I have just looked at Dsquareds next seasons clothes and its as always cool and different. I dont like everything but I have already seen a pair of jeans that I for sure will ask Hanna to get for me;=)
What do you think about their mixing of things? Like it or not? I love the style in the first photo, like a princess-fairytale-cinderella story mixed with college student style. Great;=)
(Photos are borrowed from luisaviaroma.com)
Hiya Anette.
ReplyDeleteI like the 3rd outfit :D
I just listened to the october and April song.
You sound lovely in it.
Lisa x
It looks very cool. I love combination of different things and I really adore people who know to put these things together to create something like that. my favorite model: yellow dress and the boots from the third picture. The ping jacket is nice too.I would like to see faces of people at my town if I try to wear something from above.
ReplyDeleteHey Anette
ReplyDeleteFor myself i must say, i really like Dsquared2
i own only a shirt (Camp Chipawa 5 star camping in white) and a black belt with the GOT BREWSKIE buckle. and i love it ;)
i like the fact that dan and dean are not limiting the style and the combination of time periods and colours. and also the cuts are unique. Dsquared is for me the most unique Label out there :)
Thank you for posting those pics
i like especially the last one :)
hope you have a great day
smile on
huuugs :)
Love and RESPECT
Chris :=)
Hey Nettie =)
ReplyDeleteI like the last picture , but without the hat and scarf. It's a mix of Gothic and elegant , am I right??? I do not like the others (but that's only my opinion)
I am listening the song October and April over and over. It's wonderful! Your voice sounds beautiful!
Hugs and take care
Love
Ena
I like the yellow and black dresses, but I always like that kind of princess things :D
ReplyDeleteI think that pink jacket outfit is too normal. I mean in that catwalk. If I would wear that outfit it would be very surprizing but it looks like boring in there, in a way.
I like the shoes and the socks in the third picture.
The first and the second pictures are also nice.
It's a bit hard to say what I like in those pictures since they are quite small and there's so many details. :D
By the way, I was in a fashion show for a week ago. I think it was my first ever. I was just watching there of course, not on the catwalk! :D There was this autumn's fashion and almost all the outfits were quite grey or black. There wasn't any brighter colours. Why do we have to wear always so grey in autumn?! I saw there that kind of long socks what I have seen you have worn also in some picture in this blog. I was there with my sister and I said to her that Anette has that kind of socks too! :D
Depending to the mix is very good. ;-)
ReplyDeleteI liked more of the 7 ° photo. Just make a small change in the 7th photo, I like more than the jacket was black, give a better contrast with the white shirt. What do you think? Do you prefer it black or pink? =)
There are many clothes that these designers make, that we probably would never see anyone using. For example, I think kind of hard to watch someone on the street dressed a outfit exactly like this:
http://www.fashionbubbles.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/06/lenny-fashion-rio-3.jpg
It may be that people use the clothes with another clothes, but only use this clothing with nothing more, I think a little difficult.
I think these designers make more so-called "clothing concept," which are only inspiration. =)
Have a very gooood Day
Hugs from Brazil
Peace =)
Dear Anette, I know this is probably not a very good place to write this but I have to get it off my back.
ReplyDeleteI just got back from the hospital and i'll tell you why.
I was just sitting and waiting in the hallway of my school with a friend, when all of a sudden a class came out and stood there too, and some guy started yelling 'fucking gothic' at me.
So I just ignored him like I always do, but then he came up to me and really in my face and started yelling it again.
So I said 'What's your problem?' and out of nowhere he punched me hard in the face, twice.
Áfter he did he ran away and left me with a swollen face, busted lip and bleeding nose.
Now I don't know how else to call this but a form of racism, and I tell you i've had it with this.
Is it a reason to just hit someone just because they're different?
I have dealt with nasty comments before, and ignored them but I really don't understand why this happened.
I honestly feel discriminated against, and also scared.
Now it happened in school, but what if it happens somewhere outside a next time?
Does this mean that I can never stand up for myself, unless I want to get hit?
I am scared to go back to school, afraid of what his 'friends' might say or do, though my own friends were pissed too.
My face is really swollen up and my lip also, it hurts like hell.
I really don't know what to do anymore.
I've dealt with comments and stuff before, but this is just the limit.
I am just a normal person like everyone else, I just look a little different.
But does that justify what happened to me?
I'm sorry if this bothers you,
Lots of love, Lisa <3
(in my opinion, if you choose to accept this comment, it is not nessocairy to keep it private, so feel free to post it if you want to)
The skirt in the first photo and the black dress in the last are cool! Could imagine wearing that black dress myself... hmm... :) Interesting-looking shoes/boots, too, in the third & last pics! Those laced boots especially...
