Hi all!
So nice to see that our teaser make you excited. I long to see the whole Storytime video myself and soon I can;=)
Just came back from 11 km of running and even if I fell asleep way to late this night (2 o clock) and felt a bit tired, it was great to get outside and awake the body. Its really grey and foggy here today but it wasnt cold so I enjoyed it. My legs were a bit soar and tired since its just been one day free after my last 10 k´s but nothing that bothered me to much.
How may of you are "runners" or running regularly? Where do you run and how much per week?
Do any of you reading do any other sport or acitivity? If so- what?
Enjoy the day now and smile;=)

Hi Nettie! Here in the part of Italy where I live the sun is shining, and I feel relieved after all that rain...but it's autumn, so it's regular ;)
ReplyDeleteI've been doing karate for over ten years: it's a discipline for your mind first, then comes the health and strength of your body. It allows you to "download" stress and dark thoughts, while armonizing your soul to what's outside.
"Flexible as a cane, hard as a rock."
Personally, I hate running, so I avoid doing it if I can ;)
Kisses from Italy!
Hi Anette!
ReplyDeleteI started running 2 weeks ago. So I just begin. I run in the forest and for the moment, only 1 hour... Maybe with time it will be longer ;)
Have a nice day

ReplyDeleteHi Anette.
ReplyDeleteI have never been much of a runner until the beginning of the summer when I found a great beginners-programme. Now I run up til 8km at a time, which is pretty amazing for not being able to run even 1km just some months ago.
I used to run about 3 times a week during summer, but now I do a lot of other training too so I only run about one time a week. Otherwise I go to the gym, and work out at Friskis och Svettis. Also, working with horses in a stable is pretty hard work.
I have also lost 30kg these last 6 months and I feel great!
I've just pre-ordered the Imaginaerum pack and I can't wait til it comes out!
Hi Annette I start running at the moment I run everyday one or two tour per day . it is because I wanted to became slim and I want to loose some weight at the start . :) I hope this is a good start but I read that myself I should be in a moderate running . It is depend sometimes how many minutes you're run.
ReplyDeleteI have been dancing since childhood (different kinds of dance, though) and it always kept me fit and it was fun, as well. I mustn't run or do any aerobic/dynamic exercises due to my spine but bellydance is just perfect for it! It strengthens the belly muscles and helps me stand properly :)
ReplyDeleteHej Anette :)
ReplyDeleteHere in Warsaw is the same weather ;/ autumn is here, definately. I'm running regularly. You asked "how much per week", hmm.. If I have time, I run 6 days per week or even everyday. If not, because of my duties, 4 times a week. In those busy days I try to do some excersises at home with dumbbells. According to running, I live near two parks so I run there. Sadly, in my area there are no forests :( I live in the center of the city and I really don't like it.
Ha en bra dag!
Greetings from Poland! :)
I simply cannot run, no matter how much I try. But I walk really fast, about 12 km a day. Thessaloniki, Greece has a wonderful promenade by the city port which is ideal for runners and people who do sports. The music in my ears always helps..."Bye bye beautiful" is in my ipod's "sports playlist". :p Have a nice day
ReplyDeleteHi Anette!
ReplyDeleteI Would Love To Go Running, But Here, There's No Place To Do That, So I Spend Some Time Reading, I Love Harry Potter Books, And I Love Fiction, Drama , Horror, Well, Almost All Kind Of Books, Now I'm Reading, ''Love Never Dies'' oh my gosh, I Love it!!!
I Told a Friend That The New Album It's Like The Theme From That Book, a Spooky Carnival, But Well, What Other Thhings I Do........
Play Piano, I Love To Do It!!, Most If I Learn By Ear, It's Quite Hard Bye That Way, But With Practice, It's Easy!,
Oh And Yes, Spend Time With My Cats!! they're My Life!! Its funnt and some people call me ''the cat girl'' haha its funny but i love them, i got 1 cat like busan, its a girl and it almost look like she! :)

Hi Anette!
