I just came back from a little ride and I went and bought myself lots of nice vitamines and fish oil pills etc since I feel that my body need some extras now when I am a vegetarian. Thanks to everyone who helped me with that;=) My mood has been totally weird and I do believe it is the lack of some essential things in the body but now I will be full of happiness soon again..
Its weird that the hormones and the body are so dependent on the things we put inside ourselves...talk about a complex body and mind...

Wow, thanks so much for sharing those pics with us! I've actually been looking for some pics from Seinajoki in the last couple of days, but I never found any of such a good quality.
ReplyDeleteI must tell you I loved the second one, with you and Emppu. It's great that you guys have so much fun on stage and you aren't afraid to SHOW it. It doesn't feel like you're watching five individuals doing their job up there, but a band sharing feelings with each other and with all the people who are watching them.
And that smile, the one you also had as a little kid, that smile is some kind of a trademark of yours already. Never lose it!

Oh my gosh, my dad takes fish oil pills,
ReplyDeleteand the other day, he said he wondered
if the oil in them really tasted
like fish because he doesn't like fish.
I told him to give it our baby brother Alex,
who just turned 1, but when he
picked Alex up he started crying so we
didn't give it to him. So he offered
my brother ten dollars to chew one, not
swallon it whole. Well my brother said no,
and my dad offered me to do it.
I said, "Not for ten dollars, I'm not."
Because I don't care for fish either.
So my dad says, "Fine, 11 dollars"
I said, "I'm not doing it for less then 20."
So I had to actually eat the fish oil
pill...but I did get 20 dollars! HaHa :P
But eat one, don't swallow it, and tell
me what you think it tastes like.
I'm having a hard time describing it.
It wasn't bad or anything but I just
can't describe what it tasted like...bugger.
Anyway I hope the vitamins will help whatever seems to be bothering you. It's really important that you have all of
your vitamins, trust me, with my condition
I know that...kinda. LoL, I still don't
always take it, no matter how many times people
tell me it's killing me when I don't.
I forget sometimes and then there's other
times when I just don't want to take them...

ReplyDeleteGlad to hear that You armed Yourself with vitamins and fish oil! They are so important to our organism.
Before getting problem with low level of potassium and magnesium I wouldn't even think that it can affect a body but when I read what the efficency has cause, I was shocked. Now I'm taking potassium and megnesium in tablets and feel much better! I hope You will be taking them too or and iron is most important because You don't eat the red meat. You might want to eat dark chocolate, eat nuts and parsley leaves. they have the most iron and also tomato juice for potassium!

ReplyDeleteFrom body talk bring to my mind that thing what I talked about shows that before show I often have faint condition because of standing. I hate that thing, because it´s nearly always, when I´m in some gig or stand long time somewhere. I think it´s quite a normal thing, but still I think many other people don´t have this so easily. Even if I eat so much before standing and when I´m there standing I eat and drink there too, but still this condition come so easily for me :(
And if I don´t eat nothing and stand, I have so sickening condition and feel faint.
You someday said that eating is very important thing for you before the shows. I understand that really good what you mean for it. Singing too (or screaming in the gig :D) is thing what I can´t do if I have faint condition in gig or if I haven´t eat anything. This singing thing not only in gig, but in home too if I sing something along with music.
I really would want to know why is this thing and how I could avoid it.
Have you never this kind of condition when you sing or stand or anything else?
