Run Forrest

Just came back from a really super nice run where I enjoyed the forest and the ocean and also, on my way home, took a short little break at my best friends place to have a chit-chat, before putting on the shoes again and ran home.

Best, best way to start off a day is this and the bad mood I had this morning, is gone. Girls, if you, like me, suffer from moods due to hormones every month, I can recommend exercising. You dont have to run, a walk is enough, but moving and getting fresh air might help;=)

Now - time for a nice shower and then sunday relaxation with the family. I have this new book I started to read yesterday that is really interesting. It is the biography of Zlatan Ibrahimovic - our big superstar in football. His childhood wasnt easy and still he made it. Another proof of great strength and I long to sit down and continue reading it today.

  2. Good morning Anette,

Glad to hear you had a nice run today :). Sounds like a wonderful way to begin your day. And thank you for the tip; I don’t usually suffer from being moody from the hormones each month, past anything that isn’t simple for me to contain, but this morning I had a minor disagreement with my family and I felt that I was ready to really go off at them, or at least snap at them rather unfairly. I recognized it, fortunately, and prevented myself from doing so, but I will definitely try your tip today, for it has definitely put me in a rather snappish mood this time :). And it’s always healthy to get some exercise and fresh air :).

Anyway, I hope you have a nice day relaxing with your family, and that you enjoy your book, it sounds very interesting :). Oh, and I hope the boys are feeling better now.

    Take care,
    Alexandria

  6. Hello Anette !!
I'm glad that you had a good running and also a time with your bff =) It's always good to talk a bit with our bff !
I don't have bad humor because of that, but thanks for the advice xD
Even if it's not for the bad humor, everyone should do exercise at least once a week ;)
I know that man of the magazine he's really good, and of course that here in Portugal everyone knows him, people are a LITTLE obsessed with football here,a couple of weeks ago some people burnt a football stage because they were angry with the game ,so..
I had no idea that he had a hard childhood, i will definitely recommend it to my sister, she is a football lover !
    Kisses and Hugs from Portugal

  7. Hmm you always give good advice Anette. I have horrible mood swings with hormones at the worst times. It's hard to help deliver babies when I just want to punch somebody. BUT I would never do that so I keep it inside. We just joined the gym. Maybe I'll try taking it out on the treadmill!

Thank you, as always you leave me thinking!

  8. I suffer from mood swings too every month and I hate it. Unfortunately, fresh air is hard to find in North London. Nothing but pollution, noise and lots of dog poo on the pavement, plus hardly any trees left standing (sorry, early morning moan).

I've been to Sweden and I know how fresh the air is over there. I always end up sleeping too much when I'm there because the air does me so good and calms me.

At home I usually just jog on the spot indoors when I'm watching TV, plus I get a lot of exercise playing with my kitten.

    Have a great day!

  9. Has came to follow many species but about backgrounds of sporters itself I don´t know much but little same like may be some others too.Or well, how this now then...no matter if would be talents too - that´s not so easy, for known. If wants or for one tries to be some better ´´level´´.

On myself running could succeed with enoughly good shoes but on the other hand I should still surely stretching after that and that is time consuming also so for now no,although I haven´t thinked either.

I remember time when I wanted American football but not that did I eventually have one,may be just some moments thing.

Last time when I wroted, after some one and half hours when that was almost ready, writing and the whole page just vanished like by pixels,I´m not sure what happened besides the page came back.I had time and I wanted to do new so I did.

    Ok,good day continue

  10. Hello, dear Anette! I think I'll follow your advice about running and walking. My mood swings are very hard to put up with, I hope it will get better.
Oh, don't say more good things about Sweden... I'm from Brazil and I've read Stieg Larsson's trilogy, Millennium. I fell in love with your country and I'm surely going to visit it someday. Sweden, wait for meeee...
Bye bye, and take care :3
