My perfect evening snack

Good evening;=)

Sometimes some of you want to know what I eat so here´s what I eat as my late evening snack/meal.
- 1 hard boiled egg
- Two Finn crisp (hard rye bread from Finland)
- Cherry tomatoes

And to drink - green tea.

  6. Your snack seems very healthy actually. I love green tea. Usually my snack is a sandwhich with melted cheese and milk. Maybe it's a little too much on diary... But I'm growing so it's really good for the bones. And heck, I'm crazy for melted cheese and diary food. :)

    Take care!

  8. Hey Anette, I had a question;

    Is that what you eat for your entire dinner meal, or is that just an "in between larger meal" snack?

    I've been trying to lose weight by running and eating healthier, (I'm up to 1.25 miles a day) and you're largely my inspiration to do so, because you look strong and womanly, and are doing it the right way.

    Speaking of running, did you start out slow to build endurance, then run faster, or just run the same pace over longer and longer distances?

    Any advice you have for me would be great.

    Love and respect,
    Irena

  9. Irena: HI! No, that is my late snack I eat to not be to hungry during the night and if I run the next morning. My food is: a banana 20 min before running, a diet shake or protein drink for breakfast after running, lunch usually soured milk with granola or some salad, dinner is a cooked meal an then this late snack around 20.

    When it comes to how I started running I started out walking/running in intervalls. Like walk for 2 min fast, then run 1-2 min, then walk 2 min e g. for appr. 20 min. Then you can increase to do more running and less walking when you feel stronger. But this is the best way to not injure yourself. Running is hard on the legs and to run longer distances like I do now (10 km and more) its also important to run in a slower paiste and rest a lot in between;=) Ask more if you still feel uncertain. Take good care and enjoy the run!
