Its snowing here in Sweden again...grrr...;=(
Ok, its not that I dont like snow when it comes to go skiing or go down with a toboggan/sled. But having to drive in snow and walk in snow-slippery sidewalks...well, thats not what I find to be so nice.

And I so want spring time now. Being able to take long nice walks without having 5 layers of clothes on, big boots, gloves and freezing every day...watching the trees get its beautful green colour and the flowers burst into lovely colourful flowers.

Hear the birds sing in the forest. See the ducks and the swans float silently in the pond. Have a barbecue, go horse back riding or play some golf.
Well, that was enough of my day dreaming;=) Now time for driving in the snow to get my son to school but soon I hope its spring again...
Enjoy the day!
Hej Anette, i wish you and your family a good day :)
ReplyDeleteSpring will come soon, i hope... No snow here (we had it earlier this month, a whole week of snow! It never happened here, snow is pretty rare in Saint Malo and when it happen, it's for a day or less...), but it's freezing cold.
Couldn't wait to have the nature to change to, it's so beautiful to see all the flowers and the new leaves on the trees......
Enjoy the day too
Steff
Hi Anette!
ReplyDeleteI want spring to come soon too. It`s been so cold since december. I think for myself it`s too cold to skate or ski outside also. I also miss summer when you can swim in a lake. I like swimming a lot. Have a nice day!
Ohh Anette!! You gotta be kidding!! I would love to live someplace really cold!! I really hate this Brazilian weather.. It's summer time, so we get all sweaty al the time, the sun burns our heads, we cannot use snickers because they will cook your feet.. argh!!! And I live in what people like to call "the cold capital", because it rains a lot here and in the winter, gets really really cold.. Not swedish cold.. but cold enough (like 0 to -2 or -3º).
ReplyDeleteBut hey.. very soon, winter will end there and you'll be able to see the colors changing again... Something to look foward to =)
hugs
Heyy :)
ReplyDeleteYap, here too in Finland snowing and snowing like neveredning. ;)

Have a great day! Sprin is coming soon, i know that! ;)
Big Warm hugs to you :)
With love,
Ewe :)

Hi,
ReplyDeleteI´m also waiting teh Spring to come. I love the natures beauty on winter time, but now I have had enough(=
spring time is also me a nice time because i have my birthday on April. There are also bad sides in spring because I`m allergic for birch pollen. So spring time brings me sneezes and plugged nose.
Í don´t usually have dreams for a trip to some very warm place but now I do(0=
I think you asked to give our blog adresses so here is mine:

Beat us, vi har -20 grader här i Helsingfors.. :/ Iskallt, som tur ska man vara i skolan halva dagen, så det blir inte så mycket att vara ute och frysa.. :) Så har man ännu dans idag, och kanske kör..
ReplyDeleteKrams!
Hi Anette, here in Italy also yerstaday was snowing but fortunatally stopped. How much of snow is there in Sweden? My father has going next month for work don't remeber the name of the city but it's 800 km of north of Stockholm. Brrrrrr i'm not envy him! XD Have a nice day dear Anette! Hugs
ReplyDeleteI think our winter over here is ending. The last couple of days have been a bit chilly but warmer than usual. Then again, it might cool back down soon enough.
ReplyDeleteI agree, though, walking around in the snow can be a pain. I still remember that infamous walk I took with my b/f from the school back to the apartments a couple of years ago... Very early morning after an all-nighter, it was snowing hard and no snow plows had come through yet. The snow was already quarter of the way knee height and getting higher with time. It was absolutely awful, especially considering that it took us close to an hour to get back. I'm not in any hurry to have a repeat of that. I'm just thankful that neither of us got sick from it afterward.
Well... A new day is starting. I've barely gotten three hours of sleep again and need to finish up some things for one of my classes before I head off to work so I hope you have a good day regardless of the weather. All the best!
Hey Anette :)
ReplyDeleteHope you feel fine even when it snows again :)
over here in munich we have nsow too. But i hope it soon will be gone.
Lets wait for spring and all the nice colours ;)
Have a wonderful day
take care!

