  4. You are right, there is nothing better to relax than reading a good book ... or doing Sudoku, that's nice, too. =)

  5. Good for you taking a break! I wish I got to do that more often. Just an update, in case you cared...LOL, last I told you, I was stuck on Dark Passion Play. I told you that I had Imaginaerum, but I was in love with Dark Passion Play. Now, I have started taking in Imaginaerum and I love it just as much! I have to also agree with a bunch of the other bloggers that your voice has become even stronger on this album...not to say it was not strong on the last one! I'm still taking it in more, but I have to say that Nightwish has quickly moved up my list of favorite bands! I love these albums so much that I have already found both of them on vinyl and have ordered both as well! They are not so cheap either once they are out of print or considered imports...but that's OK. If I REALLY love a band or album, I try to find it on vinyl because I have a really nice stereo system where I can just sit back, relax, and really lose myself in the music. Nightwish is now officially on my "REALLY love" list! Keep it up and enjoy your restful day...with your fake fur blanket...LOL

  6. Hi Anette, I have not commented on anything - I'm sorry, my job is very busy. Really nice guy to dismiss sometimes. I guess reading your very interesting. You must have learned from the book that Zlatan name means "golden". And it is very appropriate for his life. Interesting. I wonder when we get your name and maybe take our destiny in a certain direction.
Wish you a relaxing and very nice that you're a supporter of artificial fur. It is a pity that killed animals for the whims of people.
With best wishes and greetings from Bulgaria

  10. Hi Anette! :*

I have 2 questions: in The Poet and the Pendulum on first 25 seconds you whisper something from the back... What did you say at this part? I don't have special program do play this song from the back...

And... I don't know how can I say this... Okay: I know - maybe this is stupid for you - but I am a mega-big fan of Nightwish... I read somewhere that many peoples collection autographs from famous peoples... So I thought: "Myabe Anette can make fulfill my wish"... So my second question is: can you send me your (or from all band) autograph for me? I know this is stupid, but this is sooo important for me... Have something special from you only for me... ♥_♥

    Please reply! :)

    I love you so much!

    ** Sorry about my english...

    Take care :*

  11. Hi, Anette!
I love your blog and thanx for keeping in touch with your fans! We DO appreciate it! ;=) You know, I was wondering... When you are not on tour and don't do any concerts or recordings, how do you keep your voice in a good shape? I mean, when you are not constantly singing, how much do you sing a day and do you sing every day?
I am a singer myself and a big fan of yours; and I would be very very happy if you answer my question :-)
    Hugs,
    Thea

  13. Hi Anette,

Hope you enjoyed your book and your relaxing time yesterday :).

To Mr. Olzon: I know your questions were for Anette, but in case she doesn't have time to answer, I can answer the first question for you.

The words being whispered in the first part of The Poet and the Pendulum are being spoken by the soprano boy/boys who also sings on two parts in the song and has speaking parts as well. The part you hear in the beginning is simply a later part of the song being played backwards.

You can listen to it backwards with subtitles here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a2hOyW-cfaE

Hope that answers your question :)

  14. Hi dear Anette, how are you? Hope you and the boys are well and are having a blessed day!
    I check your blog almost daily and I've seen in some posts that you expressed your wish to became a midwife someday,so I wanted to come here today and share the news with you,who is a such an inspiration to me! I passed the test and now I'm in college to be a midwife! Here,for public colleges,you have to take a test divided into two parts,the test is called "vestibular". It's not an easy test and I've been trying to pass it for the past 4 years and this Tuesday I got the news that finally I was in! I have always wanted to be a midwife,I think that there isn't a most beautiful and blessed moment that the birth of a child and I always wanted to,somehow,be a part of it! Your messages and posts have always inspired me to never give up and always keep up strong! I don't know if you're gonna read this or write something back to me,but anyhow,I just wanted to share the news with you and say thank you! all the best,many blessing,health and love always! kisses & hugs from Brazil;
    Bru :)

  18. Mr Olzon: Hi! I am sorry but the only way to get our autographs are either to come to a meet and greet if we have one or try and send an inquiry to our record label Nuclear Blast, they could have some stuff there;=) Sleep well!
