Thanks Sauget!

It was great being here again;=) I remember last time and tonight was as good and even better!!

Only down thing here has been the horrible thunderstorms, since I am sooooo afraid of thunder! Have been lying in the bus with earphones on all evening before the gig. But I hope it won't be anymore tonight so I can sleep really good!

Tomorrow we have an off day and I so need that. I feel my voice need a bit of a rest after all these gigs;=)

And hey: I got my own very nice bus today!! So now all I do is await Nemo and Johan who will be here next week and all the way to the end;=) Jippie!

Sleep well!

  1. Oh very nice! I didn't know Johan and Nemo were going to be coming out. That's good you don't have to miss them for the whole tour. :)

I see you guys get a day off before Anaheim too, so hopefully you can rest and enjoy San Francisco or LA too. :) Is Nemo old enough to appreciate Disneyland yet?

I dunno... I find it really cool to be sharing my city and state with you and the band. :D

  10. Dear Anette,
I hope you feel fine and healthy! I just read Jukka has been ill, and also Tommy (Kamelot) has catched a cold, so I guess it's pretty hard to keep yourself from that!
I'm sending you best wishes and hugs from Bulgaria,
    Marina

  11. Awe Anette! I am so happy your cute little traveler is joining you!!! As an American, knowing you travel so far, I sincerely appreciate every mile you go and note the band plays. What the five of you do (plus the crew) is truly magical!

  12. Annette, I am so looking forward to see Nightwish on Saturday in Salt Lake City. It has been 8 months since the 70000 tons cruise and it was great to see and talk to you there. I hope you remember my wife Jill and myself and recognize us up front on Saturday night.
    Sincerely, Kerry

  13. Yay! I hope you're having a great time in my hometown area (Kansas City area!).. Hopefully you got to hit up some shopping at The Plaza?? Can't wait to see you guys again tomorrow night! (I was the one in the front with the big red bow!)

I heard Rest Calm in soundcheck in Sauget, it sounds fantastic! I can't wait to see it incorporated in the set.. I do hope that Scaretale stays at least for KC (it's my favorite!!)

Neferka: No,this is THE tour here for Imaginaerum since Tuomas has a solo project next year and that makes us not able to tour.

  16. Thank you for the great show. It was my first time seeing you guys and I can't wait to see you again.

Sorry about the storms but hey that's the midwest. Me and my girlfriend got pretty soaked outside before the show but it brought back memories of our first date 5 years ago where we also got soaked so we shared a laugh and had a cute romantic moment lol.

  17. Awesome! :) Make sure to go over to the other park, California Adventure, too and see the new Cars Land. I heard it's great, but I haven't had the money to renew my annual pass and go.

Also, if this is the last US tour for a long while, I might go ahead and get Anaheim tickets even if they're rear section. Definitely see you in San Diego though! I just prefer the smaller setting in SD, like when you were "Rubber Band of Wolves." ;D

  19. The thunderstorms did made the evening interesting, I drove in with two friends (now new Nightwish fans!) and when I pulled into the parking lot lightning immediately struck and we saw a transformer just blow up. In addition I couldn't see well enough to park my car correctly, took 3 attempts to find a legal spot haha. Concert was amazing and it was wonderful to finally see you guys live, and from such a close spot. Hope to see you back here, hopefully it won't flood again...