ReplyDeleteI'm running every day. I like it to running. It reduces stress.I have music in my ears and then I'm running. I like that! We have here an extra route where you can run. Beautifully situated in nature. But I hate it to run when it is raining. What you make when it is raining?
Greetings!
Sarah
Hello Anette!
ReplyDeleteThe teaster is so good! I can't wait to see the whole video. I like your outfit ;)
You are doing a great job. 11 kms of running is a lot ;) Congrats! I don't like running, but sometimes I feel that I have to make a run. It helps me to forget the nasty thoughts.
I'm playing volleyball already 10 years. I like this sport, cause I like the team sports.
Enjoy your day ♥
Hi Anette! Will the video of storytime also be available on 11 November? I really hope so! ^^. About the sports, I used to play soccer, but I had to quit a few years ago because of my rheumatism. The doctors wants me to have more excercise so a few weeks ago I have started with running too. At the moment I run less, because I have a bad period. So Now I try to swim 1 or 2 days In a week. What sports do you like?? Love and hug from the Netherlands
ReplyDeleteHi Anette!
ReplyDeleteHere in Portugal the fall has finally arrived, after a very long summer. But it is good to feel the temperature began to fall ... I admit I was getting "tired" of so much heat!
Unfortunately I don't do any sport (I know I should), but I love walking and hiking. So I do it whenever I can ...
kisses
Carla
Heia :)
ReplyDeleteToday it's very warm and sunny in Germany, no rain but sky is little grey.
Mhm, no I'm not running, unfortunaly. I have big probs with my shoulder/neck and it hurts while I'm running and doing other sport. Sucks (especially because I'm 16 and I have that probs since 3 years and it's not getting better. Very depressing to sit at the orthopedist with people that are 50years older). But yeah, can't change it.
But I can say, that I always go to school by bike, that are 10k's every day so, I'm not sooo lazy :p
Enjoy your day, too.
Kisses Maren
I hate running, but I'm an aikido teacher - and an aikido student as well. Nothing better to feel relaxed.
ReplyDeleteGood morning Anette,
ReplyDeleteGlad to hear that your run went well today, and thank you for posting the Storytime teaser in good quality yesterday :).
There isn’t a particular sport or activity (assuming you mean an exercising activity), that I do every day, but I do believe that it’s important to exercise and be active, both for mental and physical health. Sadly my location, despite the fact that I’m in the country, doesn’t really allow for any ‘nice’ places to enjoy the outdoors without driving somewhere. However, as I said, I do still believe it’s important to get fresh air and exercise, so I do spend time outside any way, of course.
When I went on vacation earlier this year in the summer, I stayed in a lovely little neighborhood and there I took long walks and bicycle rides on a regular basis. It was really nice :). In the past I have also been involved in Karate and Horseback riding, and I hope to take some dancing lessons one day.
Take care and have a beautiful day,
Alexandria
Hi Anette :)
ReplyDeleteI run every day except weekends. On weekends I like to relax and go on a long walk. I live in Novi Sad, near the Danube, which has a superb quay. It's great to run along the river, it's kind of relaxing. I run about ten miles per day.
In winter I like to go ice skating, that is one of my favorite things to do, and it's also very good for body :) It's always fun ice skating with friends.
I'm former handball player and I need to make great effort not gain weight so I always choose a workout that will be fun for me so I don't feel like I have to do that but enjoy it. Nothing is difficult if you make it to look like fun :)
Running is one of those things that are annoying at first sight. But with good music and the beautiful environment can be quite fun :) For some reason song Follow me, that you singing with Pain, is one of my personal favorites for running :)
Enjoy the exercising and stay a wonderful person as you always are :)
:*
Hi Anette,
ReplyDeleteI started running over one month ago. I have run most long 5 km, but I will run soon 10 kms. Let's see how I manage running it...
I have "running programme" whereby I run. It contain besides running, but also walk and resting. So I don't run every day, for it depend my programme.