ReplyDeleteYou have a delicate frame and blond hair so I think bright colors go great with that :) I like your fashion sense in general -- it was funny when we met in Helsinki that Sunday after the Hartwall gig, I didn't actually realize it was you at first, I just thought that wow, there's a person who has given some thought to what she wears, instead of just pulling these old jeans and windbreaker on like most of us locals -- she must be from somewhere else but Finland! :p Most of us Finns are terribly boring and unimaginative as dressers -- it must be this silly, old Finnish saying that "it's the ugly people who show off with clothes" and the general national mentality that the more you blend in your surroundings, the better :p Blergh, how dull! Even if I have to say that I'm not too fond of bright stuff on myself (I prefer the basic black, spiced with silver, lilac, burgundy, dark blue...) but it's just because I'm so tall and quite wide-shouldered I'd look huge as an elephant in bright colors... :p (Took some courage to wear these thigh high 13 cm heel black leather boots to your Hartwall gig -- a friend teased me that "Minna, you're gonna look like a transvestite in those!" :D :D ... well, maybe so, but at least I saw pretty nicely with my new 187 cm height, even from the back of the floor! :D :D)
The style is interesting, but too much mixes for me. My eyes just get tired of it=)
ReplyDeleteI liked the jeans and yellow dress;)
Whoooaahhh Hi Anette these clothes are awesome!!
ReplyDeleteI love the 1st picture with the long white skirt, the yellow dress and the black dress...I think you would look awesome in that yellow dress especially with your new hair & glasses & the black dress!!
I wonder if you like some of the Harajukku Fashion that's about in Japan like some of the skirts, boots, dresses & tops i love it :)
Here is a link:
www.harajukustyle.net/dress_harajuku_style.html
check out some of the dresses in the galleries pics ;) They are awesome & bizarre ;)

Crazy but cool :) I like the second outfit and I simply fell in love with the tartan dress, I guess tartan is something timeless and goes together with almost everything.
ReplyDeleteStill I think the mixing is sometimes but different people have different tastes :)
Yeah, some of the outfits are a little bit weird but I like the last outfit a lot !!
ReplyDeleteHope the jean looks as great as your other things ...
Big hugs and many kisses from Austria,
Laura
Hii Anette
ReplyDeleteIt's indeed a different style, I don't like it that much, but the fifth pic looks beautiful, that's just like a fairytale according to me :)
And I also like the last one.. dark style, love it!
Today I saw a student in my class who was wearing a Nightwish-shirt, so ofcourse I started talking to her.. about Nightwish and music ;)
In Flanders/Belgium it's totally rainy today. But still 18 degrees, and that already feels cold. :) But I guess you Nothern people are more used to the cold weather? :)
And have a nice night, mine will be filled with: cleaning a piece of the house, cooking for my family (untill my mom comes home, then she will take over), then eating ofcourse, doing the dishes (or maybe it's my sisters turn today? ;D) studying, hanging a bit around on internet, love that :) and watching Desperate Housewifes :) Love that too :)
Daphne
Hmm.. It's absolutely not my style, but I can see the pretty things of it, though you won't hear me say that I like it (A)
ReplyDelete'Nouky
Hi Again
ReplyDeleteLook what I found: http://www.tonycreed.com/skull.html
It's skull ring heaven :)
I know you like skulls.. so that's why I'm posting this.
Take care!
Daphne
My God, those women are so SKINNY!
ReplyDeleteI would wear the men´s outfit with the pink jacket and the shirt from pic 7 ;)
ReplyDeleteAnd despite of that: Could somebody give the girls something to eat?
Hello Anette,
ReplyDeleteI like the first pic's style, and in the 7th pic the jeans and the pink jacket...and love the black dress in the last picture.
have a nice evening!
Oh, my god... It's called bohemian wear if I'm right: my examwork theme, so I love these clothes!!! Nice picks.
ReplyDeleteMy favourite is the fifth creation, but I'd make a shorter skirt-part and add to it the boots from the third pic, without that green-thing. Would be fantastic, I think.
And the last dress with a fingerless tulle glowes and only the boots from the second pic... I'd wear that with so much pleasure!
So, I love them!
I like the last dress...very beautiful :)
ReplyDeleteBut don`t like the models. They see very skinny, like skeletons...They scare to me! Really really sad :(
Wow, that blue and red checkered dress looks great! Such a classy and sophisticated cut, and still a really casual print. It doesn't seem so comfortable though, but the yellow dress does. And it looks gorgeous and so feminine too.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the pics! :)
I do love the yellow and black dresses. I always think people who can mix and match outfits like that look so good, but I can`t do it myself.
