Hi everyone and a good morning to you!
I slept long cause I took 2 nyquils last night because of the fever I had. I feel so and so, still a bit feverish and head ache but I am sure it will get better day by day.
Today I am going to see 2012! I am so looking forward. I saw Day after Tomorrow last night again and I love these kinda movies with lots of special effects. Indepence day is one of my all-time favourites too.
Tomorrow I am going to Stockholm again and on thursday I fly down to Austria to meet The Rasmus for the tv-show Dome which we are gonna perform in on friday. I still havent decided what clothes to wear....hmm...what do you think? Leather pants or dress? Or thigh high boots and something?

ReplyDeleteFor the show with The Rasmus I suggest you wear a dress, white or with light colours, like the one you have in the video with Lauri ;-) The song is so sweet and I feel it matches best with a sweet dress ;-)

ReplyDeleteI watched 2012 this Friday and I liked it very much. I think that this movie is much better then even "Indepence day" and "The day after tomorrow", because there are so many things that set me thinking about people's relationships in this world and some other philosophic problems. And the effects are really amazing =) I hope you will enjoy this movie.
Considering your outfit for perfomance - I would recommend you to wear some dress and to create a romantic image. Yet you will be the only woman on the stage, so womanhood and tenderness wouldn't be a bad thing and would match very well with "October and April" song ;-)
I also hope that your fever will fade away soon.

Oh, 2012! I'm gonna watch that one as well. The trailer and what has been said about it make it really exciting, I have high hopes for this movie. Also, can't wait for "The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus" to come out. It was poor Heath Ledger's last movie, god rest him in peace, and Johnny Depp is also featured on it, which makes it even better! Anyhow, I believe it's gonna be a fabulous movie.
ReplyDeleteAs for the show with The Rasmus, I was thinking, maybe you should wear a dress, something more delicate and feminine, with some lace or ruffles or so, since you are April, and the rest of the guys should be October, all dark and gloomy. Still, I personally love it when you use dark and rocky clothes, like those leather pants and corset you have posted a while ago.
Anyhow, I'm sure you're gonna pick a great outfit, hope you guys are gonna put up an awesome show!
Hard to decide what to wear... From the one side, it's rock band so leather pants will be cool, but on the other side your song with them is so sweet, that rocky style isn't really needed :D

ReplyDeleteoh, I am so sorry that you're feverish now! Maybe that is because you've been ill just before you got the shot. Usually one has to wait for two weeks after an illness before one gets a vaccination. Maybe that just was too much for your immune-system. Hope you will be better soon!!!

ReplyDeleteI watched 2012 yesterday! Oh you're gonna love it so much, it has a lot of special effects and also it leaves a weird feeling in your body when the movie ends...no one would talk during the 2 and a half hours (except for the funny moments which you can find in many minutes).

ReplyDeleteI´m sorry to hear that you still have fever and headache. I got the swine flu vaccine a bit over a week ago and the only symptom it caused to me was that I couldn´t lift my left arm properly because certain movements made it hurt. It´s weird how different ways people react to this vaccine. But hopefully you will feel better soon, at least my arm got better after a couple of days.
When it comes to what clothes you should wear when performing with The Rasmus, I´d suggest a long and simple dress. Not sure about the color of the dress, but because the song has a quite light atmosphere maybe the dress could be light too?

ReplyDeletehopefully you get better soon. i just know an old (and wise??) student's trick against fever: take a very hot bath with cardamom and coriander, wear a very warm pyjama, drink a bottle of red wine and just go to bed, put some blankets over you and sleep as long as possible. the next day it should be over. ;-)
oh, you are coming to austria. my beautiful home country. graz is a very nice town, i've been there only for a depeche mode concert and i was really stunned by the beauty of this city.
well, right now we are having some students, who occupy the universities to fight for a better education (they named the whole demonstration "unibrennt"). they are amazing - and live in the audition rooms (some of them since 25 days).
i hope you had fun with 2012, i want to see it very soon, but there are two other movies, i really have to enjoy first. ^^

ReplyDeleteI had a sudden thought: why don't you combine your both desires to wear leather pants and dress? That might be pretty skittish and smart. So you can wear leather pants with some romantic short white dress with lots of lace and frillies. Considering your shoes - what about some high-heeled shoes or boots?

I watched Independence Day when I was 9 or 10 years old. It was forbidden under 12 years old. I was very impressed by the movie but also very scared since I was so little when I saw it. Nowadays I can watch it without having nightmares ;)
