Hey Anette, I am coming to Sweden in the end of december and I REALLY need some hints for the very cold weather;=)
Today I will finalize some errands before I leave and it would be SO kind from you to listen to this: "I fear the sweden temperature might kill my body!!!"
For example? what kind of padded jacket should I buy to resist -10 -15 degrees?
As i told you, here in Italy I am used to higher degrees, today we have 12°C and at worst we have 0°C haha
At the moment I have bought something from the stylist germanozama.com but I have no clue if it's proper clothes for Sweden! Then I have a fur hat and a fur sweatshirt.....and how many pairs of gloves do I need to put up???

We fix the x-mas tree the first days of December and in our family this is a tradition because my little sister want the house in x-mas decoration for her name-day. I hope to finish the decoration soon. I love to listen trans siberioan orchestra (is a band which play only christmas songs. Sarah Brightman's voice is very nice

I'm traveling tomorrow to my parents house. It means that I should pack today. And I hate packing! I could even pay to someone to pack for me..

ReplyDeleteWow yeah, Nemo's almost five months old now and getting ready to eat normal solid foods that's great! Yaaaa Nemo's getting to be a big boy now!
I haven't put up or decorated a Christmas tree in many years, I've all but forgotten what it's like....and sadly miss it. Hope you and Seth have fun putting yours up and getting it decorated....awaiting photos of, truly!

That's soooo cool that you listen to Sarah Brightman she's my all time favourite Singer :D <3 I just love her, every Song from her is divine and her Voice is just what I imagine the angels sound like :D But of course I also like the harder "angelique" sounds that you create with Nightwish :D <3 One of my biggest dreams is that you and the boys from Nightwish would someday make a song together with her :D Do you think that's possible?? ;) Lots of Love and Happy Christmas <3 <3

Poochie: Hi and sorry for the late answer. Well, it depends a bit on where in Sweden you´re gonna stay? Here where I live in the south it´s around -5 to -15 degrees at the moment and quite windy. I use layering when I get dressed so I can take off clothes when I get inside or feel warmer. I think a good warm fur or for example a down jacket. Thicker gloves that can stand a bit of minus degrees, like skiing gloves are good. A fur hat is the best and what I use and a nice warm scarf to keep the neck warm if the jacket isnt so high in the top. For the feet I recommend Uggs or something similar that are warm and also many here use "curling shoes". they are from Bally and are really warm;=) Hope you´ll find something good to wear. I´m going to Finland next week where it´s even colder so I need to dress a bit warmer then too;=)
