Imaginaerum in Sweden;=)


Well, it is such a nice morning when you get the news from Ewo that Imaginaerum already hit place no 2 in the Swedish mid week sales chart;=) I get really happy since here in Sweden we are not as big as in Finland. Grrrreat news!!

And look at these nice pictures from "Skivlagrets" drive for the album. Looking good and I want to thank Skivlagret for this.

Also there is a very nice TV commercial in TV4 from Statoil who also sell the album and it looks good;=) Thanks also to Statoil!

And above all: THANKS to all of you who have bought the album! Tack så jättemycket!

    I envy you SO much, such a beautiful NW window in a town! Here in Russia we wait for the sales start - it's said to be the 7th of December, but the promoter still doesn't give us any information about the places where it will sell and prices - with a current tendency it may be higher than in Europe. Anyway, there's always ebay left;)

    The album is so over the top awesome I will buy different ones for just that one song that's not on the regular version! No one has said a word about bonus tracks yet,..BUT to me, .the music is priceless, and I'm an old-school liner note junkie.

    So my brain is now dysfunctional. It randomly repeats things like "Do come across! Sleep the journey from your eyes! Wake up Dead Boy, enter adventure land...I want my tears back! Don't give me love...All that great heart lying still on an angel wing (followed by that pregnant pause and epic riff)! Deathbed memories of home..."

    This is what a dear Sweedish singer in a Finnish band was saying in my brain all night long at work for the last three nights!!! I'm supposed to be the charge nurse in labor and delivery and be serious. LOL So the charge nurse picks the music and now there will be 5 more copies sold in California because everyone LOVED IT! The songs are so stuck in my head! i can't stop listening to it. I am so in love with the album. I knew it would be awesome because I have loved the band since Century Child, but this is over the top! The combination of the classic Nightwish flavor very reminescent of Wishmaster, with Pip, Troy and the vocals you and Marco put together have left me breathless! The vocal sharing is genius! Rest Calm brought me to tears. The vocal arrangement is so captivating and the lyrics so touching. So the other nurses said, "Tisa, wil you play that agian? It's really really good!" Oh darn twist my arm! Sorry to ramble I'm just a bit smitten with this lil sultry beautifully melodic yet badass CD your maestro dreamed up...

    Is it strange to see yourself so marketed and in the window display of your home town music store? The display is really cool! This album is worthy of the inifinate praises coming to it.

    Thank you for being brave and enduring this rediculous Tarja crap that goes on, but mostly thank you for loving to sing for us! It shows in your vocal on the album.

    I waited for this day 4 years! Now, I'm going to run to the shop and see the new album on the shelf "news"<3 and take home "To caress the album with awe" xD :D

    Jag förbeställde "Imaginaerum" från NW-shoppen och fick hem den i brevlådan som planerat i onsdags. Jag är helt ordlös ... så fantastiskt är albumet! Ni har verkligen överträffat er själva denna gången. Och du låter helt fantastiskt. Anette, du överbevisar verkligen hela världen varför just du är perfekt som Tarjas ersättare. Då jag oxå är svensk så kan jag inte låta bli att känna en viss stolthet, även fast jag aldrig har träffat dig eller känner dig personligen. Men bara så du vet det :-)

    Jag ser fram emot filmen. Och så längtar jag jättemycket till eran konsert i Göteborg i april, för jag ska dit :-)

    Congratulations to you!! It's such good news it already seems so popular in Sweden, :). I have had a busy weekend away and on the long train journey home I was so excited just to get back as I knew the CD would have arrived in the post. Right now in the UK it's nearly 3am and I am STILL up even after a tiring weekend being very sleep deprived because I cannot stop listening, it's stunning!!! Im definitely addicted. Thank you so much!!! :D.

    Anette, I received my copy of the album today. I am in love with your voice. You are amazing and have outdone yourself *so much* on this release that I can't describe it. So much emotion, whether of gentleness or passion, is in every note. I really hope you are incredibly proud of yourself.

    I'm Monalisa from Brazil. Congratulations for your job, the algum is just great!! I've been listening to some tracks on the Internet but I wanna get the true album.
    That poster on the window is so beautiful... I want one on my bedroom's door!

    Hej Anette.

    Jag ägnade eftermiddagen åt att leta efter affären som syns i bilderna ovan i jakt på en Imaginaerum-tröja som födelsedagspresent till min syster, men utan framgång fick jag vända hem i regnet. Var finner jag denna affär? Jag har utgått ifrån att den finns i Helsingborg, men jag är kanske fel på det? I vilket fall så undrar jag om du kan berätta för mig om var jag kan hitta Nightwish-tröjor häromkring Helsingborg, då jag kanske inte hinner få hem något som jag beställt genom internet i tid.

    P.S.

    Förtjusningen av Imaginaerum vet inga gränser för mitt vidkommande. Albumet i LP-format skall så småningom hängas upp på väggen och mina käraste finner biljetter till konserten i Göteborg under julgranen i år.
