Outdoor day;=)

Well hi all and a lovely afternoon to you;=)

Hope the sun is shining on you, as it is on us here in the south of Sweden! We´ve been out all day, getting all the sun and nice air we could since the rest of the week promises rain again. But today it´s been blue sky with some fluffy white clouds and appr. 20 degrees.

We started off by taking a nice coffee in the harbour. I have had my colourful summer pants on today;=)

Then we went to the playground where Nemo had fun in the sand for a while. Then he fell asleep in the pram while we walked a long walk into the forest. When he woke up we stopped by the nice waffel factory where we took an ice cream and shared;=)

Then down to the beach again, into the grocery store to buy some fresh shrimps, aioli and bread to toast for us to eat tonight. I love shrimps and aioli (aioli = mayonnaise, oil and garlic).

Soon I´ll go to the bathroom and put some hot red colour into my hair cause it´s faded and I want it RED;=)

  3. The correct name of aioli ist "all i oli" or "alioli" this sauce is originally from my region, Valencia in eastern Spain =)
If you like this sauce you can eat many other meals, chops, squid, fish....In Spain we have a very popular dish call "Patatas bravas" I don't konw the correct name in english but this dish is cooked with fried potatos, alioli and some of hot sauce,is very yummy!!

you can find the recipe here: http://www.spain-recipes.com/patatas-bravas.html

is much easier than explaining in this recipe if you can buy the hot sauce aioli and fried potatoes is only and put the sauce on top

Wish I could go outside though, yesterday I got a cold, my throat hurts like hell and I really feel like shit. My friends invited me to go to the beach tomorrow, wanted to go but I will have to go another time. :)

  8. Hi Anette!

Sounds like you had a great day! We didn't get good weather over at my place: windy and a bit of rain (and more rain for the rest of the week!)

I found a great trick though for keeping bright colors in your hair. I have bright orange hair, and I only have to get it re-dyed every 3 or 4 months because of the roots, so this trick really works: you should mix in some of the hair dye in with your conditioner, and use that conditioner anytime you wash your hair, but make sure you leave it in a few minutes. Not only will it help keep your hair nice and smooth, but it'll give a boost to your color, which will make it last longer.

    Hope my trick helps!
