Hungry day

Hi everyone!

Today I have been so tired all day, feeling like a ghost, because Nemo kept me awake almost all night. He wanted to eat all the time and then today he´s been cranky and hungry too. I guess it´s a growing period at the moment. I got a small nap a while ago and every little minute counts;=)

It´s been a really bad day when it comes to the weather here so we have just been inside. It´s been cold, 1 degree, heavy wind and mixed rain/snow all day. I must say I long to go somewhere warm this winter too, like Thailand last year, but with a small baby it´s to far. So I sit and watch the photos and remember how wonderful it was lying by the ocean in 40 degrees heat;=) If you havent visited Thailand I can surely recommend it! Paradise for sure. We were in Aonang and it was perfect!

  2. Hey Anette, poor you! I can understand you how you feel. Thanks for posting the pics... they are so beautiful!

Many years ago i have been in hot place for Christmas as dominican republic, in Argentina for Christmas also and a New Year's Day. I have been at waterfalls of Iguazù there are among the border of Argentina e Brasil. It's the paradise!! In january is not a suitable season because is very hot and wet.

How long time has during your travel?

To me, in a long travels has seems to never get at destination.

Have a nice evening and relax!

    Big hugs

  3. Thank you for sharing those beautiful pictures, making me jealous hehe.
Nowhere for me this year but London and Finland next year to look forward to.

I remember the growth spurts, exhausting. Does Johan sit up with you when Nemo wakes? Mine used to sleep, I would wake him and 2 minutes later he was asleep again leaving me fighting to stay awake while fed the little one.

    take care

  4. The pictures are very nice =) I'd like to visit Thailand someday. It's one of my bestfriends' favorite places ever, she even gave me her favorite key chain from there (it actually kind of looks a little like a pendulum) =)

You don't like the cold? I personally love it! But I can see how the wind and rain/snow might sort of ruin the day...

Awww I hope Nemo feels less cranky and you can get some rest!

    Have a relaxing evening!

  7. 40 degrees? o.o' Sounds way too warm for me xD I'm so happy that there's snow here in Finland now, it's already almost more than I've ever seen at my own home in the Netherlands xD
But the people here start complaining about it already, while the exchange student from Florida and I just keep getting more exited about the snow and cold!

    Take care!

  8. HI Anette !

Lovely pictures ! I hope I can visit that place some day !

I have a question, but only if you know.. Right now I'm listening to Northern Kings, where Marco sings (reaaally love them !! ) and I was wondering if you know if they will release another album ? Hope that they will beacuse they made a fantastic thing singing those songs, with their amazing voices !

Hope Nemo behaves well tonight and you have a perfect time sleeping.

    Hugs & kisses

    Paulina.

  12. It would be so nice... just what I need now! I mean Thailand! ;) Never been closer to Thailand than thai-restaurant in Oslo, heh.

Even though I love winter, too... we had a snow storm yesterday but tonight it's cold, almost - 20, and both moon and very beautiful northern lights. It's long ago I've seen such a color show, it's been very "quiet" for many years. :)

Hope you get more sleep now, take care! Kisses to you and your family! ;)

  14. Evening Anette:)
Oh no can't be good for mum Nemo's on the war path and not letting her get enough sleep. It sounds like a growing period to me as well. My sympathy to you both.

The weather there sounds like its been on the harsh side, and keeping you from going out and getting some fresh air. Probably not to many nicer days left for that this season. Winter time.

Thank for the photos as usual.....need to get there some day myself.
Enjoy what's left of the evening.
    Lots of love,
    Gary

I hope weather will be better for you tomorrow! In France, we have a beautiful sun (but it's cold!), colours are beautiful, a red sunset, wonderful! I'm going to send you this beautiful sun hoping that Nemo will be in a good mood tomorrow!
Your Thailand's pics are so beautiful!

  17. Good morning Anette:)
Hope you had a better time of things
last night as in had some better sleep without interruptions or should I say not as many! First a zombie and then a ghost.
Well wouldn't you know it, I'm curiously awaiting to hear what he's turned you into next. Interestingly enough:)
If it was the same type of night again and you missed out on more much needed sleep, you have my sorrow, and sympathy, and of course so does Nemo.
    ttyl!
Have the best day possible, and enjoy!
    take care, God bless,
    lots of love

  21. Wow, you miss 40º?? Hahaha... I can't get that. I'm kinda of person that suffers a lot in heat weathers... So when temperatures come up to more than 30º I feel really bad, and in a horrible mood... But I bet this is because I never faced "real" cold. In Brazil, we call "cold" when the temperature turns in 18º or less... So I do not even imagine what is real cold. The lowest temperature I ever faced was of 13º... So I guess I'll never know what is like to be in a 1º weather... :P
