Good evening!
Here in Helsingborgs its the annual big festival going on, it started today and will be on until sunday. So 3 days of music, food, amusements e g, but also, for us living in the city, lots of high music which makes it hard to sleep so tonight I need to plug in those ear plugs so I can fall asleep from the karaoke-singing below. Hehe!
Have been so tired so will publish the photos I promised tomorrow. The judge duty and my morning run made me tired so the evening has been spent in the couch half asleep.
Tomorrow my judging duties continue and for those wondering its a big talent contest they have every year here at the festival. First day is for the smallest children from 5-15 years of age and then tomorrow those older than that. Me and the others in the jury choose 5 from each group and then they will compete in the big FINALS on saturday.
And today there were so many talented and wonderful kids singing and it was really hard to pick those 5 out of the 18 who entered. But lots of fun;=)

Since two days ago, and I don't know why, I was wondering something.. What happened with the clothes you used on the past tour ? Do you still use them during your normal life days, or are they kept safe under seven keys in your closet, until next tour ? Is just that I haven't seen any pics of you, like "normal life days", with something used on tour.. Just wondering, you know..
About the festival your juddging, for me is always so hard to choose acts of kids.. For me they are all awesome ! I mean, to see a little kid singing or dancing or telling jokes or anything, is so funny and beautiful ! Maybe it's just that I love kids, but seeing them totally makes my day...

ReplyDeleteSo, dear Anette! In time when you started to sing in NW my life was one big mess! I was ill in hospital I lost some "treasures" and so on... I was seek for "mental" escape and I find it in books, music..in Nigtwish! You came in band and I was enchanted with yours strenght, determination, will..and most of all with your voice! Your singing was medicine for my soul. The combination of your voice and Thoumas music is something special. Such an artists in one place..I am speechlees!!! Thanks for your music, art, performance..
Now, I am fine, I live a good life I am old as you are and I am also a musicion so I feel some kine of connection with you and I read your blog daily. So,I don´t know where my tiredness came from...well,daytimes has went some way but evenings and nights so tired but still not actual sleeping.Recently on one night what I didn´t slept at all,maybe that affected some what but I doubt that this much cause has been quite warm also so I think that is one reason too.
ReplyDeleteI have been many gigs where I have considered to put plugs when gig has last some time but I didn´t and after little while,gig has ended.
I did some recordings and they succeeded good and was quite easy to done so the time what I had to use them was actually just a little.
