...Nice to hearing that you had an interview..Hope it was good..You really need to come to Greece though...We are waiting like for ages to see you after the last Nightwish performance in Greece. So please visit our countrie and give us an astonishing performance..
ReplyDeleteHave a nice day
@Wandering Coyote
ReplyDeleteHi, thank you so much for answering =), i think that it's a kind of taboo here in my country, because there are persons who discriminates to all the people who has a tattoo, that's very horrible, when you get a Job Interview they'll ask you if you have any tattoo somewhere in your body, it's almost the same thing in all jobs. But that's the least important thing haha, i will tell my mom or better, i'm going to make a tattoo very soon! haha.
@Luu Cruz and Wandering Coyote:
ReplyDeleteMy mum works at the community blood center;
So, yes, you can have tattoos if
you want to donate blood, but the tattoo
has to be FULLY healed. Which is around
6 months to a year, then you can donate.
I also know this because for my
18th birthday I wanted a tattoo. But because
our school blood donation is in
a few months, I'm waiting to get one;=)
Hugs and love, Katie T.
@ Enchanted Lullaby: Tattoos don't take that long to heal - at least mine never did. Weird. Perhaps there is a wait if you want to donate blood and have a new tattoo, though, just so everyone can be sure you didn't develop a disease from the tattooing process. That's the only reason I can think of to wait 6 months to a year. My tattoos were always healed fully in a matter of weeks, perhaps three, and that's what my tattoo artists have always told me too.
ReplyDelete@Luu Cruz: I'm sure there are all kinds of cultures out there who have issues with tattoos. But rest assured, as long as you go to a reputable place and do your due diligence, ask lots of questions, and have a good sense of the artist and the establishment, then all will be OK. But if your gut tells you "no, this isn't a good place" then go somewhere else. I always check out the tattoo shop before I go for a tattoo, and make sure I am comfortable with the artist. Some places I have been have given me the creeps so I didn't go there. Also, do some research on the artist you want to go to, and another thing I suggest is to, before going to a particular artist or shop, is to get word-of-mouth feedback from other customers, and see what their experiences were. Word of mouth is often the best way to figure our where to go.
Hi Anette!
ReplyDeleteA few days ago I listened to this new Linkin Park album. I listened four songs and I can't say they are good. "The Catalyst" is so different than "Meteora" or "Hybrid theory", looks like they just changed their style.. It sounds too much like pop for me. I have to listen to the rest of the songs, maybe they are not that bad..
I can't wait to read the interview! :)
Lots of hugs
Ala
Hi Anette!
ReplyDeleteLong interview... well I hope it is available to read soon, 'cause it must be exciting to read your answers :)
About the song, I really missed your song of the day posts (which all of them, or almost, are in my iPod now). But the song is nice, not what I expected but still nice, and a big thank you for it.
Take care, my best wishes for you ^^
Cesar
Hej Anette!
ReplyDeleteI'm looking forward the interview :)
I like Linkin Park. Well, I haven't heard fully their single album, but those songs that I've heard I've also liked very much. I haven't heard the newest songs but this song was pretty good.
