Took some nice photos yesterday morning when me and Nemo were out taking a power walk in the forest. It´s the best thing with Helsingborg - to live in the middle of a big city but still having a big and real forest within walking distance;=)
They have placed some tools for doing weight exercises when you are out running and I go here to exercise after my runs. Great way to get two exercises in one:=)

What beautiful pictures! I love forests. In my city downtown there is this long beach with a little paved side-walk and a bicycle lane for people to run or ride bikes along the beach. The scenery is beautiful and there are exercise things there too.

I love walking in the forest ! I feel that I am in an other world, like a bubble which protects us from the noise and other inconveniences. The silence is beneficial. ;)
