Oh, when I someday have a big house to renovate I so would love to have these things in there;=)

    I know the feeling! You should get yourself a book and print all these things and put them in there because with time you will forget details and this way you can remember everything. Put everything you see and like in there, colours, textures and pictures. Helps you to style rooms more easily.

    Mmmm yes... they are all mysteriously epic somehow. It looks like the inside of a big, medieval mansion ... I feel like if you 'stepped out' of one of those pictures you would find a place filled with hidden trapdoors and secret staircases ;)

    The bed and the bathtub are very beautiful! Especialy the bed and I love the space in the bathtub, it makes you wanna take a bath now ;)

    I know I know. They're weird sinks. A long row of marshmallowy sinks. Or they can be giant flower vases with an authomatic watering system. Clever indeed.
    Anyway, the bed is lovely. Love the colors, love the bed itself(how can a bed not be loved?.

    I am happy to see that my idea of the style book causes so much interest. I have to admit that this wasn't entirely my own idea, I saw it once on a home decorating programma. But it really helps.

    When I first moved in with my then-boyfriend-now-husband and we bought our first house we had to find the style that suited us both in order to buy furniture without argueing. We bought a pack of house styling magazines and each of us had to cut out things we liked, styles, furniture, colours etc. and stick it on large piece of paper, one apart from the other and then we compared the end result.

    Turned out we both loved warm earthly colours and classical furniture. We did not match in all things but from those that we match we designed our house.

    We recently bought another (bigger) house to have more space for our three cats (check my blog her on blogspot for their adventures if you like) and I used my styling book for inspiration again, I found so many things I had forgotten. It is still somewhere in my unpacked boxes but I will add some stuff again because I love the red beddings on the picture Anette posted earlier.