Yeah.. Mery is right... I don't really like this Brazilian weather eighter, I hate to get sweaty all the time (even in winter arghh!).
ReplyDeleteSpring is my favorite season, I love to watch the flowers blooming, so beautiful!
Be Patient Nettie! Soon the winter will end and you won't need to put tons of clothes in to get warm ;=)
Kisses and Hugs!

Du är min mamma: du hatar snön ^^
ReplyDeleteSorry Anette, i wanted to post the link of video here but i've put it in the wrong post. I hope is not a problem for you. :)
ReplyDeleteYou just described the spring paradise of my dreams. Though I prefer summer (even if it's really really hot in the outside), the sun is always shinning and it sets down very late ^^
ReplyDeleteLots of hugs =)
It's still snowing where you live?
ReplyDeleteIt'a already gotten warm enough to go jogging ouside with out a jacket, here in North Carolina, America. I've already gone jogging with my ipod, and lost track of time because it was so nice. I ended up being out there for over three hours!
Hope the weather clears up for you. Have a wonderful day!

Every one wants something they don't have. I live in venezuela, so is always hot in here, I want to be in some place with snow.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your snowy day too haha.
Haha xD I was just mocking because they said it could go raining or snowing here, and it turned out to be rain T_T I love snow, I feel good when it's cold and white.
ReplyDeleteBut yeah, that might have something to do with the fact that we don't have that much snow, usually..

Dear Anette,
ReplyDeleteI love winter and the snow ..... here in Transylvania it has been quite cold during the last days like -20 degrees in my hometown (in some places it has been -35) and everything is covered with ice, which looks so beautiful in the sun!
But now I really long for spring too ( the other day I fell down on the ice and hit my back really hard and the traffic is a mess).
I love to see the nature come to life again and the days getting longer.....but I think I will have to wait a little, because we will soon have some more snow too!
Love,
Herta
Oh you are lucky getting so much snow - we hardly get any in England - I could quite happily have 12 months of snowy weather :) I tell you what - lets do a deal - you send the snow here and I'll send our Spring-like weather to you :)
ReplyDeleteSNOW! I hate snow...the two feet that accumulated up against my garage yesterday really sucked. Getting up at 7 in the morning with a crabby kid only to find I couldn't get my car out of the garage. I shovelled until my back broke, left my house only to get stuck on the road. Got out of that mess. returned home to find the snow plow had went through the lane leaving a foot high hump IN FRONT OF MY GARAGE...shovelled that out, parked...got out of the car and slipped on a ice patch falling on my butt. My groceries went flying, my eggs broke and a huge snow ball landed on my head courtesy of my son who laughed so hard he fell in the snow himself.
ReplyDeleteIt was a hard day and I wanted to breakdown and cry, but my son's little laugh made me laugh too. More stuff happened that day after we picked up the cans and packages of food and oranges.
We made angels in the snow
Played more snow ball tossing where I lost of course
Laughed, hugged and watched the sky as the snow started to fall again.
I hate snow, wintertime and storms but I love the memories of what times like these bring. I prefer the African sunshine and warm air any day to the cold arctic snow and -40 degree wind chill temp of Northern Canada.
Here in Germany it's still snowing, too... I love every season when it starts, but after a while I'm looking forward to the next again... At the moment, I'm looking forward to spring, too!
ReplyDeleteHugs & Love,
Kim-Noêmia
Here in Romania it's snowing almostly every day...but I don't complain. Even though it's cold, that's the way I want the winter to be. Well, I hope your dreams will come true soon!
ReplyDeleteI really got the spring mood now when I read this blog ;)
ReplyDeleteI love winter especially now since the climate is changing. But the only thing I hate when it comes to winter is this slippery! I don't have so good shoes that I could take a walk without slipping and falling.
