New music

Today I have bought some new music to listen to:

I got the new Kamelot album (of course!)

and Within Temptation (of course again;=)


I´ll let you know later what I think of them!

    I've listened some songs of within temptation and i don't like them like the old album. I found them different from their kind.

    Hi Anette ! You have good tastes, I love these two bands... However, I was pretty much more charmed by the new WT than by the new K :/. Pandemonium's good, by they did much better music in the past I think. Be sure to tell us what are your 3 favorites songs of the WT album, you'll like it I know (I know I know I know aha :P) cause some songs include sounds from the 80's (Shot in the Dark, Faster, Sinéad...) ! 80's rock \o/ !!!

    Ah, Kamelot, based here in Tampa Bay, Florida (go figure--I see Nightwish [from Finland] in St. Petersburg, Florida a couple of years ago, but have yet to see a band that's from right here in Tampa Bay) :-)

    I really love the Kamelot-album, and the few songs I've had the time to listen to from WT is also good. Concert with Kamelot in May and WT in October, i like it. Hope you like them too! :)

    Did you pre-order the Unforgiving? becasue I'm still waiting for mine - I got the comic last week though and its rather good - if a bit short.... (I knew there was a reason i prefered Manga)

    I love Kamelot! But I just can't seem to get into their new album Poetry for the Poisoned. My favourite albums of theirs are Karma, Epica and The Black Halo.

    I've only really listened to Within Temptation's album The Howling. How are their other albums?

    The WT album it's awesome!!!,i dont have a fav, but i liked so much faster, iron, in the middle of the night & shot in the dark....

    have you heard it complete? and what's your favorite?,and i have not heard kamelot, mmm wich song do you recomend me?

    I'm glad the Brazilian Blow-out is safer in Europe! That makes me feel better about your hair ;).

    Both albums are REALLY good!! You have to go on iTunes and get the bonus track for the Within Temptation album, "The Last Dance" (or I'm sure you can at least listen to it on YouTube), it's REALLY REALLY pretty :). Enjoy them!

    I bought Within Temptation's new album too, yesterday. I'm waiting for them to ship it to me. I looked for it in a shop in town but they asked 24 euro for it - which is crazy! I ended up buying it online for about half the price. :|

    Dear Anette,
    i have both albums and, first, my congratulations because they're both good albums, but i liked more WT's one even if the sound have changed a little bit; i suggest to listen Iron, in my opinion is one of the best tracks ;)
    About Kamelot's, i liked more The Black Halo but the last 5 songs are truly amazing, maybe the best i've ever heard. Hope you have on your cd "Where the wild roses grown", if you don't you should listen to it ^_^

    "The Unforgiving" är awesome, jag älskar allt med WT:s nya sound! Jag ska se dem i Göteborg i oktober, och det ska bli askul att få höra de nya låtarna live. Jag längtar som tusan! :-)
    Kamelots senaste har jag inte hunnit införskaffa än ... Men den finns på Spotify och jag har lyssnat på den där. Den är kanske inte lika bra som t.ex "Ghost Opera", men bra!

    "The Unforgiving" is awesome, I love everything with WT:s new sound! I'm going to see them in Gothenburg this October, and it will be awesome to hear the new songs live. I'm longing as hell! :-)
    I haven't got Kamelot's latest yet ... But that CD is available on Spotify and I have listened to it there. It's not as good as "Ghost Opera" for example, but good!

    Dear Nettie, the new Kamelot album it's great... I can't wait to see their show in Brazil, with Simone Simons...

    And The Unforgiving it's AWESOME!! BEST WT ALBUM EVER!! Great songs, great melodies, great Sharon vocals... It's a kick ass CD, with sure!! :-D

    Recommend: Iron, In The Middle Of The Night, Shot In The Dark, Sinéad, A Demon's Fate and Stairway To The Skies... *-*

    Wise decision to buy The Unforgiving. Really awsome album!

    Its no metal anymore (they have always been a bit poppy) but the Rock-music sounds damn great!

    My Favourites are In the middle of the night, Sinéad, Lost and stairway to the skies

    I never listened to Kamelot before, but I loved The Unforgiven, by Within Temptation, mainly teh songs Fater and Shot in the Dark, I think this album is the best of them, I like Mother Earth and The Heart of Everything too, but The Unforgiven surprised me ;)

    I actually wasn't really thrilled with either one of the albums, especially WT (whom I really enjoy usually). Just my taste I guess though. Glad others are enjoying them! ~V

    Great choice! I love them both...I like WT's new album actually; sure it's different but it's amazing too :) I can't stop listening to the new album :D

    Kamelot...great album also. I love them so much but I'm worried about Roy, apparently he is having some personal problems (religious...yeah weird :/) so I hope he doesn't leave.     Also some stuff that came out recently:
    - Turisas' new "Stand up and Fight" (epic band, loooo them so much)
    - "Death and Legacy" by Serenity (same style as Kamelot)
    - "Bizarro World" by Deadlock (more violent with male grunts and clean female voice...nice ;D)

    Enjoy the albums, they're great :)

    Hello Anette! I have the special edition of The Unforgiving and I really love it! The sound is different from anything WT have made before, but it's different in a good way, =). I love how each track is so different and diverse; some heavy songs but also some more 'poppy'.

    I also have to say: your hair looks amazing! Shiny, sleek and sexy ;).

    I want Within Temptation's new album SO BAD! I'm a huge WT fan, and unfortunately their albums are nowhere to be found in the U.S. :(

    But I have listened to a few of the songs on youtube, and so far my 2 favorites are "Faster" and "Sinead" but I still need to listen to some of the others. Please do tell us your opinion on the album!

    I bought both of these albums the very day they came out! Haha They're both fantastic. On the Kamelot album my favorites are "The Zodiac" and "House on a Hill". And Within Temptation I can't pick a favorite! I really like the song "Lost" though. :D Hope you enjoy them as much as I.

    I just got "The Unforgiving" as well. I'm really liking it so far. "Lost" is a very nice song for Sharon's voice. "Iron" and "Sinead" are also very good.

    Jag köpte också The Unforgiving, men igår :) Jag blev inte besviken på min väntan, den var jättebra! :) Inte lika bra som deras tidigare album, men det var så annorlunda, så man kan väl inte jämföra egentligen :)
    Vilken är din favoritlåt? Eller det kan du väl svara på då du berättar om dem, silly me >.<
    Tycker själv mycket om Iron och A Demon's Fate. =)

    Those are two nice albums. However, I like "The Unforgiving" way more than "Poetry for the Poisoned".

    I think that's the best album WT has released so far with a fresh sound, heavier and less bombastic songs, more versatile vocals from Sharon and of course the concept ;) . 5/5 from me!!

    Kamelot did a good job here, but it sounds like a continuation of "Ghost Opera" so this is not their best although it's not bad either. 3/5 from me as well.

    My top 3 from each album would be: "In the Middle of the Night", "Faster" and "Iron" from WT; "The Great Pandemonium", "Hunter's Season" and "Poetry for the Poisoned" from Kamelot.

    I bought the Unforgiving, I love it, Sharon's voice is unbelievable.
    I'm not so into Kamelot's new album, I prefer the old one better.
    I can't wait to hear more about new Nightwish's 2012 album :D

    I bought the new Kamelot album last week and I have to say it's fantastic !
    I still think "The black halo" is the best album , but this one is also pretty good. c:
    And I LOVE simone simons, since she has a wonderful voice , so I enjoyed the album even more, because she sings a couple of songs on it. So enjoy the music and let us know what you think about it.