I live in the countryside, so here environment is great for running. Usually I run on the normally road but sometimes the forest roads are more nicely. ;)
My other hobby is at the moment yoga, but it maybe isn't proper sport... hmmm anyway, I like yoga a lot. I love the silence which is in the air of gym. And yoga is so relaxing, mind let go from worries etc. I recommend it!!
I have play tennis couple of years ago. I play it in group and I had coach. It was nice and people in that group were great. But I got finish it, because there come some ride problems from my home to tennis play place :( But I haven't stop playing tennis completely, e.g. I have sometimes play it in summer on field in my home village.
So this is my story of my sporting ;) Hope that you like it.
Hugs,
escapist
Hi Anette,
ReplyDeleteI run about 40-50k a week, primarily on trails, although lately I've stayed on pavement while I rehab torn tendons in my right ankle.
In my part-time, I'm a competitive youth soccer coach, I also love to play soccer in rec leagues (too old to play competitive)!
As much as I love soccer though, trail running will always be my first love. Nothing better than escaping the city and running up and down a mountain trail!
Have a good day.
Nathan
Denver, Colorado
I'm not good at running, but I've just recently started taking figure skating-classes! It's wonderful, I'm having fun and working out at the same tim! Have to start running though, too raise my endurance. : )
ReplyDeleteAs you may still remember I always had a lack of motivation when it comes to sports, but now I have discovered the perfect activity for me: Hula Hoop!!
ReplyDeleteI started with Hula Hooping a few months ago. This is soo fun and my abs has gotten so strong and defined, that even my boyfriend is a bit envyous...hehe... I started with a lower weighted "dynamic health hoop" (with massage nobs). It hurts like hell the first time, but since I wear a neoprene belly belt while hooping, I managed it to get rid of the terrible bruises on my hip bones.
Two weeks ago I started with Hoop Dancing. I bought a huge beautiful Dance Hoop (for adults; ordinary kids hoops are way too small)without massage nobs and am learning tricks and moves now, to build my own whole body workout routine. In the moment I do it with the help of youtube videos, but I think I will buy a few hooping DVD´s in the near future... I´m soo addicted to it! I can highly recommend it to everyone!
I wish you a great evening!
Hugs,
Nightingale
No, unfortunately I'm not a runner... I almost never run, only if I'm really stressed! ;P My "every day motion" is just to walk with my dogs, mostly in the forest and on the mountains. And I like skiing, snow-kiting and zumba, too! Last months I haven't been to any zumba exercises... ;( I often work on evenings.
ReplyDeleteHej Anette!
ReplyDeleteWell, I started my running (or more like jogging) about a year ago. And I don't run so long distances since I'm a beginner. I try to run every day, but if it's raining, I'll stay inside. I always run around one bay that's nearby where I live. I don't know how many kilometers it is but when I'm done I sure am sweaty ;)
Hi Anette,
ReplyDeleteyesterday here it's was very foggy, when i came back from my work i didn't see anything (and it's a road with many bends). Now i don't practice any sport. Many many years ago i've practiced swimming, gymnastics, volleyball and modern dancing. Sometimes this winter or last (i don't remember) i went in a pool with a friend. I liked it but if you are not trained it's very tiring.
Have a nice evening!
Big hugs
Hi Anette! hope you are doing good (=

Hello Anette. I too run a lot, me does not make many Km but I like running with the music in my ears (and there are many of Dark Passion Play's song; =)). Or I it lives is the mountain. The Alps French. I am often going to roam at night and when mountains are to cover with snow, we see them hardly at night and it is magic!
ReplyDeleteOtherwise I made a lot of equitation in my life.
Good night: =)
No more soffpotatis!!!!
ReplyDeleteHello Anette !!
