The ring I showed you in the last post, was a ring I bought yesterday and I love it. You cant see it but there is a little skull on it too and you know now that I love skull-things;=) Bought the ring at ParisTexas, a cool store with lots of my favourite brands such as Alexander Wang, Rica, Erin Wasson/RICA etc...
I also got a hold of a pair of thigh-high black boots from Zara that I was on the search for;=) They look hot!
Otherwise not so much shopping, just looking around and enjoying some nice food, café lattes with whipped cream (yummie!) and the sun. It was totally clear-blue sky in the evening and I felt so much autumn and nice air in my nostrils;=)
And as many others, today I think of Patrick Swayzes closest ones in the loss of their beloved Patrick, who put up a great fight against a horrible cancer in the stomach. My grandmother died from that same one and she died so fast that I am amazed by Patricks strength. Rest in piece, Patrick, I will always love Ghost, Dirty Dancing, Road House and North and South.
Oh my God! Patrick died!!???? I am soooo sad now =(
ReplyDeleteRest In Piece dear Patrick. He was really good
Hugs
Ena
I absolutely love your blogs. You won't believe but I have started to do some exercise too and eat more properly. I'm planning to change a bit my style to some hot and interesting. You give me sooo many ideas, so thanks a lot for them :)

Note:
Patrick was so incredibly strong, he fought this disgusting cancer with all power he had, and even more.
My mum had to fight a brain cancer (almost 4 years ago), and she won! That was mostly one of the happiest/greatest moments in my life.
Patrick is now in a better world, i think he will have a wonderful time up there.

Dearest Anette,
ReplyDeleteYou are so talented and so wonderful to share your day...You are very special!!!
The weather is great here in Maine too...We're feeling the Autumn and seeing the beautiful colors. We didn't have a very warm Summer...I never put the fleece away!!!
It's a tragedy for Patrick and his family. He was such a wonderful man...talented, loving, and strong. What a year for loss...
Makes you appreciate all you have - every minute...
(((HUGS)))

Hi Anette, welcome back to home! I'm sorry for him, he was a good actor. :( Have anice evening! Husg
ReplyDeletePs: i've send to you an e-mail by your manager (you know who)!
Ilove his movies and I felt really sad about his death.
ReplyDeleteMy aunt died of stomach cancer too.. She used to smoke a lot, so we tink that was probably the cause of her cancer.. it's so sad because she was in a lot of pain before she died and everybody knew that but couldn't do anything about it..
may he rest in peace!
hugs to you
My grandfather almost died for a cancer in the stomach.
ReplyDeleteIt was horrible for all of us so I imagine how it hurts when a beloved one dies for that.
I'm sorry for them, too.
Patrick is a legend.
So I will remember him :/
Sad news but the life continues...
Im hapy for you :)
Greetings!!!
Rest in peace Patrick :( It's horrible how many people are affected by the disease, my Grandmother died of lung cancer in 2006. At least all the suffering is over now :(
ReplyDeleteHello..
ReplyDeleteI saw it on the news that Patrick died :-(
so sad! My grandfather had cancer but he's a very strong persone and he surived.
Cancer is such a cruel disease!
To be honest I'm scared that I will get it when I'm older. Its something that I'm really affraid from.
Ghost was his best movie I think..
The movie was so touching and funny at the same time! ... Patrick; Rest in peace!
Now about you my dear.
I think its a wonderful idea to try a stone massage !! I've never tried it but a friend of mine said it was so relaxing and that you feel another person :-)
Lots of love Xx<3
Ann
Dear Anette.......it's very sad that such a great actor and person as Patrick Swayze passed away!..........but at least he is not suffering anymore and he is in a much better place where he will stay forever!
ReplyDeleteLove,
Herta
Is that ring a ring with a skull on it? Cool :)
ReplyDeleteI like skull stuff too! (Also, dragons, vampires and Hello Kitty, haha :P)
I am sorry for Patrick Swayze, and for your grandmother too. My sincere condolences.
Have a good evening,
Fábio
I've heard stone massages work really well!
ReplyDeleteI love lattes! I'm in high school(11th grade)
and I aid during the library
with another girl, and we always go
get coffee from the teachers' lounge!
Your grandma died from pancreatic cancer
too??? My grandma, the one I told you
about- she died the day I saw you
guys perform in Kentucky- also died from it.
Only she didn't die quickly,
she suffered, became delusional,
it's really hard to watch that...
Hope you have a good night!
Hugs and love, Katie T.
I'd be afraid of the stones burning me... so you are MUCH braver than I am...
ReplyDeleteAnd I LOVE skulls, too! Going to play a BIG part in my accesories for my outfit on the 29th. Skull tights, skull wristbands, skull-dagger earrings.... so nice to know that my favorite female singer loves em, too!!!
Yes, I found out last night about Patrick's passing, and I am indeed sad over it :( I lost my grandmother to lymphnode leukemia when I was 14, she was too young to die and I miss her every day :(
Hugs, and love
Falyssa
Oh yes that is so sad... :( You're so nice, putting all of this on your blog and caring about others. (sorry if this sounds so annoying but the "piece" you used is the wrong one for this.. "I want a piece of cake" is the right use and "rest in peace" is for this...)
ReplyDeleteI had to =) (but your English is amazing Anette).
xoxoxo!
I love your latest ring and me too I'm sad for Patrick's death, but he wes so brave against his cancer.
ReplyDeleteRIP PAtrick!
Miriam xx
All his films are my favourite
Good evening Anette!
ReplyDeleteI'm to hear You had a lovely day :) Hope Your batteries recharged before Helsinki. I'm sure they are ;)
I still can't believe Patrick's dead. He has always been one of those rays of sun which I thought will live forever. I really hope he is very happy right now, wherever he wanted to be <3
Love,
Karo E.
