Oh, this little girl is up so early today. I couldnt sleep this night due to the amount of coffee and black tea I drank yesterday. So tossed and turned until 3.30 this morning. Then up 6.45 and drive the car to the repair shop to get that nasty scratch fixed. Got to borrow a nice little BMW 118d and it was fun to drive a manual car again and such a tiny car;=) A little bit easier to get into the garage with that...
Now some nice breakfast, boiled eggs and new buns from the bakery. Then a long walk in the nice morning weather. The good thing about waking up early.
Since requst came in the comments for some recipes of the food I eat now and then, here comes the salad and haloumi cheese from yesterday:
Salad:
Avocado in pieces
Been mix
Machete lettuce
Leak
Red and yellow tomatoes
Mixed nuts
Fry the haloumi cheese in some butter or margarine. No salt or pepper needed since its so salt in itself
Dressing:
2 parts of hamp oil
1 part of mango vinegar
1/2 part of mustard
Sugar after taste

I'm with You on getting up at the early mornings. The day seems longer and the morning are much cooler than the afternoons so you can take care of things in town without sweating like crazy!

ReplyDeleteHad a fight with my brother last night... and also watched a new reality show called 'Dance your A.. Off" was actually pretty inspirational. Dunno if it's airing yet there in Sweden, but it's actually heartwarming and inspirational(TV channel is Oxygen)might be able to find some stuff if you check the website for the channel.
Hmm... there might be a problem with me making that salad... I've never heard of that type of lettuce(I think all we get in American stores are Iceburg and Romaine)bit it does look yummy. ( I LOVE avocados! Guacamole is the best stuff ever :) )
Hope that there isn't any issues with getting your car fixed, my dad's facing having to buy another car, due to the fact that the front end of his car was nearly ripped off in a nasty accident, thankfully, he wasn't injured in the wreck.