ReplyDeleteYou are very right i just loved the teaser from Storytime and i'm also very excited for these new competitions :D
The weather here is bad,it has been a lot of rain the whole day and even some storm...But today it was a wind day ! It was about 4am and i woke up because the storm was so brutal and it made a huge noise :S But the weather is going to be better in some days =)
At the moment i'm not doing any kind of sports or activities,i used to do swimming,ballet...But maybe i will find something new to do because now school is just full of work and i'm already tired with all of that ! Good night :D
Kisses and Hugs from Portugal

Hi
ReplyDeleteSo...little while ago I listened that Evanescences newest, about bonus songs I don´t know but the others - on songs wasn´t big difference comparing to example Bring me to life what is actually only song what I know better and what I like somewhat but although they wasn´t that like that I would been like them specially. On Lost in paradise was something what I didn´t get at all but thinking all songs,if likes rock without special melodies, that maybe good choice...
Some while ago I think I got clarity about one starfigure what I was thinked some while what that was cause it was little difficult to see.Eventually was little surprise what that was but was nice to found answer to that.
Maybe I´ve seen that The hitcher,I don´t remember.Otherwisely I may watched Hauers movies quite little.I had in mind to mention earlier already but one of movies what I like for one somewhat is Da vince code, little hard to say cause there´s little time when I watched that last time but still. To my remember I´ve seen all Mummys but I actually don´t remember them anymore, hah hah.Except a little part one, some nasty points.
So,that Storytime clip sounded overly good,I haven´t heard like that before, quite varying but still, yeah.I may already listen that some ten times so in a way waiting to hear more.
At one picture I got my mind to look discussion places where I started at time and other of them I got my mind to write something but I didn´t,happened same thing what happened earlier too.Although about that picture I got my mind something else too like an artposter.
So...mainly I´ve took quite calmly or for one tried,I have done works outside and things otherwisely, some ´´busy´´ days has been but actually not more.
Ok,good night
Hi, girl of the video *-* lol
ReplyDeleteFirst of all; u look very pretty in the Storytime Teaser :D
And second... I do circus art *-* Specifically I am a trapeze artist.
It is something that I like much.
Though some time ago behind I have not practised very much... But it is never late to do it! :D. I would be charmed with teaching the circus art to my children and grandsons:) from the heights, the world meets precious.
Sry for my english, i used a traductor for write this *-* lol
Greetings, a big big hug and a lot of colours for ur day *-*
-Niwi
PS: I admire u soooo much :D ^-^
This is a bit off topic, but I just wanted to give you a big thanks for this blog, Anette. I've realized it's more than just a place to see you. It's a place to see fans. Your followers/fans are amazing. It's such a relief to come here and read.
ReplyDeleteSo thank you. Your blog is like my little sanctuary from the rest of the internet. :)
Hi Anette!
ReplyDeleteI used to run quite a lot but then I got compartment syndrome so now my lower legs hurt after 0,5-1,5 km =( But I still run 1 km twice a week before school. I'm very hard to please when it comes to sport. Horse riding, zumba and running are the only things I've really liked.
Aren't u tired of our scanian weather yet? These rainy, grey days make me tired. Christmas, 9/11 and the snow just can't come soon enough =)
Hugs!
/Sophia
Hm. Otroligt svårt, men it's for my own good.
Men ja, förutom fotboll, så dansar jag varje onsdag, vilket jag har hållit på med i 6 år (på mitt sjunde, då). =)
Däremot spelar jag gärna volleyboll, också.
Kramar! =)
I run three times a week, most likely monday, friday and sunday, as I'm not allowed to run every day.
ReplyDeleteI also do gymnastics two times a week, tuesday and thursday. At the moment we have extra practices wednesday, so I'm pretty tired when it's finally saturday, which is the only day I use for relaxing. :p
Can't wait for Storytime!
-Camilla
I run one time on week when I walk my dog or it could be two or three times... and when I have P.S. in school, that is two times on week and that is about 1km. I love sport and I'm good in it, but I don't do any sport. I love volleyball especially and football and handball. :) I sometimes do some exercise once in day. ;)
ReplyDeleteHave a nice evening!
Enjoy ;)
Almost everyone who commented seems to run a lot! Irun occasionally. say about two times a week and when i do, I run 3,8 Km in 25 minutes. It's not as good as others but I can enjoy it. I also have a home trainer and a cross trainer at home. I try to keep a good steady pase for 30 minutes on both
