Just came in from a long walk in the beautiful but terribly cold weather. It´s -7 and I must say that it´s a bit to cold to be out walking longer walks now. But since there´s gonna be a snow storm tomorrow again I felt both me and Nemo needed the air and sun and also some groceries in case we cant go outside tomorrow.
I didnt have time to try the kettlebell yesterday since Nemo was in a speedy mode and wasnt willing to fall asleep until 22.30, so I´ll try it today instead;=) Thanks for the exercising tips I have gotten, I have studied some youtube videos and I think I have found some good exercises to do.
Just wanted to say that I love to live in a smaller city where people can recognise each other. I just met a girl from my past and I didnt recognise her, but she stopped me since she recognised me and it was so nice to talk with her again. I know she reads here so: "thanks again for saying hi, it was so nice to see you again;=)"
Time for food, enjoy the afternoon;=)

ReplyDeleteit was so nice read that you met an old your friend. I have many friends that i don't see them since many years but i have some of them on facebook and i keep in touch with them there. It's better than nothing but it's a nice thing! How long time that didn't you talk to her? She is a reader of the blog? Oh... good to know that! The weather it's terrible here also, tonight the street were frozen again and now is swowing. This morning before coming at work i've found the windshield of the car that it was frozen. I can tell that yesteday morning i couldn't open the door of my car. Damned ice!!!

Hurray! It's almost Christmas :) I have to say that here is really cold weather too, not -7 but -20! :S It's so freezing that it might be better to stay indoors.

Jag har (fast det här kan låta hemskt) drömt hur länge som helst om att bli musiker av något slag, så jag undrar, om du har tid och viljan, naturligtvis, om du skulle kunna berätta lite om hur det är att vara sångare. T.ex. Var har du utbildat dig, hur kom det sig att du blev det och hur det är i allmänhet.

Mine was really cold because of the wind we had !! Need scarf, gloves and hat all the time when my bf and I went out to do bodybuilding exercises with some friends =)
The last week end, my bf and I were watching the cup of world of ski and we were so happy that our french skier had a bronze medal !! So cool !
And these days, it's the cup of world of swimming and some french swimmer had a gold medal !!! Soooo happy ! =D
Have you followed it on TV ?? because i've seen the sweden team at each competition =)

As others have mentioned before, it is extremely cold here in Finland. The temperature just won't go above -15 these days. Horrible!
Although i am used to cold weather (have seen+felt even -40) this seems just a bit too much now.
Anyway, i will be flying home in almost 2 days, so i'm not complaining about anything :D
It's impossible for me to imagine not having my family around at Christmas time.
How are the Christmas preparations going? Have you been baking pepparkakor? Are you done with getting presents? (it stresses me out every time, because no matter how early i start looking for them, i always end up running around on the last day, cause i don't have everything...)
Wishing you a very nice time and be sure that you get enough rest, because i know that little ones can really wear you out.

Hey, i love seeing old friends too. ahh, that cold sounds so nice. down here it rarely ever gets cold, even in the winter. the past few days have been surprisingly cold for December, and i was hoping it would stay like that till Christmas (also Tuomas`s birthday, :) don`t forget), but today it got hot again. that`s so cute, your son`s name is Nemo. i`d heard you talking about him before but only today it occurred to me that it was your son.
