Good morning!!
I have just finished my 5 km run and the last 3 weeks have given me such good results already. I run 5-6 times per week and I do both 5 km runs and intervalls for appr. 2,5-4 km once a week. My time in 5 km has decreased already and I feel my strength also when I go out for my long walks with the pram. I take the steap hills without any pain or breathing problems and I have actually not used my astma medicines these last 3 weeks;=) So I can assure you that exercising is good for the body.
For me it also is so helpful to keep my mind and spirit relaxed. If I dont exercise I get much easier stressed over small things and also easier get more down at times.
To track my results I use a site called jogg.se where I write down my daily runs and easily can monitor my results. Goals are good to have and my goal in the future is to run a marathon. When I dont know but someday;=)
Enjoy your day!
