Ok, on request, here is the recipe:
3 eggs, separeated in whites and yolds
I dl philadelphia cheese
a tiny bit of salt
Any taster you like, eg dark chocolate, vanilla powder, cinnamon etc.
Whip the whites and the salt really hard together. Whip the yolds and the cheese together. Then gently put the cheese and yold batch down into the whites. Add the taste you prefer or keep them natural. Butter an oven plate and click six or more oopsies on it and bake for 30 min in 150°.
Eat as they are or with whipped cream, like a sandwich, kramer to kramer toast;=)

gnam gnam gnam gnam...thanks a lot for this recipe! I wanna try it myself! it's really nice to see you cooking like this ..and warm ambient all the time:=)
ReplyDeleteI must say it again: you are a VERY ordinary girl and i thank you with my heart for just showing that aspect in such a simple way ;oD
Before, I was interested in you as nightwish new singer, but now things have changed: you are able to get our attention for what you are in your daily routine..i guess you will definitely leave a mark for this with your violet blog! yes you will! he he:-)
You do what you do with love and we cn feel it from here:=)
Nightwish or not, i'm happy to have known you better through the blog. Now I know you have your identity and passion for life before the music, despite the band thing and business. No matter if you are famous, no matter if you are rich, no matter if you go crazy for outfits and brands (you have the honesty to say it to the world with simplicity :) ), the most important thing is that you constantly show us how you are grateful for your life and you take nothing for granted every day, since you notice there are surpises around you.
with love,

Hi Anette
ReplyDeleteThought you might like to know that my local rock radio station (in Manchester, UK) held a vote for the top 500 rock songs.
Nightwish's Sahara was voted in at 267.
And to my knowledge the only time that song was played on the show before the vote was 'Sahara' being featured on the Breakfast show in a section where they play songs suggested by listeners which are not on the station playlist.
