If there´s a will...

...there´s always a way...

Since Johan is away on tour I cant go running in the forest so what to do? Well, this morning I did a nice kettlebell exercise.

Then at 19.30, when Nemo had fallen asleep, I did a really fast running exercise on the tread mill. I dont run so long distance on the tread mill but instead I just go full speed and get my heart rate and pulse up in a high exercising mode.

If I feel good now? Oh yes!

So there´s always a possibility to exercise even if it´s not the same as usual. But better to do something than nothing;=)

    You're very right on that. :-) I'm trying me too to exercise in a way or another.. :-) what do you think about appartment bike? did you try it? I think its great and I love it, it really works a lot on me and makes me feel great ;-)

    You look so pretty as always! I think you are right about the will and the way. But where "the will" comes? I really like to run and do exercise, but it's so hard to get started. Any ideas, How do you do it Anette?

    So,on my feeling has been something strange and I decided to go breezy walking to forest a little distance and came quite different feeling for one to little time.I think that was something 6km total and I had little pain on my places about half of distance but in all went good.There´s quite much time when I have been walking last time so I may go again too,if just is need.Wilting just comes occasionally,that it doesn´t necessarily note.Hmm,first shower and things after that, then walking...goood - hah hah.Well,actually came just warm so no worry,heh heh.

    I have looked some live songs from France and if some day comes a chance to go there or about some other reason then I really would like to experience that on nature and - on field.But well,to there just cause a gig... hmm,I don´t really know now.I remember one time on Tampere,waves and the audience - hmm, nice memories.
