Muscle help

Red face is the price after some exercising;=)

Just came back from running and afterwards a rewarding shower. Ran 10 k´s today and it felt good;=)

After my runs I always take a cup of coffee since I read in Sofia´s blog that coffee helps against getting muscle ache. So coffee it is!

Enjoy the day now and if you havent been to our Nightwish site - this was stated today. Imaginarium will now instead be called "Imaginaerum".

  2. Hi Nettie
I have one question for you. We all know how to pronounce "Imaginarium", but how to pronounce "Imaginaerum"? Is it imagin-air-um?

  3. I have a strange love for 'ae' in words :D don't know why, it just looks nice.

Coffee is also good for headaches - especially the pounding throbbing ones

  5. Are you serious about the coffee? I mean, I love coffee as much as the next person, but I thought it wasn't really good to drink after exercise since it uses up Magnesium in your body which your muscles need. What's the science behind this? I might try it...

  6. I had a weird dream last night that I watched Imaginarium in the cinema and it was a spoof of Harry Potter!

  7. I'm guessing the pronunciation is 'Imagin-air-um'.
Is this to make it completely different to the film 'The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus'? I thought it was a little too similar to begin with.

  8. Hi Nettie, I'm also really curious about how you say the new title. Is it imagin-air-um or imagin-ee-rum? (It would be the second one in English.) xx

  10. I've also been wondering about the pronunciation XD! 'Imaginaerum' looks really cool anyway since I love the ae combination, there's something archaic and beautiful about it.

    Best wishes

  13. Did you also know aside from coffee, that Mate' also helps keep from getting sore after a good workout? :) It is a plant from Argentina that you make tea out of. The traditional kind is very earthy, but they make many flavoured kinds that are also very yummy and very good for you!! I would recommend that you try some one day. :)
