This post is the opportunity to me to righ something about your post "reflections". I didn't right in Reflection cause you had so much to read with the others comments so now it's my turn!
So yes as I said I only wear black clothes. It’s just impossible to me to wear colors clothes…sometimes little colored accessories, but it’s really rare! The reason why is because I’m too fat to wear colors, I’m afraid about being too obstrusive (don’t know if it’s the good word) and people only look at me so I prefer black clothes, it’s more neutral (and more metal ^^)! Maybe one day, when I’ll lose all the weight I want loose I could wear some colors and don’t look as if I was going to funeral.
In fact I’m really neurotic! I start to gain weight since Im 5, when my father leave home. Like you, I was the only girl who had curves and as you know it’s really difficult to live. So hard to faced to all the mocking. Child might be awful to each others. The worst period was when I was 11 to 16! Now it’s easier with people cause they are more mature so they don’t judge me. But, I have to say sometimes I hear some comments about that make me really sad.
I tried a lot of diets and some worked well but one day I eat more than usually and then I stop the diet cause I miss chocolate and things I like and it put weight back so I feel sad and because I feel sad I eat etc …
Last year I loose 15 kilos which mades me happy but since Xmas I ate more … but two days ago I started sport! Im going to a fitness center and do 45 min of Powerplate and 45 min of crosstrainer! Today It’ll be 1 hour of crosstrainer =)
So since 2 two I restart my protein diet which worked really well last year!
I hope sport & protein diet is a good combination! Let’s see !
