Back home and me and mum had the nicest day in lovely Copenhagen;=) We met so many nice people, from a really nice guy in the train who was going to Christiania, to the nice manager of the beautiful Louis Vuitton store, sweet people on the streets who all were in a happy friday mode and on their way to different weekend activities;=)
We checked lots of stores, both clothes stores and decoration stores and I must say I would love to buy all the x-mas things everywhere cause it´s so nice when all glitters and all the candles are lit. So I had to buy my first x-mas Disney thing today in the Disney store;=) These wonderfully cute x-mas tree decorations:
Nemo was upset though cause he thought I bought him little balls to play with and took one, tossed it on the floor and when I said: no, no - its not toys...he thought I was the meanest mum there is;=)
Luckily I did get him a new little car so I guess I was forgiven again...;=)
It was mum´s day when it came to clothes shopping and it was so fun that she found great stuff to fill the closet with for autumn;=)
I got a grey long-sleeved top from Cos and a pair of merino wool stockings from Wolford. Other than that a pair of jeans and a cardigan for Nemo and yes, I did get myself a nice Louis Vuitton bag;=) A small cross over that I´ve wanted and I´ll take a photo for you tomorrow when its daylight.
We got champagne and small entree´s at Louis Vuitton and we also could see one of the people who make the handbags talking about the leather, how they make everything by hand and so on and its was really interesting. The store is much nicer and bigger now, with 2 floors. More bags, more shoes and also more stuff for men. The new store is located in Amagertorv if you are in town and want to visit it;=)
So a really nice mum-daughters day and we had good weather, good company, good food and found good things to bring home. Now time to celebrate friday with my kids and Johan so see you all tomorrow when I´ll answer your comments.

Christmas-shopping has something special.It just does.(Which reminds me,I should really start looking for gifts!) Even in my little town everyone's quite happy when it comes of shopping for gifts.Even if that means that stores and shops are flooded with people and one can't really think to spend less than 5 hours trying to get to the exit.

Also is Helsingborg your favourite part of Sweden or is there another part that you'd really like to live in?
I've never been to Sweden but I intend to visit your country one of these days sooner or later. One place I've definately decided I'd like to see is Foteviken Viking Reserve. Have you ever visited it? Also can you advise an area of Sweden that might be good for someone visiting the country for the first time?

I love Helsingborg and doesn't wanna live anywhere else in Sweden;=) Stockholm is nice to visit but to big to live in. I haven't been to that viking place. Where it it? If you come to Sweden Lapland is a place to see as Stockholm and also Helsingborg and Malmö with the bridge to Denmark;=)

ReplyDeleteFoteviken Viking Reserve is actually very near to Helsingborg. It's just under Malmo.
Foteviken Viking Reserve is a village where modern Swedish people have abandoned this modern world so they can live how your ancestor Vikings used to live :) Except they don't kill : ) Lol! Tourists and visitors are free to walk around the village and I think guides are available to take you round.
