So, back on the road again...well, maybe more like in the air...;=) I started my morning by taking the train to Kastrup airport at 09.10. The train was delayed quite a bit but since I flew with Finnair, I didnt have to be there so early.
Flew at 12.25 and arrived here in Helsinki-Vantaa airport a while ago. Went to the finnair lounge but so smacked with people...I can see that its tourist season over here too;=) So I went to another lounge and today they had a great greek potato salad. Since I was starving I was happy to get that in the stomach. There´s no worse thing for me than going on stage after a day without enough food. There have been times when I have had to sit down at Jukkas drum set since I havent had any energy. So, food is very very important!
Since the last gig here in Finland was sooo cold...brrr... I have taken much warmer stage clothes. I think its boring when I cant have a nice skirt or a short dress but there really is nothing to do. I dont wanna have a cold;=( But I have the nicest outfit still... a great new jacket which I tell you, is very special;=) Mimi will take a photo before the gig and as usual I put it up here as soon as I can.
I fixed my nails yesterday with a new colour. I found this very bright pink and I think its such a summery wibe in it. I also added some small flowers on some of the nails, as you can see.

Poor you, I always get sick when singing with an empty stomach becauce the diaphragm really irritates the guts..;-)
You will be so frozen on stage today! It's bloody cold in Finland :S I am working outside in the forest in June and today to wind blew from North and it was like +5'c out there. It doesn't feel like "juhannus" here at all :(

ReplyDeleteThanks for the comments;=) I do my nails myself. I did do them at a manicurist in the beginning of my NW career but it takes to much time and I like to have shorter nails. Then I can move around;=)
And I wont go black hair again...just accept that this is my natural hair colour. And remember what I wrote about some days ago: let everyone be as they are.
