I am going to Amal, my hairdresser in 2 hours to cut and colour my hair. It looks so boring now so I am thinking of doing it as crazy red as she can. Like Kat von D, Hayley Williams, Rihanna... the list goes on.
But Amal is always protective with my hair so it might be hard to get her to do as bright as this but I´ll get it as red as she can;=)
I´ll show it off later, of course! Enjoy this day now and if you havent already - please VOTE for my dresses. Thanks;=)

ReplyDeleteI was bright 'pillar box' red for about a year and I loved it. Just fades quicky so I used to apply La Direction red dye in the bath sometimes as a top up to the colour. It has no anomia or peroxide so perfect to just keep putting on every 2 weeks or so, so red stays vibrant.

ReplyDeleteI dyed my hair this colour before and loved it. However no hairdressers I know will agree to do this for me, they think it's too damaging for the hair. :( And now so many people have red hair that it seems less individual now.
But like others have said, you look good with all hair colours, so I think it will be great. :D good luck x
Yeaaah, go for it. Red rocks!! I´ve got crazy red hair too and I love it! I use "la riche directions" in "poppy red" on natural light hair and it´s sooo bright. I´ve got tons of positive comments on it.

So, I think red is a really good choice, cause I would love to colour my hair red, but it is black and it has to grow out, so youre doing that part for me ! I am sure, you will look fantastic ! I really love red hair at the moment. I also liked your mixed red-brown hair, you have had the last time ;=)
The red hair of Rihanna looks very good and unique, would fit to you !

I would suggest Manic Panic Vampire Red. My advice though is to be prepared to maintain it; any red especially reds that bright wash out really fast.

I've done that deep red before except I kept the top layers of my hair black and the bottom layers were red. Anyway you do it, you'll look great. :-) ~V
