Scones


Today I have baked scones. I love scones and it was so long since I ate it but today I felt I wanted it. To the scones I have cream cheese and strawberry jam;=) Yummie!

    It sounds yummy!!! I love scones too, it's great with butter (salted butter, of course). But it's good with any jam on it too... :)

    Scones sounds so delicious. I saw yesterday Alice in Wonderland and I liked it very much. Alice was so beautiful and I like the whole story.

    Have you ever had flavored cream cheese?
    It is amazing, they have this kind that taste
    like mixed berries, it's my favorite.

    Yum, they look good! Yesterday evening I baked some little croissants, some filled with strawberry jam, some with chocolate. They were delicious! I think I'll bake some more today ;-)

    Afternoon Nettie, Ooooooo I adore scones, especially fruit scones with lots of butter and jam *drool* But have had to cut them out now I'm doing Weight Watchers. How many weeks are you now? Just seems a little soon to be getting practise contractions! (They don't normally start happening till you're well into the 3rd trimester). I hope there's nothing untoward going on there. Take care :0)

    If you mean cream cheese as mascarpone i agree with you. Very good! My favourite cake is tiramisù. :D

    it looks so delicious :)
    Btw scone is a bit different here in Hungary. It's a kind of raised dough, baked in oil, served with sour cream, grated cheese and -optional- garlic. I like it, but i've never made, because it's really difficult...But once, maybe :)