ReplyDeleteHey Anette :D
ReplyDeleteto be honest.. its not quit my style ^^
I would never wear stuff like that..
But we can't al be the same, right? :p
have a nice evening :-)
It was cold today !!
so spend the evening inside he ^^
Love xxx
Ann
Hi, Anette!
ReplyDeleteActually, I'm not really keen on fashion, but from these pictures I like the one with blue with red dress in it: http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_93IuP2jawcc/SssthTZYv-I/AAAAAAAABbs/HrG_LhpKy4o/s1600-h/dsquaredpreseason4.jpg
Very good colours! =)
But the main thing I paid attention for in the pictures is the models. They are so thin! I think it's awful that they have to torment their bodies in this way to be models! It's not right, it's unnatural, it's bad for their health at least! But the worst thing is that they believe it's normal! They press towards being so skinny! Fashion is a beautiful, well-paid, but cruel business. Poor girls and boys!
Hej Anette!
ReplyDeletePersonally I don't like those outfits very much, but I do respect people who let their own creativity flow and try their own style, mixing things, colours etc. and wearing whatever fits their own personality and mood. My personal idea of "fashion" is that you never have to strictly stick to other people's ideas or to what media show on TV, papers, etc. Instead, you have to look, take inspiration, and then decide by your own what suits you best and make up your own style. And that's what you do, too! =)
Love and hugs,
Elisa
@LizLunatic: I'm sorry but I just couldn't not comment on what You wrote.. What THE HELL was wrong with that JERK?! How could he just punch You like that? What a god damn coward! Did you report it? Did anyone see it? You were at school right? You HAVE to report this lowlife to a principal! He can even go to jail for hurting you like that? Oh my good Lord! ARGH! I just hate hate hate when such things happen! How an intelligent human being can hurt another one that way? I just don't understand. I REALLY hope he didn't hit You too hard.. I'm so sorry it happened you.. I'm sending you big hugs and don't worry about this ass. Just please make sure you report him to school and DONT EVER CARE ABOUT WHAT PEOPLE SAY. If they have a problem, that means they have a problem with themselves, not You. UGH!!!!
ReplyDelete*sigh..*
As for the clothes, I surprisingly like everything! Minus the shoes in the last picture. It just.. doesn't fit XD Love the dresses though and the gentleman is quite handsome too :D
Love,
Karo E.
OMG, Lisa aka LizLunatic: I feel sooo sorry for you. What the fuck do people think sometimes?! I don't understand..
ReplyDeleteIf you didn't do or say anything wrong to that person, then I guess that that person has a problem, he needs help! Maybe you could talk to someone at school/police etc... I really think this is not normal to do!!
Take Care
Daphne
Hi Nettan..
ReplyDeleteI like the black dress and the outfit with that jeans!! Those are the ones I think would look really good in you! The only think I don't like is the hat on those outfits.. But.. I don't like hats at all.. only when it's sunny and stuff..
hugs!
heyy Nettie
ReplyDeleteDo you know this site? http://www.pinupgirlclothing.com/
I looove the retro-dresses!
Hugs Daphne
I just love the yellow and the black dresses. Men söta klänningar får mig alltid på fall. Min studentklänning är faktiskt nästan likadan som den gula, eller i samma stil är väl närmare sanningen. Dock nästan exakt samma färg :)
ReplyDeleteDear Anette,
ReplyDeletewell I like the first and second outfit, the one with the yellow dress and the last one with the black dress!
It is a different look but I think it's nice...although I probably wouldn't wear an outfit like that or at least not if my grandma can see it =)) ! she usually goes shopping with me...but she would never accept to see me with such an outfit. Besides I don't think any of them would look good on me!
Love,
Herta
Hi Anette !
ReplyDeleteI love the last dress, really good, with the shoes *__* (a futur dress for you ? On stage it will be... very cute !)
I have just a remark : what do you think of the thins models ? Because on the photos I found the girls really... thins and "unsightly" (I know that they are beautiful but... I don't like the knees).
Moreover, have you seen the beautiful tee shirts on the website of the brand Karen Miller ? The tee shirt is called "Illustrated tee shirt" in the end of the page. I find it really beautiful ;)
Have a nice evening !
Hii again =)
ReplyDeleteI really love the clothes you show!
they're adorable =)
about before, just a little update:
the hospital called that I should come again.
and now it turns out that my jaw is broken :|
So I cannot speak properly, chew or even sniff my nose.
