Chins

Back from the gym and a fantastic, hard exercise;=) Lise had made a really tough friday programme but it was fun and I tried new things, like negative chins.

My body is soooo beaten now but in a good way and I long for monday already. Fitness and training is so fun!

    I got Beaten Yesterday Too!!!

    I Did a Lot Of Exercise 74 squats, 24 crunches,15 'Lizard' Push-Ups, & 20 min. running around the school gym, and body warming before that!

    My Lower body it's so HEAVY!! andmy upper arms are getting stronger, :D

    But Thanks to God That's Friday!!, I'll Take Some Rest, And Sunday I'll Go Running 4kms!

    Today in PE we played basket and volley , i felt kinda weird because my friends told me i was to short to play basket :P But i still did pretty good,i love playing volley,football ...

    Hey Anette! I found this groovy new hair gadget. Its a boar bristle ceramic large round brush. It is huge and the end of the dryer can fit in it for faster drying and the heat isn't directly on the hair. It's got vents in it for the air to flow through. It's supposed to be very smoothing and add shine due to the bristles. It's made by Jilbere de Paris and it's brush number JBBMBR Mega Round 5 inch diameter 34712. If you really want one and can't find it in Sweeden, I'll bring you one when the band comes to California again. But it has French and English instr so you should be able to find it.     So aa,quite surprising that this Heart asks for pleasure started to sound on my head after some six listening times nevertheless though I listened else at times.That much about that still that it could be ´´sister´´ song of Come cover me.

    Yeah...feeling was today little time like dazed but that has went pass,I had to took couple hours resting after when I was doing little snowwork and on this moment feeling is just moderate.

    Closely just cause pleasantries,on last times I have seen Benny and Björn on tv but about Agnetha or Anni-Frid I haven´t heard nothing.I think about that tv program isn´t many years yet at where I remember to saw Anni-frid but I´m not sure about that,I don´t remember that either anymore when they finished...

    So maybe somebody doesn´t know what´s to pull chin,well on that side I could understand that I know quite little though now about computer programs - eh heh,may those be by compared.

    So,I would like to figure something funny but doesn´t come to my mind any fitting so aa
