Finally it is here, the new and re-made Fame movie and I am going to see it this week;=) Of course I would have loved to see the old characters again, like Leroy, but I am still very very interested in the new movie;=)
And I just came back from the dance and today we did some Fame moves and I was soooo happy and now I am so tired and hungry;=)

I love to dance. I took classes a
few years ago, but I've moved so much and
with changing schools and all the homework that comes with high school I haven't
had the time, but I will start again soon!

I used to love the Fame TV series in the Eighties. I had big dreams of becoming a singer and I really wanted to go to a school like that. I don't know about the new movie. I suppose it won't be as good as the original, but I'm sure it's worth a look. Hope you enjoy it.

I love Fame, and all the films about that theme ;p, I saw the dutch musical version of it here in theaters and that was great, but I imagine the film being even more awesome!
I really want to go see it too, but unfortunatly I am pretty much broke ;p

Fame är så fantastisk och faktiskt en av de första musikalerna jag såg live, alltså på teater. Måste ha varit härligt att få testa på lite dansmoves i Famestil.
ReplyDeleteVet du, jag blev otroligt glad när jag var på mitt gym idag: de hade uppe en stor plansch där det stod att på vissa danstimmar de kommande veckorna kommer de att fokusera på Fame-danser. Vilket betyder att de JustDance och Dance-timmar som jag annars också går på kommer att bli ännu roligare då det blir något utöver det vanliga - och dessutom Fame! It's a wonderful world... ^^
Förutom danserna så är ju musiken helt fantastisk i Fame. Ah, om man någon gång skulle få stå på scenen och sjunga "remember my name - FAME - I'm gonna live forever..." helst med ett dansnummer till. :) Tja, vem vet.

ReplyDeleteYou know, I just saw the old fame movie last week for a school project, and I really liked it, so I'm quite curious about the new one.
I'm just a lil' bit jealous about you going to that show, it sounded as it was gonna be awesome since the first time you talked about it haha, honestly I would really have loved to be there, its a shame not that kind of shows can come to my country, and even if they ever come, the prices are gonna be so high.. =( so sad.

Dance movies are amazing. I think so far not found one person who didn't like at least one of these. But my fave still is Flashdance <33
