    Having listened to these samples, there's just one thing I have to say. You're not a singer - you're an artist.     I listened Amazon teasers and since now they are released officially, I can officially say this: you are a magical woman, Anette! :D You sound AMAZING and oh so on your own place, where you and your voice belong, this is so nice to hear! And when you listen to "Slow, Love, Slow" and "Scaretale" and "Turn Loose The Mermaids" you can't even imagine that the same vocalist sings all of them.

    Vissa av de där gav kalla kårar, så vackert var det. Vi lyssnade på dem igår när jag körde min syster till hennes högskola, och just före Turn Loose the Mermaids sa hon, "Nu! Lyssna!" Och vi satt och lyssnade de korta sekunder vi fick, och satt i amazement efter det.. Alldeles.. Otroligt. Och jag håller nog med Tuomas, Last Ride of the Day LÅTER som en berg-och-dalbana! =) Och Slow, Love, Slow är så underbart Jazz-y! Den var.. inte alls så att man skrattade ÅT den, men.. som ett slags befriande skratt, så att säga, om du förstår mig.. Dålig på att förklara, much? =P Det lät alltså bra, jag säger verkligen inte att den lät dålig! =o Säkert bästa hittills, är jag rädd ;)

    on one hand, i don't want to spoil the joy of opening and listening the album for the first time, but on the other hand, i remember the last album, when samples didn't reveal too much, so it was still new, fresh and unspoiled.
    so far i like it, it feels softer, happier and dreamier then the previous album, but i'll have to wait till the postman brings me the album to have a full experience :) really looking forward to it...

    I've just found your blog, and I think that it's a great way to show you closer with your fans, most part of bands members act like gods and it's unpleasant!

    Keep on this way, you are gorgeous! And never, never give up, people sometimes are cruel without reason.

    I'm impatient to listen Imaginaerum, here in Spain the CD begins to be sold on my birthday, (the 2nd of December), it's a great gift. Music always is a great gift, isn't it?

    I admit I already listened to those samples while they're were "illegal"... and I wanted to come and comment here but so I thought that might be wrong, because the samples shouldn't be released.

    But now I can do it. You are JUST AMAZING, Anette!!! This is going to be the best album ever, and that's much because of your voice, your interpretation... I already woke up with I Want My Tears Back (well, 30 sec of it, hehe) in my head. :) And I LOVE the way you sing on Slow Love Slow and Scaretale.... and this Owl-song is so beautiful.... Can't wait!! :)))

    Everybody likes the CD?? Can't believe it!! BE true!!! There are some song that are ok, but others... will sound better on other kind of band but not for nightwish. Slow love Slow sounds like if we were on the 1930... if you understand the concept of nightwish it's impossible that you like slow love slow. It's ok with the theme of the album and the film (i suppose it's about a imaginary world and it goes with some scene but... ).
    It's true that your vocals may have improved on the lastests 2 or 3 years but anyway i can hear that you sound kind force on some hight notes, maybe you should keep on trying....
    I know lot of people in here will like to kill me but that's my opinion and it's true. Hope guys you cna respect mine as i have respected yours.

    About my last comment...well,actually my thoughts went mixed at the end of all just a little about things what I red but the biggest reason - hmm,let be.

    The thing what I decided to try,concerned speakers what I´ve had some time,I wouldn´t need them anymore so - yeah.

    Job thing is little various but them what I have tried to this far,feels little that they will not come nothing.And might be that if would come accepting at somewhere,I wouldn´t take that.

    So,I think to my tiredness has affected somewhat that too that excluding some days my day rhythm hasn´t been like it would better to be but well,if I would get that changed a little now...

    I wondered what is that sample thing,at three songs isn´t nothing so in principally I could say that it´s not Imaginaerum and I don´t know now is actually not otherwisely either but although giving direction they go now.

    Holy Christ, I just broke the replay button on youtube! I live in the US, but ordered the overseas release from The NW site. I cannot wait! I feel like a little kid, I haven't been tis excited for anything in such a long time! You have such an amazing voice and are a great performer as well.     I am so happy with these samples.  They all sound wonderful.  I have to say, it took me a long time to like certain songs on Dark Passion Play (particularly Master Passion Greed and For the Heart I Once Had), but I love how *all* the songs on Imaginaerum sound - at least these pieces of them.  Because the songs are written with your voice in mind, you are even more able to show off your amazing talent with vocal colour.  Really, you have excelled yourself and so have the guys!  :-D
