Pasta recipe

So, some of you ask me now and then about how I keep myself healthy and one thing is that I try to eat more whole weat, lots of vegetables and less fat and sugar.

Yesterday I made the original pasta Carbonara for Seth but for me, I did a little bit healthier pasta carbonara and I thought I´d share the recipe for anyone who is interested;=)

Here we go :

Boil whole weat spaghetti ( I used Spagettini)

Chop red or yellow onion, carrots and broccoli
Fry in some oil together with green peas and add lean turkey bacon and fry until the pasta is ready.

Stir together 2 eggs, appr. 1,5 dl of less fat cream (6-15% of fat), salt and black pepper.

Rinse off the water from the pasta and put back into the pan and add the vegetable/turkey and the egg-cream.

Serve;=)

  2. I love carbonara but in Italy we do it complety different with other ingredients.

    Italian carbonara, here we go:

    Boiled spaghettini

Fry the bacon (we have that of pig) until isn't crisp.

In the end add spaghettini (in the the pan where is the bacon), eggs (without glair), black pepper and cheese.

Try to do it and tell how will be. :)

  5. Hej my dear :=)
so, me and mum didnt know what to eat and now we are cooking your meal! Thanks for the recipe.

Have been at Tarjas concert last friday and it was great. But I must admit that I feel the feelings more when you sing. You can show feelings more real. I think that Tarja is sometimes a bit too perfect. But she's for sure a good singer and we had a great party :=)

Will you make your tattoo on your birthday ?
    Cant wait to see it.

    Have a nice day
    Hugs
    Laura

  10. At one time I may ate spaghetti and bolognese quite often, nowadays I eat pasta occasionally.About pastas one of my favorites is pasta bolognese but if on food on the whole is quite much chili, then I don´t actually like that.Except that chili, doesn´t come to mind any pasta which I would´t like.

    Ok,good night and see you
