...I am today...I couldnt go to sleep yesterday so I only got 5 hours of sleep and now my eyes are soooo tired I almost cant open them...
I need to wake up the boys now and have the last packing done before taking a cab to the airport and fly to Stockholm. When we arrive we will be picked up and driven to the hotel and then at 1.30 its time for my rehersals with the choir and orchestra;=)
So, I will be back a little later with report from the day...
And thanks to all of you again for the incredible wishes and comments about Kulan;=) The vet calls me during the day so you will get a full report about her too.

ReplyDeleteJag hörde en äldre inspelning med dig när du sjöng med en kör. Det lät fantastiskt, så jag tror att detta kommer att gå vägen. Jag såg att du kommer att sjunga den 13:e här i Stockholm på kulturfestivalen. Antar att det är det du övar inför! :-) Ser fram emot det!
Och som du sa, tyvärr finns det inte någon "rätt tid" för tråkigheter, men jag håller tummarna för dig och skickar positiva tankar!

I hope you have a nice gig, and try to forget the suffering of your cat for a while, just because the people who will be there to see you have few opportunities to see you all and they expect the best for you(Maybe it's a unique moment in their lives, or it would be in mine, at least)... I hope your cat get better, and maybe everything's going to end up in a happy end... It's a kind of good luck if you discovered this ill in its early 'life', so you can try to save your cat, it would be a way worse if you had discovered it too later. I know it won't comfort you but try to 'runaway' from this issue while you're in the stage.

Just remember she feels your love and it's helping her heal even when you're not at home! =) Try and get some sleep when you can, I know when you're worried for your pet you just forget of taking care of yourself (I do the same!), but you still need to have energy, for yourself and for her! =)

Hope rehearsals went well and You have chance to get a nap. I am so tired as well, my cat's started to run "to the walls" at 5.30am and kept me awake for a quite a long time..

ReplyDeleteSounds like coffee time!! I've used lavender when I can't sleep. It really helps to relax. (as long as you like the smell :-) It's available in spray or they have small pillows. Hope you can get some sleep later...

Sorry I haven't posted before,, I have been kinda busy with family. I'm so sorry to hear about poor Kulan, she looks so cute. ReplyDeleteI don't even know what to say. It's terrible when one of our beloved ones are so ill, I have cats and dogs too so I know how you feel.
And is great you're going to get through this, I lost a dog 2 years ago, she was 12 and had her since I was 5, she was like a sister to me, but she was to much sick and old and we didn't have all the money to take care of her properly.
Then, I hope she gets well soon, sometimes this little ones surprises us with their strength!
I wish you much strength and patience :)
