I found a photo of myself as a tiny baby some days ago when I was throwing away some stuff from my storage and thought I´d share it with you. The dress I wear was made by my mum who is incredibly good at sewing. She also made my wedding dress and it was gorgeous;=)
The photo was a bit folded, that´s why there are some white lines in it. Sorry about that but old things get a bit worn with time. Just like me - this was me 40 years ago! Oh yes, I turn 40 this summer and I must say it feels cool and weird at the same time. When I think about how many things I have done and learned during this life already, I wonder what more there is to come for me. But I love life and I want to live forever so let´s listen to my favourite song from Queen in the shape of Katherine Jenkins that sings it soooo good!

ReplyDelete40 already... time goes by very fastly. I am turning 20 this year, and it also feels weird- I woke up in this morning with that thought in my head :3
Anyway, have fun this Sunday!(Though, weather is probably not as good as yesterday- yesterday was so nice, I am glad I chose that day to go to Copenhagen and just walk around Christiania and Strøget)

ReplyDeleteMy week was one of the worst in my whole life... My beloved rabbid Luna got very ill and died in my arms last night... I miss her so much. She was so special and the most intelligent rabbid I have ever had/seen... She was as clingy as a dog... I don´t know how to deal with it, that she isn´t here anymore...
Our rabbids are part of the family. We never put them into cages (at least they have a whole room of their own!)
I wish, that people will realize that rabbids aren´t made for small cages and should never live without a partner-rabbid. Those rabbids can´t be happy and don´t develop their real character! You will only realize this huge change in their behaviour, by giving them the chance to have a species-appropriate life!
The thought, that my dear Luna could reincarnate as a rabbid again and has to spend her new life in a cage, with no partner breaks my heart...
Do you believe in reincarnation too, Anette? I´m so convinced that the soul of every creature is immortal! I know it since I was born... I had "encounters" as a small child...My parents never believed me, but I know that it was not just my phantasy...
We will burry Luna in the garden later... I don´t know how to manage to go to the university and write my examinations next week...

Yesterday I was at my father's house and together with his girlfriend and my grandmother we had a look at old photos, including my baby photos; that's kind of a coincidence. =)
I also love my life very much, but I wouldn't want to live forever. If I knew that my life had no end, I would become lazy and fill many days with nothing but emptiness. Now that I know that there is a limit and every day could easily be my last one, I try to make each day special, due to at least one little thing that makes me happy.

ReplyDeleteAnd about the age of 40 years, if I wouldn't "know" you, I would think that you are about 30 years old. We all are getting older as we speak and the more life experince we achieve, the smarter we become ;) So not bad deal at all :)
I'm now 23 years old and I would like to get married, have a family and permanent career already. But for now, the only thing I can do is study :D
Are you planning to watch the Oscars on tv today? Or should I say during the night? It can be tricky with a baby though. I will watch the Oscars, I have waited it for a month now. I'm looking forward to see the red carpet part and all the beautiful gowns and of course which film will win the best picture Oscar!

Actually,yesterday i was watching some pics of me when i was a baby,aroud 1998,and some pics when i was also young about 6 or 7 years old like in 2002 or 2003 ...
My grandfather told me that i was a beautiful baby LOL
I dont remember nothing when i was 5,6,7,8 years old xD

ReplyDeleteOn the subject of living forever, I don't think I would want to. In my experience, the world seems to be becoming a crueler and more ignorant place as each day passes, but then I have depression so maybe I just cannot see the good things in life so well.

ReplyDeleteLike I said in last post that I can't also believe I'm 17. Time run so fast! When I remembered some good moments from my childhood, wow, I want to repeat it. For example, when I played with my friends every day, and now sometimes I want to play it :D, but how we are older, we don't go out anymore so often and I missed that. :(
But life goes on and we need to live every day as it would be are last ;)
