Breakfast time;=)

Sitting eating my breakfast ready to go to my chiropractor. I have changed from the protein pancakes to protein oatmeal now;=)

Easy to do: do the oatmeal like its said in the package (oatmeal, water and salt) and then add a scoup of strawberry or any other flavour proteing powder. Add some more water if necessary.

To this is I eat some strawberry jam and cottage cheese. And coffee in my Mumin cup of course;=)

Enjoy the day!

  3. Good morning Anette,

i would like to drink coffee in my AO mug, so if you want to pimp your little shop, i think this would be a good idea.

  4. Hope everything goes well at the chiropractors.

Just hoping to shake this damn depression... been mildly depressed due to some of the stuff that i told you yesterday. Not depressed THAT i told you, but just depressed that very sad thing happened, and that a year wasn't enough time to NOT get sad over pictures.

Hopefully our cat doesn't drive me nuts with her yowling(it's her first heat, unfortunantly.) she woke me up yesterday afternoon with that crap, highly annoying :(

Random question: did you get to watch the Miss Universe pagent?

Have a lovely day, yourself, Anette.

    Hugs, and love,
    Falyssa

ps. Because of this blog, I'm starting to think of you as a friend :) hope you don't mind ;)

  5. Mm, looks so jummy! :-) I think i have to trye that. As a vegeterian it is so important to take care of proteins and i think that looks like a good way to have them.

    Have a lovely day Anette!

  6. Hi Anette! It is my first morning back after six weeks walking through Spain - you have no idea how much I missed my food processor! I love starting the day with a smoothie of just bananas and strawberries with fruit juice (and a tiny bit of soya protein or seaweed/nutrient powder).

Your breakfast sounds scrummy too! Have a good day, and I hope the chiropractor does wonderful things for you. I go periodically to get my neck sorted out or I get horrid headaches. Ooh, and I was also going to ask how you are finding being a vegetarian now?

Isn't Moomin cool? And on my flight from Santiago de Compostela to London yesterday, there was a little Spanish girl with the sweetest Hello Kitty suitcase I've ever seen!

  16. Dear Anette,

I wrote you a long note and tried to put it here, but either it's too long or my connection sucks more than usual. I do not know if you still check your PM on the NW forum, so I just wanted to warn you that I was sending my message there :)

  17. Good morning!

Well, at least it's morning here,
and that looks really really good!
Well, crap! That's what I forgot,
my coffee! I'm just eating some toast for
    something quick before school,
    I didn't want to get
up early today and make anything! :)

But off to school for me,
    I hope everything
    goes well at the chiropractor!
    Have a good day!

    Hugs and love, Katie T.

  18. Hi Anette! That breakfast looked really delicious (yummy!!).

Did you know that yesterday I listened for the first time to "Made in Hong Kong and in various other places" ? I LOVED it (your voice still sounded powerful and rocking :D )

Take care and lots of hugs :)

  19. Delicious-looking breakfast! I used to develop all sorts of protein-this-and-that concoctions too when I exercised for fitness contests some 10 years back -- these "modern" protein stuff are really good, come in natural-tasting flavors and mix easily to almost any food. It was horrible when at some point the only thing you could find was this horrible-tasting soya or egg white powder -- yikes!

Heh, should really start going regularly to gym, running, hiking again myself... And spa treatment wouldn't do bad, either! You just "forget" all this when you're so busy and stressed with your job but then when your body and mind just don't want to cooperate anymore you _have_ to do something...

Have a nice day -- hopefully the chiropractist was able to help you! :)

  22. Hello Anette!

I love oatmeal! We often make it and eat it with my mother. My sister and my father prefer sandwiches or sausages! I think I could seriously be a vegetarian. I don't eat much meat anyway. The dish looks so good! Homemade jam or thick fruit sauce is the best.

    The cup is so cute!

    Love,
    Karo E.

  23. Dear Anette,

Actually I was thinking of the same thing as Babsy_NW when I looked at the photo: icecream. :-) Though I still prefer to think of it as icecream, because the recipe sounds like something I will not like very much, to eat. But I might try one day, so I can tell for sure. ;-) It does look tasty.

    Yours,
    Lisa

  24. hi nettie :) i think that you dont need all those protein stuffs, i am vegetarian and i dont know if you eat it all the day so you can also eat tofu, cereals etc... at the beggining of my vegetarianism i was very worry about the iron and protein but we dont need to worry so much, its just a comment i dont know your situation, i love you bye :)
