1st day done

Good evening! Lying in the hotel room ready to sleep after the first rehearsal day:) We started the day with a walk in pouring rain and some heavy wind when Helsinki showed its worst side this morning. After some walk we entered the photo store, shook of the rain drops, tried to make our hair lie quite ok before we al took photos for some Visas we need next year. Marco was a great "helper", doing fun gestures during everyones shoots and it helped to heat us up and get us ready for the cab ride to our rehearsing place:-) Entering the place gave me nice memories cause this is the same place as where I met the guys for the very first time in 2006. Today I didnt have to be as nervous as back then:-) We played between appr. 11 and 16 and it felt really good to be back together again. Also nice to try the songs "live" and see how they worked out. Some really nice vibes coming out of the speakers and tomorrow we start again in the mornng. Fun times! Sleep well now!

    First than anything, I want to wish you all very good luck with rehearsals, I'm sure you are "cooking" an exceptional show!!! I can't wait for your next visit here in Mexico!!
    Other thing I want you to know is, me and a friend in facebook, her name is Majo, we had a little idea, we manage a fanpage dedicated to you, and also, she manage other fanpage dedicated to all Nightwish.
    Well, we thought about a campaing to support the release of imaginaerum for our fanpages, but more people liked the idea so we are making it very much bigger, we all are spreading it everywhere, the idea is this:
    This next 29-nov in latinamerica (30 in Finland and maybe some parts of Europe) is the realase of the album thourgh radio, so...
    Girls: We'll use a red ribbon like the one you use in "storytime"
    Men: They'll use a bandana like Jukka
    We all send our pictures to the e-mail nwpicsimaginaerum@hotmail.com this one is exclusive to recieve the pictures, and we were going to publish the pictures only in our fanpages in facebook, but we had a better idea, we'll upload them maybe on flickr or something like this, and we'll send you the link through your blog, so you'll be able to watch them anytime you want!!!
    This is to support the album and to show you how much we love you and love Nightwish!!!

    Wow, it's so good to know that you've started your rehearsals and everything goes well so far. And I'm sorry to hear that the weather wasn't actually welcoming but well.. happens :)

    I would like to ask you is the castor oil works well on your hair? Since you talked about it here I went to so many pharmacy but no one have it here in England, frustating!!!     Oh, weather is getting really bad also in Sweden, so I don't think it's a bad thing to be in Helsinki right now. ;) Happy to hear you're having a good time together. It would be nice with a little video from your rehearsal again... ;D ;D Such as with "Romanticide".

    Oj, på något sätt gör det mig så glad att höra att ni alla är i min hemstad! :) Jag hoppas att få se er på signeringssessionen på tisdag kväll/onsdag natt; förhoppningsvis kommer jag så långt fram i kön att ni inte hinner försvinna någonstans innan jag når fram. Så om en 21-årig flicka med lite svullen kind mumlar något otydligt när hon får sin autograf är det antagligen jag; jag ska dra ut mina visdomständer samma dag. ;)

    Minns när jag träffade dig backstage på en konsert i Tampere på förra turnén, och jag som finlandssvensk blev helt till mig när jag faktiskt kunde prata svenska med dig. Låter löjligt, men det var skönt att inte behöva tänka på hur och vad man skulle säga dig.

    Önskar er alla lycka till med nya skivan, så ses vi i Sotkamo och Joensuu på era spelningar.

    Hi! I saw you today in YleX-studio and was the one who asked autograph to Century Child -CD and I just want you to know, that wasn't any kind of a statement against you :D It's just my all time favourite CD of all the CD's in the world and I also love the way you sing those songs. :) And for me it's not about the singer, it's just about the music. :)

    Anyway, it was a great surprise to see you there also. I was super excited and couldn't say anything that would have made any sense... But yeah, i think it's natural for fans to be totally frozen in front of their idols :D

    BTW. I loved the album (we heard it after the meeting) and the way you and Marco sounded = amazing. Even better than in DPP! Can't wait to have the album in my hands on Wednesday and hear the songs again. :)

    Oh Anette...

    Like many other people, wasn't I overexcited to find Imaginaerum in my mail box...oh I have to say only one thing, now, to you and Nightwish : thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!! This album is a jewel, truly! My heart jumped at every moment of the very first listening, I shivered, dreamed, feared and eventually got myself emotionnally drained!! My favourite (for now) is Scaretale, I didn't even fancied that NW could achieve something so powerful and...fearful (it reminded me of an improved tour in Phantom Manor in Disneyland XD)And now my happiness will only be complete when I see you again live in Paris (or Lyons maybe?) Thank you Nightwish for brightening up my end if the year! :D