I am so angry!
Lots of love, Lisa <3
Daphne: in this skulls ring page by Tony Creed I found this one with the word "Princess" or something on it and lovely pink eyes....I guess you may like it, Anette, let us know!
ReplyDeletehttp://www.tonycreed.com/images/skull%20rings/20R.%20Custom%20Princess%20Pink%20Eyed%20Skull%20Ring.jpg
@To Anette: I like the first combination:yellow-azure, but also the blue Scots dress!!
ReplyDeleteHi Anette,
ReplyDeletePlease, DON´T PUBLISH THIS, thank you.
I have one question, I´m sorry then I don´t ask when wa "Question time".
Here´s the question: will be a tour with your solo album? Of course, than when you be rested.
Sorry for my english, I don´t know if this right.
Have a good night and nice dreams :-)
Hugs Lukas
Good afternoon Anette :)
ReplyDeleteNot my cup of tea, too haute couture... I prefer to make my own statement with whatever I can afford. It does look like the girl is the same in each picture, not the outfit, but the same model.
Hugs, and all my love
Falyssa :)
I like the yellow and black dresses:-)
ReplyDeleteThe first combination is too crazy for me
Yeah, I like those. I'm kinda so-so on
ReplyDeleteliking outfits that don't really go together-
I mean I get aggravated when people
don't match their clothes,
but sometimes when clothes are like that
it looks pretty cool. Mixing styles is okay,
just it bothers me when it's too much
or too out there, you know?
I mean, I wear a lot of clothes not a lot
of people like because it's such an
odd style in a way. I prefer the European
style to American, but living in
America wearing that kind of style gets a
lot of weird looks! My mum always tells me I
can wear what I want if it's not too revealing or I'm not embarrassed,
which is what I do, but in a way at some
point everyone cares a little
bit about what people think of them.
But your style I love by the way!
I hope you have a good day!
Hugs and love, Katie T.
SUCH a stressful day for me anette:( heads pounding from music college :( altho i do quite like some of these clothes there quirky, i like quirk :) the blue dress and the black one at the end are very nice.
ReplyDeletehope you've had a nice day:)
lots of love.
Aj
xxxx
i liked almost everything '-'
ReplyDeleteHi Nettie!
ReplyDeleteAww, I just loved the first pic's style, and the last one too, you should try wearing something like that in your shows!(well, I guess it will take a time now that you are on vacations, but that's okay ;=)) I just love your style, you can bring us happines and good vibes trough all of your colorful and different clothes!
Kisses and Hugs from a Brazilian fan!
I loved the style of the last photo!! =,)
ReplyDeleteeu quiz dizer que adorei o estilo da ultima foto.
Bjss ;*
I really like it and hate yellow things but the fifth dress is just fantastic!
ReplyDeleteAnd the black one make me sick <3
hahaha
Hoping you're ok *-*
I like some jeans, but not all. I like more goth clothes.. but is nice mixing very diferents styles!
ReplyDeleteDefinitely I looooveeee the guy of the fourth Picture =P is hot...
Take care..
kisses
Ale
Hi! Oh Oh Oh...the pink jacket with the jeans I really like, but I think I'd change the black necklace with something softer...maybe something circular or linked and definitely off with the yellow hat! Love the shoes too. I recently purchased a pink sweater with gem buttons at old navy that is similar to this colour and went well with my skinnys. I really love the combination.
ReplyDeleteI also love the yellow dress because it reminds me of the sun.
Very nice post, Anette!
Thanks for showing!
Love or hate? I really can't decide - love the third one , kinda like the second one , and the fourth one is just plain good-looking ;-) I scanned the comments and noticed someone mentioning how skinny the girls were ... I laughed ;-) That's what models do , bud. Anyhow , I just pray that God would grant you , Anette , and you , my fellow Anette-blog readers , an awesome sleep and a knowledge of His peace and presence with you in the days to come! Lord bless, and kisses blown from Canada *poof!* :-)
ReplyDelete- Suzy C. ♥
Hello Anette *waves*
ReplyDeleteNot much my style, but it is different. I liked the last one pic, sounds like something elegant, but a little informal (because of the cap I think).
So ... hugs and take care; **
i didn't like...
ReplyDeleteI like classic and original style
(sorry,my english very bad)
@everyone who likes fashion: I just found www.asos.com a site from the UK. They have nice stuff. And the "outlet" area is especially for people who don´t have that much money really nice.
ReplyDeleteI will order there soon ;)
Jesus Christ, how the models are skinny! Are they crazy or what?.....But the clothes are not bad, especially the last one.
ReplyDelete
