Morning coffee


Good morning and happy saturday to you all;=)

I have been up for an hour now and I feel good but I have some sourness in the body. Otherwise my Body for life is going really well. Tomorrow I have done 4 weeks and I can see and feel results. The best thing for me, is that I dont have any cravings for sweets;=)

And as you know, it takes 3 weeks to learn a new habit and that is good to know when starting a new routine or food changes. It takes those weeks to get into it but after that it normally flows.

I just love to wake up and see my hair stand in different directions like today, it shows how good I have slept.

Oh, and today my big sister is flying over to Orlando for some vacation and I hope she´ll have a blast! It´s her first time over there and I have told her how nice it is! I wanna go;=)

Now some running and then later on I´m taking Nemo in the pram for a long nice walk, since its sun outside and NO snow! ;=)

    My start for the day was also with a cup of coffee- just love it and probably the only one habit i can't quit.
    You are so right about food habits! I made a 3 months diet( very easy to keep and with excellent result) and in my opinion indeed in 3 weeks one doesn't need sweets anymore.

    Hey Anette!

    We have that hair thing in common. :] Since I got my hair cut short, I love waking up in the morning to see what sleep has done to it... quite often, my mom has taken one look at me and started laughing her head off when she'd see my bedhead. It's quite fun!

    Love the coffee mug - I would love to collect the sets of the Moomin dishes etc, I guess it is obvious from my user name that I love the Moomins dearly!
    I hope you will have a lovely day! Today here there will be a rugby game on the television which I will watch, it will be Scotland (my home country) v. Wales and I hope it will be a good match to cheer along to!

    We also have sunshine here, so taking a walk seems like a perfect idea! (of course, first we'll dress up like eschimos, otherwise it's freezing- Finland)

    I like your mug :) I too drink my morning coffee from my Mummin mug :) but mine is with Mummin Mamma :) she's the coolest ;)

    Heyy, I have that kind of cup too! :D I personally don't like the Moomin theme surrounding it but the cup itself is one of my favourites (good size).

    I'm sure that everyone is interested to read that I have the same kind of cup as you do. xDD

    I started gym 2 weeks ago..auts..I was in pain after first time ;) but pain was sort of pleasure cos it meant I have done something.
    Those Tigi products I have also use, but now Joico is my fav. Have you tried those?

    Morning Anette!

    I was wondering, do you run outdoors on indoors on a treadmill? I ask because I'm wondering what sort of clothing you wear to keep out the cold if you run outdoors.

    I'll be moving to either Sweden or Finland soon and am trying to make sure I'm prepared for running outdoors in your winter! (Virginia winters aren't as cold)

    Hope you're day is off to a fantastic start! And Orlando is wonderful, I use to relatives there every year!

    Härlig mugg, det är en utav Muminmuggarna som ännu inte lyckats hamna i min samling. Men det kommer. Jag köpte nya numret av Sweden Rock Magazine idag förresten :) Ska bli väldigt trevlig kvällsläsning! :D Här var det med sol idag, även om det fortfarande är stora grå snöhögar överallt och säkert 14 minusgrader känns det ändå alltid lite bättre så fort solen kommer fram :) Hoppas du haft en jättebra lördag.

    We had 10C degree sunny weather today in Denver! Felt so nice to run outside. We did 5 easy miles today. I'm hoping our snowfall is finally over, but I'm sure that's wishful thinking.
