Yesterday we went to a nice park to check out the birds, bees and the fallen leeves;=)

Autumn

Good morning all!

Autumn is here now and I read that in northern Sweden they already got the first snow yesterday. Brrr!

I am freezing like hell and this night I had to sleep with double covers to not be cold as an ice pick. What´s it gonna be like if I start being so cold already now and its not even minus degrees outside?
Luckily, we have that LA gig and the metal cruise in the middle of the winter so I can get some heat and sun;=)

I have been so tired the last weeks and I thought it was my jet-lag but I think it is the darkness in the evenings now cause I fall asleep in the couch at 19 every evening;=) Totally gone and still can sleep all night until 7.30! But I guess the body needs it for some reason.

I went out running yesterday in the grey and very windy morning and it was refreshing. Didnt run more than 6 k´s but those shorter runs are also good:=) Will do my long run in the weekend instead.

Today the sun is shining so we´ll go out and enjoy the playground and also visit my dearest friend for a little chit-chat;=)

I forgot to say that every time I visit Copenhagen and go to one of my favourite stores in the US - Abercrombie & Fitch - I get a bit worried for all the men and boys going to shop there.

Why?
- Cause when you enter the big door to the store in Copenhagen, there is always a half-naked guy greeting you. The guy never wear a t-shirt or top, just jeans and the guys are always very fit and having a six-pack.

The girl who stands next to him has clothes on, no bikini or bare breast...

So, what do they want to accomplish with this?
Do they only want girls to shop there and no guys?

Or is it a kind of "push" for men to exercise to look like that guy??

Hmmm... I have no clue;=)

But a bit weird in my opinion? Yes!

Pretty pig

Hi all!

Copenhagen was fantastic yesterday and I am sure it was one of the last "warmer" days before autumn starts for real, so we enjoyed it even more. We mainly just chilled and ate good things and played around with Nemo in different locations, but I did get some smaller things too. One of them was this super cool make-up bag;=)
I love this pig and it will follow me around the world on tour. Hihi!

Today I went out running 5 k´s and now I am soon heading to Linda to put in some extensions that have fallen off. It´s all the hair styling they did in Montreal that´s the cause of that. But luckily its not a big deal to put them on again;=)

Seth sat by the computer some days ago, playing around and today when I checked my photos I found this which he took then. I must say it looks pretty cool;=)

Sleep well now and tomorrow we´re planning on heading to my favourite city - Copenhagen!

Running is my...

...own anti-depressive;=)

I just came back from a nice and long run in the foggy, grey morning. The forest was a bit chilly but it didnt matter to me, cause I had my new shoes on and they were amazingly light.

And I assure you that I dont need any anti-depressives cause running takes away all my sorrows and bad days. One thing that makes it so much more fun to run is the music in my ears and I love to run to my Bandit Rock album. Some of my favourites are these:
